I walk in and the young lady that was on register/drive thru was complaining and cussing how she doesn't want to be there and if the manger comes and she's not there he will be mad. second attempt at kfc today was a damn fail so for starters we sat in the drive through for about 40 minutes which at first we figured oh well no need to complain. we then proceed to order 2 large number 7's and 2 crispy chicken sandwiches which to my knowledge normally comes with the crispy sandwich, popcorn chicken,fries and coleslaw we figured since she just read the order back to us we didnt need to check it first we asked for large drinks and we got medium in the bag we got a big bowl of burnt bottom of the pan looking mac n cheese, 2 individial sides of mashed potatoes, 2 individual sides of coleslaw, and an individual side of mac n cheese amd 4 chicken sandwiches with nothing on them so basically instead of letting us know they were out of items they just replaced them at their convenience and just handed us the bags and didnt say anything needless to say ot was all trash because we dont eat any of the other sides that we didnt ask for this is ridiculous read more

This is my second review on Yelp. My first was to give a great review, unfortunately this one is not. I went into the KFC restaurant to order and I was immeditely told drive through only. At the speaker I asked if the pot pies could be put in a microwave? I was told YES, so I ordered 3. When at the pick up window I'm greeted by the manager who is yelling and cussing at an employee. He is very angry and as he handed me my order I asked him if these could be put in a microwave? He answers NO and quickly shuts the window. Angerly I honk my horn so he will talk to me, After hearing all the f-bombs while his is yelling at the employees, I say "Why the F**k did they tell" - He stops me and said that's it you are cussing at me and slams the window shut and walks away still yelling and cussing at the employee. Now I'm really mad and go inside the restaurant and ask him What the hell are you doing slamming the window on me. He replies you cussed at me. I tell him that's all I have herad from you the whole time I have been waiting for my order. The employee that he's yelling at is now video tapping him. I said if you are the manager you should have taken the employee to a private area and discuss the problem there and not in front of all the employees and customers. Rule number one, take the time to check your order before you leave the window because this is not the first time this location served up something that even a dog wouldn't eat. I waited and waited and nobody came to deliver my order like the cashier said. Terrible service every time. The staff are super rude and are always forgetting something in my order. I get that during COVID, the lobby is closed for good reason. But Indoor dining (at the time I'm writing this) IS OPEN in LA County. They are the only restaurant I know of that has kept their lobby closed.
