The only reason I buy food here, is when my mother is craving it. Otherwise I would not even step foot in this place. Almost everyone who works here is completely incompetent. Went to this KFC for a quick drive thru meal. What should have taken 3 minutes took 15. We ordered 2 famous bowls, and a big box. All combos with a drink. We drive to the window and the cashier dropped the money onto the wet ground and we had to struggle to pick it back up. Then she proceeded to ask us if we wanted drinks. We had to tell her 4 times that we ordered drinks and wanted what we had just payed for. She got them, and didn't put the lids on all the way. When they spilled when we were finally handed them, she laughed at us. We had to ask for napkins and ask for a receipt and as we waited I watched her continue to laugh at us and her manager stand there and watch. Horrible experience. Food was okay, but the cashier ruined it. Not good customer service at all. Nermen was not a very good cashier and should not be working drive thru. read more

Order from there recently a take out order. On the positive the staff is a bit friendlier then before. However some issues occurred with our order. The family meal chicken pieces 3/4 of them were of poor quality and old. Next we didn't get the sauce we requested for our strips. For me...not the biggest deal. For the kids who are picky...impossible for them to not give me a hard time over sauce I was told was in the bag. Lastly we got diet Pepsi instead if regular. Unfortunately I can't stand diet beverages. Despite the fairly good service, the food was mediocre and order accuracy wasn't there. read more

I buy chicken here on a regular basis so this is how it feels like to be a costumer on this establishment. They don`t want you there: Its clear in their attitudes toward you on every time you are there that they do not want you there, they dont need you there and they wish you would never come back. They mess up every single order, ALL drive-thru attendants are Rude and Condescending. They are ALWAYS missing some chicken cut. They either dont have breast, or thights, or they only have wings, or belive me sometimes they dont have biscuits or mash. They will try to push your order to change accordingly to whatever meat they have left and if you dont agree with it, they will tell you very rudely, that you will have to wait 20 minutes then for your order. I have been there at 6 pm on a saturday and 3 pm on a friday and had them tell me "there was no chicken breast or crispy wings). Its bizarre how UNPREPARED they are! The manager is the worse of them all, Hes racist, he has zero people skills and he does not care about the KFC franchise or its costumers. Did i mention they also close the store 30 minutes before they should at least once a week? So there is it, i only come here because i LOVE KFC and this is the ONLY location around here. After one too many horrible experiences at this restaurant I decided to write a review. Just about every time I go to this KFC they don't have what I want and after talking to several people I realized this is very common at this place. The only reason I continue to go is because I live in Milford and sometimes they actually have food available. I can't give exact example of past experiences, but I can tell you about my trip last night, around DINNER TIME!!! I emphasize that because they should have food readily available during peak hours but they NEVER do. So last night at 6:30 I walked in. They lady in front of me was trying to place her order. They said to her, "original will take 12 more minutes and crispy will take 18 more minutes". These may not be the exact times but take note of that as I did. When it was my turn, I purposely ordered the grilled because I already knew I would have to wait for the original and the crispy. The cashier, Gabriella (I just now looked at the receipt to get her name), who was very sweet and polite, asked an older lady if they had any grilled. The older lady turned to me and said, and this is an exact quote "we don't have any (she then turned back to what she was doing. Then, almost as an afterthought, she looked back at me over her shoulder and said, "And if you do want it, it will take 25 minutes." I decided not to order but my friend ordered the Bowl. I don't, for the life of me, understand why they wait until they are out of food to make more. I just have no idea. Sadly, but I think I'm finally done with this place! The service is consistently horrible. It should be closed down or at least fire the manager and replace him/her with someone competent. read more

This kfc is awful should be shut down. Food is awlways Luke warm at best, not fresh almost stale and not fresh by any means. Carful if you order a family dinner thing they might over charge by 10 dollars an hope you don't notice I did and they said well nothing we can do we already charged your card. One day, my mom and I just wanted something quick to eat for lunch. We stopped here at KFC and just got some regular chicken with potatoes. The meal wasn't bad. Surprisingly they actually didn't screw up our order, they've never done that to us. When we got our food and sat down, I couldn't even touch mine because of how nasty this place was. I tried to eat, but I was absolutely DISGUSTED by how horrendous this facility is. I almost threw up because of it. I don't know if it's just Milford since it's a pretty nasty town all together, but there was a Friendly's right next door. We could've waited an extra 10 minutes for our food. I remember the KFC that used to be a few towns over in Franklin, that place was one of the nicer ones (since it is Franklin). Just get takeout at this place. It's not worth it to do this. literally the worst fast food place i have ever been to. i went in with my boyfriend and placed my order. i got a crispy tender meal with mac and cheese and then a separate side order of mac and cheese. pretty fucking simple right? well the lady who took my order barely spoke english (same goes for seemingly everyone working there) and had no clue how to use the computer. after about five minutes i got my food, minus the extra mac and cheese. the lady was then taking my boyfriends order and had to ask the manager, who wouldnt get off their ass in the office, what the hell to do. no help there. gave my boyfriend his order without his extra side as well. had to ask her twice to get it. i then had to reorder my side of mac and cheese. she then walked away. after a few minutes she comes back and asks me what i want. i tell her i didnt get my mac and cheese and she points at the one already on my tray from my first order. i look at her and tell her i literally just ordered another one separately so she goes to get it and mashes it in a container and smooshes the top on and it cant even close. so by the time i actually got to eat, it was cold. and im pregnant and hungry and pissed off and jesus holy hell. read more
