This is my second review on Yelp. My first was to give a great review, unfortunately this one is not. I went into the KFC restaurant to order and I was immeditely told drive through only. At the speaker I asked if the pot pies could be put in a microwave? I was told YES, so I ordered 3. When at the pick up window I'm greeted by the manager who is yelling and cussing at an employee. He is very angry and as he handed me my order I asked him if these could be put in a microwave? He answers NO and quickly shuts the window. Angerly I honk my horn so he will talk to me, After hearing all the f-bombs while his is yelling at the employees, I say "Why the F**k did they tell" - He stops me and said that's it you are cussing at me and slams the window shut and walks away still yelling and cussing at the employee. Now I'm really mad and go inside the restaurant and ask him What the hell are you doing slamming the window on me. He replies you cussed at me. I tell him that's all I have herad from you the whole time I have been waiting for my order. The employee that he's yelling at is now video tapping him. I said if you are the manager you should have taken the employee to a private area and discuss the problem there and not in front of all the employees and customers. I see enough bad treatment of employees at work I don't need to come there to witness more and be pulled into it. I used to go there a lot, but I will not be go there again. I don't know if the employee was in the wrong, but I'm sure there is some legal action he can take about this event. read more

Do NOT go to this KFC. Drive the extra few miles to Lancaster. I placed an order on their website today at 4:30 pm for a 5:30 pm pickup. Paid $55 in advance. Arrive to locked doors and employees and patrons in a shouting match at the drive thru window. They prepared NO online orders, notified NO ONE, took the money and locked us all out. They take me out because they only accept 5 customers at time, ( this is ok) the real problem come when they scream me and take me out of the restaurant, the don't have any sign outside where the customer can see the number of customers allowing inside! Literally, the last 3 times I went here they left something off my order. I ordered (and was charged for) the 3 piece meal, they gave me a 2 piece meal. I ordered a side of mash potatoes, they leave out the mash potatoes. I ordered a Mac and cheese, no Mac and cheese. I'm tired of getting ripped off at this place. I been moving from house to house packing and unpacking with my family. I ordered a family fest a 16 PIECE FAMILY FEST! I DIDNT EVEN GET THE RIGHT CHICKEN. I order regular and they gave me SUPER CRIPSY CHICKEN for my family WHAT HURT SO MUCH IS that I'm VEGETARIAN and asked for the PLANT BASED MEAL and they NEVER GAVE ME MY PLANT CHICKEN AT ALL. I HAD TO DRIVE BACK ALL THE WAY FROM MY HOUSE. WASTE GAS AND ON TOP OF GAS I PAYED $67 FOR AN ORDET THAT WAS COMPLETE TRASH. I DIDNT EVEN GET MY FUCKING BISCUITS. Sadly I found all this out when I got home and opened my meal. I had to stuff my face with cole slaw, then I HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACJ TO KFC and deal with your stupid employees, she was annoyed, rude and seemed to not care about my situation and my dissatisfactions toward her job and how they planned my meal. DISAPPOINTING Cursed. Bad Training. Hire better staff. Not sure what it is about this one location. Food is fine. I bet money this place should be performing better than what its doing now. I've seen long lines in drive through at El Pollo Loco and Popeyes daily. This place not so. There's really no competition close and yet this place sucks. After reading the comments and seeing its rating, I am not surprised. My experience I assumed it was simple mistake and my unfortunate luck. Yet, after this latest incident TODAY, I felt compelled to download this app and share my disappointment. It was a simple order. One piece of chicken meal and they messed it up. If it was busy, I would give a pass. Yet, again, I am let down. No lines and no one inside during lunch time. First red flag. Open my meal and I get the wrong type. Extra crispy is not hard to miss. The biscuit was laughable. It was the same size of the cookie you gave me. Next time I'll take picture, but my dog thought it was a scooby snack it was so tiny. Extra butter and honey means more than one packet total. Oh, yeah no receipt, too. THIS IS TROUBLING BECAUSE YOUR DRIVE IN PERSON COULD BE POCKETING THE CASH. I can write with some experience when I worked in high school decades ago, this place falls short. Other mishaps from other visits, i will list because this may be the reason for the lack of traffic at this location. Dry chicken, which means its been sittting in oven too long. Tiny biscuits means you overworking the dough. There are the few times the wrong sides given. Can I ask why is counting chicken pieces so hard? Don't you guys double check the order before handing it to the customers? Drinks had no syrup and the staff had attitude when I brought food back because order has been wrong. I've called your hotline a few times. I left my comments. I even boycotted for a year because of poor service. Still I shake my head. Location is prime. Food--when right--is fine. Price compares to some other chicken joints. So, I thought it could be KFC karma. After reading comments and lack of lines during peak times, well, I dunno. Maybe why the other places are busier because they are listening to customers and consistently, getting orders right. Don't get me wrong I enjoy KFC and I enjoy the sides. The reason I'm only giving this store 2 star is because lately I have just been getting the classic chicken sandwich. I like their chicken sandwich and I will normally get a large coleslaw to go with it. However 3 out of the last 5 times I've gone to this store and ordered the classic chicken sandwich they don't tell you that they are out of the boneless chicken breast. So what I find when I get home is the bun with Mayo pickles and two chicken tenders strips on it. Now all of you who are familiar with KFC, and the chicken sandwich and the chicken tenders know that two chicken tenders are no where near the full size boneless chicken breast that's suppose to be on it. If you don't have the boneless chicken breast then tell your customers when they order so when they get home we don't get pissed off and have to write a bad review on Yelp!!! Plus call or email KFC's corporate office and file a complaint against your store. If you don't have the right stuff to make the sandwich then tell the customer and let them decide if they want a sandwich with two tender strips on it or something else. Be honest with your customers. Next time it happens I will drive back to this KFC and I will raise hell as you refund my money and have to throw the food away. if you aren't honest as customers we will go else where to get a chicken sandwich. read more

By far the worst KFC I've ever been to! I dislike giving bad ratings, specially when I really like the food but come on! The customer service skills we received last night was, excuse the word but I can't describe it any other way, ghetto! "What are you talking about?" "What do you want" "we don't have that" all that was said when we asked for a "16 piece mix 'party pack' (that's how it was labeled on line). This negative rating could've been easily avoided with simply courtesy. Oh and to top off the customer service, I also got a lot of "we don't have that" "we ran out of that", wait, what?!?!!!! It was 6pm!! Aren't they suppose to have that ready? There was no time given of when the food we asked for would be ready (if it was in the process). Not to mention that they didn't bother to mention that they were out of chocolate cake, and just gave me a lemon one (which we don't even like). I had placed a very large cater order the day before a company meeting. Grubhub was supposed to delivery between 5:30-5:45PM. At 6PM we started calling. At 6:30PM someone in another country told me that my order had been cancelled! I found a cancellation notice in my e-mail at 5:40PM the SAME day of my order. Not sure who cancelled this order but our company will NEVER order here again! Another disappointing meal in the Antelope Valley. I checked into Yelp and received a check in promotion for a free go cup. We placed an order via the drive thru and were advised that they could not honor the promotion because I could not physically provide the promotion. I informed the person that it clearly states to just show it to the employee to redeem the offer. We had to pull to the side and wait for part of our order to finish cooking. After we received our food the go cup was in the bag. It was however cleared mistakenly placed with our order because it also included a drink and we did not get it. The food is decent here. But they need to step it up on getting orders right. It always seems like the employees here are clueless. And don't know what their doing.
