Employees have always been very kind. Every time I come here, they have always been very personable and helpful. The food is as you would expect from a McDonald's, nothing subpar. I don't usually have to wait long for food either. My only wish is they would fix their hours online. Online this McDonald's says it is open until midnight but they close at 11. I have seen them shut lights off and lock doors before then as well. Not a big deal if you already know their hours but if you're going out at 11:30 hanglin' for a burger it's pretty disappointing to see they're closed read more

Usually I have no issues with this location, but lately some issues have been arising. Today I ordered online and put the specifics of my burger on there as usual. I picked up the food and drove home, just to find out that instead of no cheese only lettuce and pickles it was only cheese on my burger. I then drove back due to the fact of me being unable to have cheese. I handed them back the burger telling them the issue and how I wanted my burger made for the second time. Then two employees proceeded to make comments like "I'm not paid enough to care about what goes on your burger" and comments similar. Then I received my second burger and it was incorrect for the second time. I then called one of them over again to get my burger fixed and I was met with attitude and sighs. The third time my burger ended up being correct. I have worked in this industry and the process to work the line is pretty simple. The process is pretty simple to read the sticker that is printed out for burgers. I am not sure if it's new hires or what but the attitude with customers really need improvement. The two employees where a male that was not in uniform, only in a black shirt with an Adidas symbol on it(between 16y/o and 21y/o) and a mixed girl in uniform(around the same age if not younger). I definitely was not pleased with this experience, if I could leave a 0 star review I definitely would. read more

So uh the food here isn't bad but I have a problem with the people that work there. Most of the employees are fine but while I was there waiting for food there was some girl who was sexually harassing A poor kid. The guy was obviously uncomfortable and kept asking her to stop. She kept touching him and being super weird. She was short, Hispanic, and has shoulder length hair. I don't know her name. But she would not stop harassing this poor kid in the middle of work. This is super unprofessional in a work environment and is completely unacceptable. It's also super awkward to have to witness this. Something needs to happen cause I will not be going back until this is fixed. I hope the kid who was being harassed is fine cause this girl is a creep. read more

I don't go to McDonald's often, but was out and about and stopped for a drink. While waiting to order I noticed the new quarter pounders and I hadn't had dinner yet so thought I would try one. The fries were undercooked and my bacon habanero quarter pounder did not have bacon. I should have just stuck to the drink! Who forgets bacon?? Forget the hamburger, not the bacon!!! read more

Got entire order wrong, after being corrected when we paid. One out of 5 bad experience

I have stopped by this McDonalds several times. Usually okay, but stopped by today and ordered 3 cheeseburgers, no ketchup. Got on the road and when I checked order, I had two with ketchup and one with no ketchup and amazingly, no BURGER! How does that happen. Totally screwed up my simple order. Would have gone back, but wasn't worth turning around on the highway. How the heck does a simple order get that screwed up. Will not go there again. Sonic is close by. Get a clue people, if you can't work at a "standardized" Mickey D you will never move to a real job. Jeez!!! read more

This is by far the slowest fast food drive thru I have ever been to. Also, there is a boy working the drive through window on the weekends that you can't even understand when he talks. I am usually in this drive thru line for over 20 minutes which isn't considered fast food. They also have to have you pull ahead quite a bit because they still aren't done with your order when you get to the window. They also have a tendency to short items in your bag or not give napkins. read more
