I'd give it a negative 5 stars if I could. Horrible service. They told us KFC was shut down so we could only order Taco Bell. I ordered the 2 chalupas and got soft tacos instead. Went to counter to tell her my order was wrong . The employee, who seemed to be the manager told me "that's what you ordered! I can't make chalupas right now so you ordered the soft tacos!!" Very unprofessional! I will never come back to this place! read more

Better SERVICE and delivery personnel then when you call to attempt to correct the issue they treat you as if you are in the wrong

Came to get dinner and kfc didn't have much to choose from because of them not cooking any. Went through drive thru and the lady that took our order was mad at the fact we were ordering food. when we were paying she would roll her eyes because customers were ordering food. Smh. Visited the KFC on West County for some good ol chicken. Upon arrival the restaurant wasn't busy so we place our to go order of 16 pc meal 2 lg mash potatoes and 6 biscuit to go which runs about $40 after tax. I noticed they recently remodeled the KFC/Taco Bell to a mostly KFC focused interior and a small Taco Bell menu and logo at the front counter, perhaps phasing out the Taco Bell soon? We waited about 15 minutes for our order seemed like it was cooked to order, the chicken came out good however the service was rather lacking employees on they're air pods, dirty tables and such which is why it deserves the 2 stars for the food and remodel. read more

I found it impressive that I had to wait 37 minutes, (I looked at the time on my receipt and my watch,) for a mashed potato bowl. They are always slow. Gave them as many chances as I could. Inside service is slower than drive through. read more

When they have it, the pot pot is my favorite pot pie ever... Other than my grandmothers. But the promises they rarely have it. And the place is so dirty I'm hesitant to eat there anymore. The whole point of "fast food" in this country isn't comprehended today, other than by Chikfilet. I entered the drivethru of this trashy location because there was ONE CAR in front of me. I ordered the most simple order a KFC can deal with: 8 piece mixed (whatever is ready), COLE SLAW and mashed potatoes as the two large sides. They screwed it up. PLUS, I sat in the driveway behind ONE CAR in front of me-- FOR EIGHT MINUTES. Then, the window opens and a small bag of probably a 3 piece tenders is handed out- and they drive off. There were NINE CARS behind me at this point. I pull up to get my order, and the GIRL CHILD at the window has the CAJONES to ask me: "Did you have the 8 piece mixed?" I'm totally sucked in now, whatever is going on in there SHE must be the only one who knows what she's doing. NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE. I DON'T check my order. Usually when I go thru a drivethru, I make the IDIOTS at the window hand MY ORDER TO ME ONE ITEM AT A TIME. But her stupid smile sucked me in. I received some kind of spicy HOT CHICKEN, was supposed to be ORIGINAL. NO COLE SLAW NO COLE SLAW NO COLE SLAW. They say they open at 11 but it's 1130 and still not open. Every time I come here they are out of something or the staff is just rude. My family will not be coming back, I know the corporate big wigs won't care, but you lost a customer. This is probably the slowest service in all of Odessa. Frequently out of everything. I've been in this line for 30 minutes already, when i finally get to the voicebox, i get told that "It's going to be a 30 minute wait on both sides" like im supposed to even know what that means. This place messes with my mind. I've had daydreams where i get out of my car while in the drive thru, get past the employees smoking in the open back door, cook my meal before anyone even notices i'm there, and get back to the car before the line has even budged. Why does nobody care about the service in THIS store? There is so much money to be made by this store. 6 out of the 10 cars that where in line with me while writing this review have already departed without ever even getting to the order screen. Why go through the trouble of the remodel when service is pathetic. Someone please do something read more

Being A fast food restaurant They take a long time to get your order out. Waited 30 minutes in line just to get a single order.

Very bad service went thru drive and waited line 30 minutes really slow. Person talking orders took long time to take order.

If there was an option of giving ZERO stars I would. Terrible location. It took then 40 minutes.. FORTY minutes to get my food out.
