BUYER BEWARE! A week ago, I got the 2 piece dark chicken combo and it was excellent. Tonight I ordered 6 wings only with Ranch sauce. Although I didn't specify 'regular recipe', the wings were 'hot and spicy' and no ranch sauce. I drove back through and was told an order of 6 wings only comes ONLY in ' hot and spicy'!!!! I decided to order 4 wings 'Regular Recipe' with Ranch sauce. Received the wings as specified but still no ranch sauce. All wings were VERY SMALL, and each of the last 4 wings ordered HAD FEATHERS!!!! Obviously a supplier problem and a restaurant quality control issue. IF I were to go back, I'll stick to the two-piece dark combo and check for feathers before leaving the serving window. read more

2 Feb around 4pm visited drive thru for 2 - 2 peice boxes. Chicken was so small it was ridiculous. Took a pic and placed a battery next to it for size reference. Not only was chicken peices small they were horrible tasting. It was suppose to be original recipe but I have no clue what it actually was. Breading and meat was dry. KFC hasn't gone down hill it fell off the cliff. Certainly not with the cost nor the time to go there read more

KFC - Put a AA battery next to chicken(pigeon) for size reference. Talk about shrinkflation. Smallest chicken leg ever gotten - Chicken Wings Near Me - Louisville, Kentucky

This is my 3rd time coming to this KFC. The 3rd time definitely was not a charm. I asked for a 2 piece white for the 2nd time and received dark. The chicken tasted horrible mashed potatoes were worse than the chicken the girl at the drive through was rude. I have learned my lesson and if your manager doesn't get it together everyone will be out of a job. Since no one wants to do their job. read more

Husband went to pick up dinner for us and in-laws . The employees acted like we were bothering them by ordering food, like how dare we make them do work. 3 orders of chicken strips, only get two sauces. The order that he gets is the same every time yet this time it was $10 more. Didn't get the side of green beans or coleslaw for the order, understand should've checked the bag but it should've been bagged right. Your website makes it pretty hard to give feedback. Crazy how kfc used to be so good, now it's trash. read more

In my experience, KFC no longer cares if they serve their customers. Three times I have given them a chance to get it right but there will be no more. Order is always short. When you complain they say you can call DoorDash. I guess they must go in the kitchen and package your order, sticking one piece of your three piece dinner in their pocket. Didn't realize they were controlling KFC now! read more

Food was hot and fresh, and restaurant was very clean! Good my order very fast, everything was accurate! 10/10!!

I ordered 8 piece tenders & fries for $9.99 and got this. My fault for not checking the bag, the fries were in a paper sack and the chicken in a large closed box. They should have better quality control. No one answered when I called and I didn't have time to go back. Even if I ordered two drumsticks I would be disappointed. Where is the meat? And what happened to the fries? read more

KFC - Wrong Item - Chicken Wings Near Me - Louisville, Kentucky

Have had multiple bad experiences here. - Once (2022) they were out of dark meat, told me I would have to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot so they could fry more. Waited over an hour (I had already paid for it) and finally they brought out the food. They threw in extra, too, for the wait. But still, I would not have waited for an hour if I knew it was going to take that long. They weren't very busy either. - Once (2020) they didn't give me change when I gave them a $50 bill. I only noticed when I got home and I had to drive back 15 minutes to get my change. They didn't offer any coupons or food or anything that time. - Once (2019) I pulled up around 8:00 PM when they close at 10:00 PM. No one answered the drive thru mic/speaker. I pulled up to the window and saw 2 people inside talking. I knocked on the window and they looked at me then went in the back. I waited for another 15 minutes and no one came up to me. I think they were trying to hide from me. Then I just left. - Today I wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes or so and get up to the window. They tell me they're out of dark meat and it would be a 20 minute wait. I know what 20 minutes means from the time this happened before, so I just left. Went to McDonalds next door and ordered and got food in under 5 minutes. When they do have the food you want and when you wait patiently for it, it's good. I don't think they've ever messed up my order, it's just always slow service. read more

My boyfriend came 45 mins before this store closed but apparently the lady at the drive through was very pushy and felt inconvenienced he was ordering at this time. He was completely stressed by the time he came home from this interaction. I understand that times are tough for the fast food industry but regardless I think it's crazy having employees that treat customers this way. we don't ever get kfc but we Forsure will not in the future. pathetic read more

Nice location to pick up a quick lunch. I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful counter lady. She told me all about the specials of the day. I chose the $5 fill up which was a crispy breast, mashed potatoes, biscuit, large drink and chocolate chip cookie. Dining area was very clean. read more

Walked in and gave my order, walked out about 5min later and order was correct, great job guys!

I'd say this KFC is on par. Food was hot and the service was friendly. Drive through line usually moves pretty quickly. It's a place I dont mind sitting in as well because it's very clean. read more

The food is awesome! The employees are so helpful and great! Love this location so much!

The field chicken wings were a big let down. My wife and I shared a order of Honey BBQ wings that tasted old. It's as if they were cooked in old grease. Very doubtful I'll try this location anytime soon. read more

In my opinion if you are a young adult and in the mood for some chicken, stay far away from here. Their evening shift employees are very rude and will not give you what you want. I ordered a meal, and payed for one, and got the wrong drink, my popcorn chicken had absolutely no chicken in it... It was only friend breading, and my mothers famous bowl only had mash potatoes and corn in it. I will never be going there again. read more

Wow. We've always had bad experiences here but Kelsey and the manager of this establishment just exhibited behavior I would expect more out of third graders than grown adults. Kelsey began taking our order through the drive through about as rude and uninterested as I've ever experienced. Then, we get up to the window, pay, and are asked to pull up. There are no other cars in the parking lot, much less in the drive through. We express this to Kelsey. She proceeds to go get her manager and the manager extremely rudely asks us to pull forward and says that it drives up her drive through times to have us sitting there. I'm shocked at the things that were said to us and the way in which they were said. Of course, we simply requested a refund and just wanted to be done with the ordeal. The manager continued to say rude things in a rude manner while she processed our refund, including telling us she was sorry for how our lives must be to act this way, on and on. It was truly shocking to be treated and now we don't have to wonder why there is never anyone there. We, too, will never return. read more

This is the worst location to go to for dinner!! On top of being packed they are sooooo slow!! I sat in drive thru after my order was taken for 23 minutes for 3 pieces of chicken! They always don't have something! On one occasion they ran out of biscuits and then just yesterday evening they had no chicken only tenders! You would think whoever owns this location would step their game up and make sure that they are staffed and stocked because of where this location sits! The staff is usually polite and when you do finally get your order the food is hot and the order is correct, the restaurant just needs to be better prepared to meets the needs of their customers! read more

I ordered two meals and drinks. When I got home, the drinks were seltzer water. I have tried calling the restaurant to tell them about this but I am unable to get through on the phone. read more

I ordered two 16 piece family meals and the person in the drive through said 35 mins. I agreed l, then informed the person in the window I would be stopping by a store nearby and I'll come back and pick it up. I returned early and walked in the KFC location to check on things and the person running the store said to another employee didn't we tell him 35 mins in a very rude way, then left me waiting an additional 15 minutes on top of the 35 mins. He also informed me that I should have called ahead as if I knew 32 pieces of chicken would take 45 minutes to process. The place wasn't even busy and the employees. The manager must have forgotten I was standing there in the building because the person was using profanity in a way that made another employee say "you better not talk to your employees like that". Even if this was horseplay my experience was terrible. Also thanks for making me 30 minutes late to my dads birthday party. read more

Negative ten billion stars. Worst experience ever. The GM Ernesto was yelling at his employees the whole time I was there. I know this because I was one of his employees. Lol seriously don't go here. read more

Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. The new Nashville hot chicken is great. I had the three piece tenders. It's almost like a thin barbecue ,but it's a little spicy. It's not too spicy though. It almost opened my sinuses. It is a really good alternative to buffalo sauce which kfc doesn't have. read more

I've tried this KFC twice now, and both times I've been disappointed. It's one thing when you are really busy and forget items in a customer's bag, but when you are the only one in line it shouldn't happen. Both times the employees seemed too busy joking around and forgot several items from my order. My chicken tenders were luke warm, and the popcorn chicken tasted like they were sitting for days. Overcooked and hard to chew does not go well with chicken. Avoid this place if you can. There are several better options nearby. I tried to give it a second try (because I do like KFC), but I'm sorry to say I won't be back to this location. read more
