It should have been 2 thighs 2 drums, cause normally it's be 1 drum 1 wing, 1 breast, 1 thigh. Sure switch my breast for a thigh or a wing for a drum. Food order was incomplete, food we did get was dry, potatoes tasted like oil was a week old and now I try to call to discuss this issue and no one picks up the phone. What a horrible place this is. The only reason We went was because of those dumb commercials on tv got me a crave. Anyways, I go and order from the drive thru a 12 piece family meal. I ask for half crispy and half regular. She only has 2 crispy pieces. Then it says clearly on the sign that it comes with 3 large sides. It DOES NOT say if you order any side other than mashed potato or cole slaw there is a 50 cent up charge per item. The cashier did tell me that but it was useless to argue with such an idiot. Then I needed some gravy and I ask for a couple. Last I know that means TWO. But the cashier needed an exact number, I guess so she knows how much extra to charge me. Finally I get to the window. Then we were missing a mac and cheese. They said it says only 1 on our board. We paid for another mac and cheese but then I see my receipt and it says I paid for 2. If you like KFC, the food is pretty decent. Unfortunately, it would be hard to find a "fast" food location that is consistently as slow as this particular KFC location. Even if I have a craving for KFC's fried chicken, if there is more than one car in the drive-thru, I'll drive the extra two miles down the Boston Post Road to Popeyes. I've actually done the experiment of seeing a couple of cars online at the KFC, driving to Popeyes, getting food through their drive-thru, and coming back to KFC, only to find that had I stayed at KFC, I'd still be waiting for my order. Also, I don't think there is a local fast food outlet that is more likely to botch the order. Always double check what is in the bag before driving away! It has been this way for years. I don't why I keep torturing myself going here, I guess because they're the only KFC around. Same story every time, I order online thinking I'm saving time and no payment transaction In person. I'm 6'4" tall and 270 lbs but when I'm standing at the counter to pick up my order for 25 minutes they look past me like I'm invisible. Did It again today but this time I actually stuck my head through the Plexi glass and told them I ordered online and just want to get my order and go home. Two other people were there before me got sick of waiting and left, If I didn't already pay I would have left too. They filled my order after I spoke up, dropped the bag on the counter and walked away. The sad thing Is I prefer KFC to Popeyes chicken but I think after this last time I'm done. Only customer in the drive thru, no other cars in the parking lot. Rude attendant takes order but can't hear me as all the other employees are talking loudly in the back ground. I was charged for 3 large mac and cheese sides instead of the small ones I ordered. It took about 10 minutes to receive the food. In the meantime I can see everyone milling around, chatting among themselves and on their cell phones. I pointed out that I ordered potato wedges and not mashed, the attendant looked very inconvenienced by this and took about 5 more minutes to replace it. The chicken sandwich I ordered was dry and overcooked. Just awful. No pride or people/customer service skills among the staff. If I were the owner I would be so embarrassed. Never again. On Friday (16-NOV-18) I went there and ordered a five dollar fill-up which is usually $5.32 with tax. When I got to the window I was told the price was $6.37. I asked why the increase. The cashier said they no longer sale the fill-ups for $5.00 dollars. I wont be going there any more. read more

I sent my daughter and her fiancee to Kfc in Orange, CT, our hometown on 4-26-2018 and based on our experience and lack of follow up from a regional mgr we will never go back. They used the drive thru and when we unpacked the bags we found bbq tenders were missing. I figured since I go there all the time that phone call would solve the error. I cld the restaurant spoke with Brittany who said she is the mgr. I explained the mistake and although Brittany was arguing with me and very rude I persisted and she said to come back for the tenders ( 9.99 ). I asked the kids to go back as I assumed based on Brittany's word that we would be given the tenders and the matter forgotten, unfortunately this was not the encounter we experienced. My daughter's fiancee went into the restaurant to get the tenders. Although he is a big guy he is shy and Brittany proceeded to verbally abuse him and refused to give him the tenders. He was treated so poorly that he left. At this point my daughter goes in and is also treatedso badly by Brittany that she also leaves, particularly after every worker in the restaurant adopted a threatening stance towards her. I was shocked that they came home again without the tenders and called the restaurant yet again. I spoke with Brittany again and asked why we were told to come back only to be refused the chicken. She went onto a cock and bull story about watching the cameras and she said she knew the chicken was in there. We had another convo during which Brittany was again rude. I wanted the chicken or a refund. She said she had to call her boss and disconnected. I did not expect her to call back but she did. She said to come back a third time to get the tenders. This is the same person who told us to come back once already only to berate us publicly in the restaurant. I told Brittany we would not be coming back and that I expected a refund of the tenders plus tax, she said she could not do this. I left it with her that I would go to the restaurant and speak with the mgr for my refund. After speaking with my kids who were both too upset to eat I decided not to go to the restaurant as I did not wish to be treated in the same manner I decided to call the bank and stop the transaction. The bank was actually able to stop only the amount we were shorted. I then called KFC c/ s number and although the woman was very nice I was promised a callback from my local regional mgr and I have yet to get that call. There has not even been a msg saying they tried to call. My suggestion to remedy this would be to give the entire crew, most importantly Brittany training in appropriate customer service procedures with an emphasis in racial sensitivity training. We won't be spending anymore money with a company that allows their employees behave this way. We'll also let all our friends and neighbors know how we were treated and discourage them from patronizong this restaurant. read more

I love kfc but last nights experience might make me change my mind. I almost passed right by because the sign was not lit up and it was dark out 6:30 pm. As I walked in there were 3 cars parked out front near the front door waiting for orders?! When I got to the front to order there was a woman standing on the side waiting to complete her order along with another man.
