Suggestions I have would be to put in drive thrus at your restaurants or at least offer an express line for people who order by phone. Also having a way to order and pay online would be excellent. I know it's a small, local business but I'd like to see improvements that match the amount of business it gets.

I like to order the Chicken Burrito which I did this time. It is so large and filled with stuff that I made 2 meals out of it. We also ordered 6 Tamales and my wife got the Chicken Tacos. We went to the drive up window ordered and within minutes we had our order and were on our way home. A must try business.

I don't normally leave reviews but I had to for this! It was packed full of people all looking like they were so happy with their meals. The meat quality is seriously impressive. Clearly fresh and high quality you can tell they take pride in what they serve. I went with the southwest chicken on a spud and it was perfectly cooked juicy and tasted like it was made right then and there. Honestly I have not been to a fast casual place like it! Service was excellent the staff were friendly attentive and made me feel right at home. 10/10 for sure!

I'm sorry but this place is disappointing and it's honestly just fast food…read more The biggest issue is the quality of the MEAT. I tried a sample of the steak, it's chewy and rubbery. Does not taste fresh and you can tell they buy low quality meat. I decided to go with the chicken. The chicken is 100 percent not made fresh. It looks like they buy it already cooked. And if they don't it's still super cheap rubbery low quality chicken. You can get fresher chicken at chipotle or qudoba. The service was good and staff were friendly. The interior wasn't the cleanest but not a huge deal. I may be a little picky based on the other reviews but I think there meat taste horrible

I decided to try it since it was buy 1 get 1 free. I usually get Qdoba since they don't charge for any toppings. Bubbakoo's charges for anything over three toppings. I love the Ghost Pepper Salsa, it is HOT! But you can't add it to your bowl for $.62 cents like all of the other salsas, you have to buy a side for $1.22. The food was good but I don't like the charging extra for more than three toppings and it's stuff like lettuce, cilantro, salsa, pico de gallo...things I feel should be included.

Which actually seems a little better to me. My favorite so far was the Boom Shaka Laka Burrito. But you can Build your own. You pick whether it be fried, grilled or shredded chicken etc. (they have other meat/veggie options) then you can choose any & all the toppings. It's basically the sauce that makes it the flavor you choose Nashville Hot, general Tso's , Mango habanero & quite a few other flavors. It's similar to a chipotle but definitely with a nice flavor switch up. The service has always been fast, friendly & patient. It's spacious in there so not quite sure why they aren't a little busier but I think this would be a perfect lunch spot during the work week. Just a note that it could use a good little spring cleaning. They could be short staffed or had a busy spell before I came. Just wanted to make note of it.

Although I didn't specify 'regular recipe', the wings were 'hot and spicy' and no ranch sauce. I drove back through and was told an order of 6 wings only comes ONLY in ' hot and spicy'!!!! I decided to order 4 wings 'Regular Recipe' with Ranch sauce. Received the wings as specified but still no ranch sauce. All wings were VERY SMALL, and each of the last 4 wings ordered HAD FEATHERS!!!! Obviously a supplier problem and a restaurant quality control issue. IF I were to go back, I'll stick to the two-piece dark combo and check for feathers before leaving the serving window.

I ordered for delivery today and within 10 minutes, the tracking app said my meal was out for delivery and the driver showed up within 10 minutes, which is perfectly reasonable for the distance. It was even a Jimmy Johns driver, which is terrific because other locations are deferring the deliveries to Uber eats and it always takes even longer to get your meal for delivery. This driver, a nice young lady, was pleasant and even apologized for the delay. (And there was no delay!) The sandwiches are always put together really well at this location, as requested. I definitely recommend this Jimmy Johns.
