Food: I was pleasantly surprised to taste the food. Delicious, just like it was years ago. They had both original and extra-crispy chicken. The portion size of the sides is half what it used to be. Now we have the chicken delivered and make the sides at home. Service: Both times we had it delivered. KFC's app. has immensely improved. You can follow the delivery every of the way. Both orders were delivered and they arrived exactly on time. Ambiance: I haven't been inside; however, the exterior is newly painted, with new signs, and I can tell they are working hard to change to get the reputation back. Give them an opportunity again. read more

Everything could improve. I have given these people multiple chances because they are the closest to me and every single time they have screwed up. This latest time they said that they stopped serving food at 9:00 but they're open till 10:00 you're a f****** restaurant what the f*** are you doing for the last hour that you're open. I came in well over 30 minutes before they were supposed to close. If you're not serving food close your damn store. If you're doing clean up and whatnot like every restaurant should do you should do it like every other f****** restaurant and lock your doors and post your hours as closing at 9:00. You don't openly say we're open till 10:00 and just refuse to take orders after 9:00 that's f****** stupid you lazy pieces of s*** Literally every other restaurant on the planet knows that you do not stop preparing food an hour before you're supposed to close. Again if you're doing clean up you close the store first then you start cleaning up that's how literally every other f****** restaurant on the planet does it. You don't openly tell customers to go f*** off if they arrive at 9:10 when you're supposed to be open till 10:00 read more

just ordered a 8 piece bucket of crispy chicken along with potato and gravy and a side of chicken nuggets the chiken order was only thighs and wings, the nuggets were obviously sitting there all day and there was no gravy with the order. next time it will be Popeyes and I will never go there again. read more

If KFC has somebody in the drive thru that can fog the glass and hand me a bucket of chicken, it's at least a 4 star review. Their fried chicken is great! What's not great is pulling up to the drive thru and being told, "we're out of chicken on the bone." Whaaaaa? YOU'RE A FRIED CHICKEN JOINT! How do you run out of...FRIED CHICKEN???That's like Fiiz running out of soda or JDawgs being clean out of wieners. Baffled and disappointed. read more

My father worked for KFC Harman management for 35 plus years. He passed away one year ago today. To honor and appreciate his hard work, we ordered KFC for dinner. Our chicken was delicious, and the food was hot and fresh. Our order was accurate. Thank you KFC on Riverdale for a wonderful, tasty meal. read more

Off the rip I was greeted by Isabella, she gave a nice smile and offered many items, some of which were discounted food items. She is an outstanding worker full of dedication and drive. Isabella is a great example of how an employee should act towards customers. 10/10 read more

i went through the drive thru to order, my order wasn't ready so they had parked me in-front of the restaurant for a good 10min wait , i eventually went down my car and went in the restaurant to ask whats taking so long and before i can ask i see is employees playing around, and the employee that was "helping" me went out to her car to get something for her lip or lotion and put it on in the kitchen and didn't even wash her hands. I said "excuse me, how long will be my order I've been waiting for a good 10 minutes " she said "oh let me check", i walked out the store because i have some kids in the car and some families and letting them know whats going on, i look back up and my order was just in the front counter and the girl that "helped" me didn't even bring it out to me i had to go back inside and get it myself when she was the one who told me to park. So i went inside the store and before I grabbed it , there was noone at the front of the store or the kitchen so i had yelled out "excuse me" and the girl that "helped" me said "oh yeah thats your order, yeah thats your order" with an attitude when all i wanted to know was if it was my order. So I stormed off and said how fucked up it was for her to park me and have me wait and for her to have an attitude when i just wanted to ask a simple question and also not take out my food to me is just unnecessary , i ordered around 4-5pm on 9/13/2025 i would like the district manager for this store or a corporation to get back to me about this and how they handled this situation. I will no longer come back to this location. read more

Husband stopped by to order, went inside and waited a few minutes to be acknowledged. Chicken looked like it had been sitting for some time. Decided not to order, while sitting his car a worker came out with a mobile order for a customer then proceeded to take two big hits off her Vape pipe before going back inside. REALLY, so tacky. read more

We're from NV, visiting family. We decided on KFC for dinner. First of all, before I even ordered, was told they have no coleslaw or biscuits. We got the chicken, if that's what you want to call it. Nothing but breading, soggy and awful tasting. Could not eat that crap. read more

Sad,WTF? How can you F@#$ up KFC. I didn't take a picture of my chicken sandwich, but that was the worst chicken sandwich I ate in my 50 years. And don't get me started on the French fries . Don't eat here until they get their shit together read more

Screwed up our order. Waited 30 minutes for them to tell us they didn't have everything to fill our order. No wonder the reviews are so bad here! read more

Order wrong from the window, lied about it, said my combo did not come with a drink, when it clearly did Order late 15 cars waiting Customer service non existent they came and asked me what I ordered, fulfilled the orders in the wrong order Don't have half the items the menu calls for Death of a business before your eyes My own fault for trying to grab something quick read more

Went to the drive through. Service was ok. Ordered a coke and the gave us Pepsi instead of saying they don't have coke. 2nd choice was root beer and they were out of that. Got home and was missing the biscuit that should have been included in the meal. Requested honey mustard with the nuggets and several packets of honey and butter. Probably won't be back. read more

This place is bad. I ordered a K21 meal which is a chicken breast, mashed potatoe/gravy, biscut, cookie and a drink. I was given a thigh...went up pointed it out I was given another thigh. Never did get my cookie or what I ordered. I won't go back... read more

Just hit the drive through, a few minutes past 9:00p.m. I ordered a family chicken meal and was told they are all out of chicken. I was told they were pretty busy today and they were out of almost everything on the menu. I said that was pretty ridiculous, skeptical I was being told the truth. As I dove by I was was flipped off by the worker. Real classy KFC! read more

The service here is always terrible. We have been here in awhile cause the service with the young kids is terrible. Decided to try the new chicken sandwiches and again service was terrible. Asked for a pot pie and the kid said they don't have any. I asked if they are just out or don't have it anymore and he said it would take 15 minutes to make. When we got to the window a chick was eating the fries as she was packaging peoples food! read more

Food is pretty good but the service is crap! Went through the drive through tonight and they got our order wrong. Went inside to try and get our order fixed and they only gave us part of what they forgot and acted like it was no big deal. We could also hear lots of swearing from the staff from the drive up window. Very rude and unprofessional. Not worth going here again. read more

Everytime I've gone something is wrong. This needs to be fixed! I'm sure it's not even so much the employees fault as they're always understaffed and don't have food ready on time. Management needs to do something about or just shit the place down cause it's ridiculous. All I wanted was fried chicken read more

This is the worst KFC!!! Employees eating behind the line. No one was wearing gloves. When I asked for my money back the manager came to talk to me with no mask and no gloves as well. The health department should be called and evaluate this store. I know that KFC usually has high standards. I guess they forgot that at this location. Davis County has a very high COVID-19 rating right now. Way to protect your patrons! Not!!!! If I could give a negative number it would be -5. read more

Horrible Place. Horrible drive up service. Always out of whatever I'm trying to order and the window girl is always condescending and snotty. Won't be going back. read more

Horrible service, went through the drive thru 20 min before they closed and was asked to park around front. Well they forgot about me! They closed the doors and the crew was too busy leaving and forgot about me. When I asked the manager why did they forget about me she panicked and was like OMG we already deposited the money in the safe. I looked at her and said if I came in and took 20.00 out of your till and walked away you would have me arrested. Since you took my 20.00 and all were about to leave without providing me my food I should hand them into the police to have them all arrested for robbery. She and her crew were putting money together to refund me my 19.73 and had to take it out of the donations container. Pretty pathetic! read more

Pretty crummy service here. Asked for a pot pie and were told that they don't have them. When I questioned if they were out or no longer sold them their response was "no, it just takes 15 minutes to cook one". Sounds pretty lazy to me. The appropriate response should have just started out with the "it'll take about 15 minutes to cook" read more

Sooo wish I could give a zero. Let see where do I start me and my friend TRIED ordering a $20 fill up and were told that all they had was original legs and wings. How does a chicken place not have CHICKEN it's literally in the name of the restaurant. Sounds like to me that they didn't want to do there job. The girl that took our order seemed to be in a hurry and rushed us and got our order wrong. so we decided to get burger combos instead. We told the girl we wanted large fries and were given small fries. This place went down hill since the remodel. I miss the good food and good costumer service we used to get from the place. read more

Good food cannot make up for poor service or timing. We ordered our food in the drive-in just before 11:00 am. They told us it would be a 10 minute wait. We finally got our food at 11:37 with no explanation or apology. I will not go back to this business. read more

Worst KFC visit yet. Let me start by saying at least they had what I ordered. Its not always the case at this restaurant. First problem is they had a big sign saying a sandwich combo was 6.99. I ordered two of them and a order of 6 hot wings which were 6.99 also. When I got to the window i was told it was 32 dollars. Uh my addition was right she just heard me say 12 wings. Ok no problem. I then tell her the sign said 6.99 for the combo to which she replied ok I will check the sign and bring the extra to you after confirming what it says. Please pull around it will take 12 mins to make the wings. Oh and sorry we are out of straws so sorry our delivery was off. She then hands me the two drinks that came with the combos. The mountain dew was straight soda and the pepsi was flat??? Ok so when the order arrives the sandwiches and fries were Ice cold. They did replace the mountain dew to my surprise they replaced with a large. Only because they had also ran out of medium cups. I then argued about the combo price to which no satisfaction was offered. They just said the sign must be wrong. Get a clue. And ill go to popeyes from now on. read more

i swear every employee here is baked out of there mind. they struggle with basic human interaction as well as listening to what you actually ask for. not only did i get the wrong side but they didn't give me any sauce even when i double checked at the window. not to mention they ran my card twice and had to refund me. i should've known better then to choose here to eat. read more

Updating review because I got a raw and uncooked biscuit today. See attached picture. Employees were nice though. Surprise the employee did not catch this because when I held the biscuit it fell apart due to runny and uncooked dough. The fried chicken and macarani was good though. read more

I've ordered from here 3 times in the past month. Seriously the worst service possible. I was in line with 5 others and they ran out of root beer and chicken. They only had wings and legs. Average wait time is 25 mins. I'll drive a little further for chicken next time. read more

Where do I even start if I could give zero stars I definitely would so on Saturday I went to this particular location we've been going to this location 10+ years and we are in the process of moving overseas. My kids wanted their last meal at the favorite KFC. So we were on our way to the airport and thought we just eat it there since we're going to be there for a while with TSA and Covid things going on anyways they gave us the wrong type of chicken so I had called them and I spoke to the manager who had answer the phone. I explain to him what happened and we ordered a $20 fill up buckets extra crispy but we got the chicken fingers or whatever you call it. This is where it starts getting really weird well he sat there and told me that they had no orders for the 20 fill up buckets with chicken fingers and I can't we didn't order that but that's what we got so he sat there and tried to argue with me so I'm also explain to him that we got not what we ordered while I'm talking to him he's raising his voice trying to over talk me down talk to me I told him he needs to be retrained in customer service and then he started getting really angry so I just hung up on him because apparently he didn't take his meds for the day. After I hung up a few moments later and I know it was him he tried to call from a blocked number probably to try to finish up chewing me out like this guy Who is supposed to represent Kfc's brand but instead he represented a mental ill patient who escaped. Will never ever go to that location ever again and I hope people read this before they go there because it's not a mental stable management team there read more

Went in for the Tuesday Papa burger special. They were out of buns.WTF!!! Who runs out of buns on special night?? Went to a Golden Corral once for steak and all you can eat ribs. They were out of ribs because they did not make enough for the day. Complained to management, but nothing done. Now they have new management. You're welcome. I have to rate one star in order to make a post. That's overrated. read more

I don't know why I keep trying this place. Consistently mess up orders even when they're fairly simple, generally not clean, and have personally witnessed unsanitary behavior by staff. I wait 6 months, then have a craving and come back, because it's only KFC around. Tonight, picked up a meal, took it home and found that the wedges were 68 degrees. Literally room temperature. It was, maybe, a three minute drive. Not simply the worst KFC I've ever been to, but possibly one of the worst restaurants in the area. read more

I can't comment on the food as I never received any. The service however for me was dismal. It seemed other received adequate service. I on the other hand was told I was rude. The night of February 7, 2018 I walked into this establishment to get some dinner. As I approached the counter the young lady informed me that there was a 20 minute wait for some of the varieties of their chicken. I said I wanted the Cod and asked what the wait was for that. She informed me it was 5 minutes, which was what I had expected. I ordered a large root beer float with the cod and went over to a nearby table to wait my order. I began to read on my phone looking up occasionally looking for a float and listening for my name. After some time I noticed that the people that had been waiting for chicken were now being served. I arose and approached the counter trying to get someone's attention. There was on the counter a float of some sort, probably mine. People were scurrying around and I finally interrupted someone asking them where my order was. Two employees whispered something between themselves then went on serving those around me. I stood there and watched several other orders assembled, bagged and given to the waiting customers. Still no indication when I might be served. I asked, "Can I just get a refund?" With that everyone in the front disappeared into the back. I stood there for a short moment and asked again for a refund. Someone poked their head around from the back and said "just a minute." And disappeared again. It seemed my 30 minutes wait hadn't been long enough I needed to wait some more. I asked out loud "Is there a manager here?" She peered around the corner and again said "Just a minute." Finally she came around and instead of trying to make things right with me as I tried to explain my story she became defensive of her staff telling me that nobody had been slacking. I hadn't said or even thought that anyone was slacking. My complaint was that I had been overlooked as they scrambled to take care of everyone else. But she didn't want to hear that she called me rude. Again I attempted to explain and she again called me rude. She gave me my refund and without even a simple apology or even an acknowledgement of my inconvenience invited me to come back another time and give them a second chance. I left wondering to myself why I would do that. read more
