The KFC was located in a big plaza. Parking wasn't hard to find. Came during a weekday dinner. The place was pretty empty. The online order cabinet was empty. There were at least four staff at the counter who all ignored me until a lady asked me if I needed help. Told her my name and she gave me my order quickly. Ordered the Chicken Sandwich for $5.99 and KFC Snacker with Coleslaw for $2.99. Chose a table to eat and found that both of my burgers were refrigerator cold. Guess they assumed people weren't going to eat right away. Brought the snacker to the counter and asked them to heat up the burger. The lady at the counter said that I came late and that was why the burger was cold. I arrived only 10 minutes from my pick up time. I told her both of my burgers were refrigerator cold and my snacker was missing the coleslaw. She said the coleslaw made my burgers cold. But I told her the coleslaw was missing. Interior seemed recently remodeled but the tables all had grease/haven't been wiped down. There's a lot of staff but one didn't come up to assist me for a long while when I stood by the counter, which was quite frustrating. I know there's kiosks at the lobby, so staff are probably used to not needing to assist customers. The only reason I walked up was because their kiosks didn't have their special Tuesday deals, and unfortunately the website and app was also down. Finally after some time, I luckily I was approached and I was told I could order it through the guy at the register. Customer service is non existent at this place. Placed an order online, supposedly to make it a seamless and easy experience. But of course that wasn't the case. After going thru the drive thru and barely getting a greeting I was handed my food and was off. After arriving home I noticed part of my order was missing, On top of that the chicken seemed old/dry. I ordered a 3 piece meal with 2 sides. And it was as good as I expected; rich, crunchy, chicken fried goodness. The food satisfied my fried chicken craving. That said, the 3 stars is ONLY because of the food. The drive through option is something out of the "Stone Age". McDonalds was not this slow the first day they opened their doors 50 plus years ago. I don't think anyone was allowed inside so it's not like there was some sort of massive rush in orders, what do I know; I'm just going by what I saw/experienced.
