i love this food, the cashier who took my order was friendly, I will definitely come back

This location is furthest from being called Fast Food. The service is consistently slow. If you are behind 4 cars, easily expect 20 minutes of waiting. The food is the standard, so no complaints there, but man the service!! Its like being at tje DMV read more

Always fast and courteous service. Best coleslaw ever. Where would we be without KFC?

I visited KFC on Westport Avenue in Norwalk, CT today. I haven't been in a long time so I thought I would try it. I should have kept driving! Ordered two pieces of crispy chicken with fries and a soda. The first piece of chicken, a leg, was crispy and the meat was okay. Second piece of chicken was unidentifiable! Very crispy and very, very greasy! So greasy I couldn't turn the page of my newspaper! The fries were extra, extra crispy and crunched with each bite. Inedible! I should have known better because when I walked in the smell of old grease permeated the air! My second hint that I should have left was when the cashier went around the corner and proceeded to fill french fry containers without using gloves!!!! Sorry KFC, but what happened to you! read more

Good excellent but blonde guy is terrible at customer service at night, gave attitude, rolling eyes and closed the window so hard on my face while talking, read more

Welcome to our 13th episode of ass or gas! Today we are reviewing the NEW kfc crispy chicken sandwich! Let's get into it! First let's talk about the presentation. The bun looks as soft as a baby's bun, and the spring back of a trampoline on a hot summer day! Smothered between these golden buns, we find the "chicken"... it looks somewhat crispy but a bit deflated says my colleague. Not a good sign...Next the first bite. *munch* To begin the first thing we noticed is a great contrast between the soft bun and crispy outside of the chicken crust. Once we start chewing we notice a lack of chicken, flavor and moisture. A dry sandwich indeed! Upon swallowing the final bite I've made my decision. The sandwich is no where near the ChicKing from Burger King, or the popeyes chicken sandwich. The pure mass and freshness of the chicken is no match. In conclusion the new kfc crispy chicken sandwich is ASS‼ read more

I'm not sure how this KFC/Taco bell is still open? They have terrible customer service skills. Walk in on 8/3/23 at 8 pm to order food. Two cars in drive through and two customers before me. Both customers have a look of disgust on their faces. No one is at the counter, 3 people are cooking, and one guy is doing drive-through and supposed to be doing counter? Not that busy, but the customer is yelling why is it taking so long for 3 pieces of chicken, and the lady is just shaking her head, knowing she is going to be there for a while. I just walk out, not standing there if no one is at the counter helping customers. Feel somewhat sorry for employees because they are doing their best, but the manager needs to hire or get fired, the place is not run correctly. No sign up that says they are hiring?? Should be up. Disappointed. Guess that is why I do not go there that often. read more

Just got a 1$24 bucket of chicken, 8 piece, leg n thigh.. Got ONE fucking little leg, a wing and the rest.. bony meatless thighs!! YOU GUYS SUCK!!! Came with "requires 3 sides".. Only 3 choices offered...mashed with gravy. just mashed potato and cole slaw..gonna have mashed comin out my ass!!! read more

The chicken was very dry and burnt, extremely Disgusting, expensive and not at all worth the money, STAY away from this septic tank, I threw it out the window to the birds and even the seagulls didn't eat this garbage, big waste of $18 !!!!!!! read more

This particular location has the absolute worst service I've ever experienced in my life. The employees will watch you walk-in and not even try to help you. I stood in there for at least 5 minutes without anyone asking me "Can I help you?" This is not the 1st time either. I go to this location because it's convenient to where I live, but they are about to lose a customer for life. read more

The location on Wesport ave sucks I mean like I can see that on the website it says that it's open till Midnight I can see the workers inside, the lights are on and they won't serve anyone! This is completely unacceptable, if your open at said time you should be open, this location also closes early which is also a load of crap! That's not any way to treat customers who enjoy coming To the Resturant I hope this changes, someone is let known that the managers running the Westport ave location are doing a horrible job and Mr sanders and owner of Taco Bell would not be happy! read more

Disgusting! Received a postcard in mail stating "under new management" but still as rude, disgusting and incompetent as before. I will never waste money there again. Will drive to another town if my kids want KFC. read more

The drive through is terrible is supposed to run faster than inside but both services are terrible. Not sure if they need staff but service is terrible. Then when you get to window order is not ready and wrong order. God help me !!!! No help them !!!! read more

The slowest restaurant in life .... should be closed if the service is going to be as slow and bad as ever....

DO NOT GO TO THIS FAST FOOD PLACE!!! Visited the KFC on Richard's Avenue in Norwalk. Ordered a 4 piece meal which comes with a side and drink. I order an extra side and the big box. First, the four pieces were so small and over cooked. My daughters order was supposed to come with a side. When I checked the order, the extra side I ordered was not in the bag. When we alerted the drive thru cashier of the issue, a woman with an accent got belligerent and waving her finger at us, saying we were wrong, etc etc. she got UGLY. Even the workers inside were trying to help but she wasn't having it. SMH! I will never go to this place again. Now I see why the place is empty. Who would want to eat at a place like this!! Terrible service. Awful food. Customer service goes a long way! Arguing about a Mac & cheese that was nasty!! read more

Horrible service. I did pre-ordered 20mins before I came, and literally waited 45mins to get my order. And had 2 guys waiting longer than me. Service sucks. Don't waste your time in this place. read more

Honestly I have been to a lot of KFC's and this location is the worst. I've given it multiple chances and they disappoint every time. They have the longest drive-thru line that takes 30 minutes and you can't drive away if you are stuck in line. I've also tried to order to-go and they told me they ran out of chicken and can't serve me. Popeyes is definitely the way to go. read more

Don't even bother.. this the most unkept unmanaged fast food spot. Not that there's any high expectation but they also just decided to close early on a whole line of people this time... read more

Ok this one is hard for me to write. The staff are Always Sweet. The food taste great. My only issue is the cleanliness of the dining area. I know my rule for myself. If I walk into a fast food place and the floors are sticky and the glass entry door is filthy with smudges I walk the H E Double Hockey Sticks out. This Taco Bell had a special place in my heart. I broke my rule for almost a year now. However today was it. I have seen a downward turn in the last year at this location. It feels like lately as if the person(s) hired to clean only does it once per day. I have been here after 2 pm and before 6 pm many times. I cannot comment on the cleanliness before or after my time frame. What I would ask of management is to be honest. Why is this dinning area so dirty lately? What changed? Is this acceptable? Again staff amazing food great but after making noises while walking out due to stickiness at the bottom of my shoes I have to stay away until this gets fixed. read more

It's honestly worth going just to see how poorly a business can be run. You will he amazed as to how they're still open for business. Just make sure you time to burn. read more

Revisited this location Cc after almost 6 months..only Location in Norwalk left after closing the Richards ave location. Experience was very disappointing like before. Did not see a SINGLE promo on the national donut chicken roll out! Ordered 5 Pc chicken combo with wedges n drinks which comes with a biscuit n choice sauce. As it was a take out... did not realize till late.. no sauce was included....and no biscuit either...even after requesting hot sauce n ketchup! Waiting for Popeyes to take over! read more

Super slow service, got a famous bowl and a side of Cole slaw, along with my husbands order: they forgot the side of Cole slaw, cheese on my famous bowl, and my fork. Awful service. read more

Just picked up some chicken and it was horrible. My order was wrong as they didn't provide a soda with one meal and they put gravy on the mashed potatoes when I specified "no gravy". I understand the need to increase prices, but you don't raise prices and also decrease the size of the chicken pieces. You do one or the other, not both. And the chicken wasn't edible. Have been there many times, but won't be going again. read more

Slowest drive through ever. And after repeating and confirming our order 3 times it's still wrong. Glad we spent over 20 minutes in the drive thru for the wrong food. Very disappointing. read more

This location is horrible when it comes to getting the orders correct. I work nearby and on occasion someone will take a ride there to get lunch. Almost every time they give us the wrong items or miss something from the order. Today they did both. We will not be back here anytime soon. read more

This KFC goes out of it's way to piss customers off. No matter what you do they can't get a drive thru order right. You are pretty much guaranteed extra crispy chicken if you ask for grilled. They should just gut this place and let natural selection run its course. read more

This KFC gets one star and that is for the delicious classic chicken and because this location is closest to me. After that it's all down hill. Woman behind the counter was completely disinterested and my wait was long even though I was the ONLY person there!! As I recall KFC is a "fast-food" establishment? The place is also dated and not particularly clean. I had to ask for the correct size for my soda lid. These are the little things that never happen at Mcd or other outfits that have good quality control and training. I'll be back though cause that chicken is gooood. read more

How does the Colonel run out of Original Recipe during the dinner hour? It's not like they were servicing lots of customers. The line speed wasn't even even approaching a snail's pace! Then after waiting the full time for a new batch of chicken to be cooked, they were out of biscuits when the chicken came out of the fryer! Workers are unmotivated -- Management is blind to the problem. Ever heard the bromide: Q: "How is ignorance different from apathy?" A: "I don't know, and I don't care." read more

OMG!! Where do I begin??? First of all please have an English speaking person manning the window!! Next please have enough chicken for at least the neighborhood and also they never have enough sides to go with your disguisting, greasy, undercooked chicken (the chicken that was substituted to say the least).! Also make sure you check your bag for your biscuits. My kids were so disappointed when I got home and there were no biscuits. That's why I went to KFC for the biscuits. Also if a meal comes with condiments like 5 of them - why should I be asked which sauces I would like!!?? I want them all! Then went to the other KFC on CT ave and that sucked!! But at least they had the chicken I wanted but no biscuits. Please figure this out whoever is in charge. Clearly went down hill!! Don't waste your money! read more

Super slow drive-thru for as long as I can remember. Be prepared to wait up to 20, or even 30 minutes for your order. It's happened to me more than a few times. This last time, they messed up my order, charging me more money for something else other than what I ordered. I didn't realize it until after I had paid and then was given my receipt a couple minutes later. I tried getting someone's attention, but I was ignored because literally everyone just disappeared, until finally the manager was just walking by the window a few minutes later. All I wanted to do was just let him know about the mistake so he could hopefully get the employees to actually pay attention to what their customers order. He insisted on "making it up to me" by giving me two extra tacos along with what I had originally orders, but I quickly realized that that wouldn't cover the few extra dollars that I was charged. I had to end up raising my voice to tell him to just give me what I was charged for, because I just wanted to get out of there, for I'm pretty sure I done with this place. read more

i am at kfc in norwalk right now trying to order a bucket of chicken. i've been sitting here for 25min now.. line is barely moving and i wish i can leave but there's a car right behind me. drive thru service is really poor. i seriously don't know why it takes this long and this isn't the first time. this is supposed to be fastfood! read more
