Literally, the last 3 times I went here they left something off my order. I ordered (and was charged for) the 3 piece meal, they gave me a 2 piece meal. I been moving from house to house packing and unpacking with my family. I ordered a family fest a 16 PIECE FAMILY FEST! I DIDNT EVEN GET THE RIGHT CHICKEN. I order regular and they gave me SUPER CRIPSY CHICKEN for my family WHAT HURT SO MUCH IS that I'm VEGETARIAN and asked for the PLANT BASED MEAL and they NEVER GAVE ME MY PLANT CHICKEN AT ALL. I HAD TO DRIVE BACK ALL THE WAY FROM MY HOUSE. WASTE GAS AND ON TOP OF GAS I PAYED $67 FOR AN ORDET THAT WAS COMPLETE TRASH. I DIDNT EVEN GET MY FUCKING BISCUITS. Sadly I found all this out when I got home and opened my meal. I had to stuff my face with cole slaw, then I HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACJ TO KFC and deal with your stupid employees, she was annoyed, rude and seemed to not care about my situation and my dissatisfactions toward her job and how they planned my meal. Don't get me wrong I enjoy KFC and I enjoy the sides. The reason I'm only giving this store 2 star is because lately I have just been getting the classic chicken sandwich. I like their chicken sandwich and I will normally get a large coleslaw to go with it. However 3 out of the last 5 times I've gone to this store and ordered the classic chicken sandwich they don't tell you that they are out of the boneless chicken breast. So what I find when I get home is the bun with Mayo pickles and two chicken tenders strips on it. Now all of you who are familiar with KFC, and the chicken sandwich and the chicken tenders know that two chicken tenders are no where near the full size boneless chicken breast that's suppose to be on it. If you don't have the boneless chicken breast then tell your customers when they order so when they get home we don't get pissed off and have to write a bad review on Yelp!!! Plus call or email KFC's corporate office and file a complaint against your store. If you don't have the right stuff to make the sandwich then tell the customer and let them decide if they want a sandwich with two tender strips on it or something else. Be honest with your customers. Next time it happens I will drive back to this KFC and I will raise hell as you refund my money and have to throw the food away. if you aren't honest as customers we will go else where to get a chicken sandwich. read more

If it was busy, I would give a pass. Yet, again, I am let down. No lines and no one inside during lunch time. First red flag. Open my meal and I get the wrong type. Extra crispy is not hard to miss. The biscuit was laughable. It was the same size of the cookie you gave me. Next time I'll take picture, but my dog thought it was a scooby snack it was so tiny. Extra butter and honey means more than one packet total. Oh, yeah no receipt, too. THIS IS TROUBLING BECAUSE YOUR DRIVE IN PERSON COULD BE POCKETING THE CASH. I can write with some experience when I worked in high school decades ago, this place falls short. Other mishaps from other visits, i will list because this may be the reason for the lack of traffic at this location. Dry chicken, which means its been sittting in oven too long. Tiny biscuits means you overworking the dough. There are the few times the wrong sides given. Can I ask why is counting chicken pieces so hard? Don't you guys double check the order before handing it to the customers? Drinks had no syrup and the staff had attitude when I brought food back because order has been wrong. I've called your hotline a few times. I left my comments. I even boycotted for a year because of poor service. Still I shake my head. Location is prime. Food--when right--is fine. Price compares to some other chicken joints. So, I thought it could be KFC karma. After reading comments and lack of lines during peak times, well, I dunno. I had placed a very large cater order the day before a company meeting. Grubhub was supposed to delivery between 5:30-5:45PM. At 6PM we started calling. At 6:30PM someone in another country told me that my order had been cancelled! I found a cancellation notice in my e-mail at 5:40PM the SAME day of my order. Not sure who cancelled this order but our company will NEVER order here again! Last nights dinner should be a zero star. We ordered Nashville Hot strips meals (which I love BTW) They are supposed to be packaged in the black plastic due to the sauce. Ours were packaged in the white/red original boxes. WHAT A MESS. Leaked everywhere. The customer service skills we received last night was, excuse the word but I can't describe it any other way, ghetto! "What are you talking about?" "What do you want" "we don't have that" all that was said when we asked for a "16 piece mix 'party pack' (that's how it was labeled on line). This negative rating could've been easily avoided with simply courtesy. Oh and to top off the customer service, I also got a lot of "we don't have that" "we ran out of that", wait, what?!?!!!! It was 6pm!! Aren't they suppose to have that ready? There was no time given of when the food we asked for would be ready (if it was in the process). The only concern about my experience at your restaurant was your staffs attitude. As i was ordering, my cashier, named Jessica gave me the most attitude I have ever experienced in a restaurant. She completely ignored us as we ordered and was more focused on her surroundings. In addition to her attitude, when our order was ready we mistakened our order for someone else's and Jessica screamed, implying that we did not hear. I definitely love your restaurants food but this has truly been one of the most uncomfortable situations I've had at a restaurant. Update: when I got home and ate I waited a couple of hours when my sister said she began to feel sick all of a sudden. Ever since, she has not stopped throwing up and has had diarrhea.
