Placed order at drive through. One breast, one leg and mashed potatoes and gravy. I was told there was a 2 minute wait for white meat. Employee at drive through window was on the phone when I paid. Arrived home in 10 minutes and discovered my order was incorrect. I received 3 legs, 3 biscuits and cole slaw. I called the restaurant twice to report the error. No answer. Had the grandkids so we decided to go through the drive thru and get some chicken nuggets. They were awful. There was barely any breading on them and they were super dry. Yuck! When I got home to eat it, we had 3 famous bowls, one with no gravy and one with no cheese or corn, the third one was the usual without modifications. Hopefully we didn't get the person's behind us. If I could give zero stars I would. The corn we got was so old it was BROWN. The chicken was supposed to be extra crispy and it was extra SOGGY. They told us at the drive through window they ran out of rolls and would have to give us cookies instead. The cookies where ROCK HARD and the 2 rolls we did get where ROCK HARD. I was in KFC at 700 N 14th St in Leesburg Florida, on 7/25/24 around 4:30. Walking into the restaurant, the worker at the front counter was talking with another coworker. After a few seconds she ended the conversation, and gave me an irritated look, as if I did something to her. At this point, I had just walked into KFC and have not uttered a word. She did not greet me and just stared at me for some time. Since, she did not greet me, I decided to greet her. I said, how are you doing?...She replied with an attitude, "I'm fine.
