Food is usually good. Not sure what happened today but its enough for me to get on here and waste time posting a review for a fast food joint. Made it home 30 minutes away called them to ask if they would remake my meal and give me the right sauce and they told me that they weren't going to do that or refund me my money, come get the sauce if you want it if I would've left and 30 minutes away to get my sauce, my chicken would've been ice cool poor management read more

This KFC/Taco Bell is all original from the late 90s early 2000s, but they don't keep it very clean as I have seen vintage fast food places from the 80s and earlier keep their tables and building spotless. They need to totally renovate this building, interior and exterior, just tear it down and build it all new and modernized, it'd be different if they actually took care of the current building but they haven't and neglected it. Some people working at this business are always good and get the food right and are good hard workers with smiles, but the other half are slackers and constantly mess up orders. After going there for a while you know who makes the food good and who doesn't, and I'm guessing the kitchen can't be that great from the condition of the building, either fully clean and restore this building, or rip it all down, and build new, either way will draw new costumers. read more

The food was not only disgusting the cleanliness of the restaurant had room for a lot of improvement. The drink filling stations was a mess. The floor was so sticky my daughter lost her flip flop due to it sticking to the floor. As we waited for our food we observed the woman "cleaning " the eating area with one rag. I observed her wiping down garbage cans then without rinsing the rag in a sanitary solution or using a different rag, go and wipe the tables down. We also witnessed her drop napkins on the floor and just pick them up and keep refilling the napkin station with them ! There was massive amounts of gum under the one " clean " table we were able to set at. My son went to pull his chair in and stuck his fingers in it. We all had lost our appetite by then! So gross ! I have worked in the food industry most of my working life and have never witnessed something so disgusting! I will say when we went to wash the germs from touching anything in the place, I was surprised that the bathrooms were pleasantly clean and nice. This review only got one star because I had to. We will NEVER go back there again and actually often tell family and friends to not go there if they are headed that way. read more

It was awful. They took food back behind the counter after it was sent out already. I ordered a famous bowl some nacho fries and a crunch wrap supreme with no tomato. The manager gave us our food and said we were good to go, as I looked inside the bag I saw they forgot my chicken bowl. Then when they fixed this mistake they forgot to include the silverware and also forgot the no tomato... great job guys read more

From PA, we get to Jamestown/Lakewood now and then; especially since a Harbor Freight just down the road. We didn't know they had one here till recently! We really enjoyed it and by chance met the owner w0rking there that day. We came back a second time and still really good. Last night, May 4, 2019 we anxiously went in after shopping. What a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!! I ordered chicken tenders and my wife followed suite and made her's the same. Prior, the tenders were generous; but last night they were so small we could not believe it. They were about half the length and skinny little things. They had them in boxes, we wondered why as we saw no one else getting them!?? Upon opening them we were shocked. This tiny meal took a couple minutes to eat (certainly not devour!) and we left disgusted. My wife is much kinder in her critiques of things and people than I am, so it surprised me when she announced to me that she is NEVER coming back to that place!! Having been in the restaurant business ourselves for quite a few years, we know the importance of consistency in quality and quantity; this "meal?" TOTALLY FAILING both criteria. I used to work at a KFC at a different location and the chicken here does not follow corporate expectation. Never had a great customer service experience here either. This location is also a Taco Bell. The Taco Bell side messed up my order that already came out 5 minutes later than KFC because they forgot about it. read more

Not only did we receive the wrong chicken - after a half hour wait in the drive through - it was ruined with the sloppy application of the sauce. The Nashville Hot Sauce was so drenched on the chicken that it puddled 1/2 inch or more in the container. It was so heavily covered with the sauce that the chicken was actually black in color. Won't comment on quality of food here because it is fast food and pretty standard I suppose. I have been here a few times over the last 2 years and I think they need to figure out how they manage their production. Last 2 visits on Friday/sat around 7pm they were out of cooked grilled chicken. How on earth can a fast food chicken restaurant not have chicken ready or even close to ready. This last time i was told 20 minutes and figured ok. I will go pickup a movie and when i get back it will be ready....nope they forgot to put it in the oven. The staff is incompetant, slow, very slow, they discriminate also, only mexicans work there. I complained about my 25 min wait in line and they all started talking in mexican, i took spanish in high school and they said to show me the door. I've tried to give this place in Lakewood Ny more than one chance... Every time I go here the food is ALWAYS nice hot and fresh... However the service is VERY SEVERELY lacking!!! For instance... The girl that took my order... VERY nice! Waited for my order for a while since they were busy... when the girl packing the order (who seemed to speak very little english) tried to hand me my order I told her she missed a cookie for one of the $5 fill ups as well as one of 2 individual sides of mac & Cheese I had ordered. Which I would think this hard to miss since on the sheet there was a number 2 next to the individual side.... She gave those to me and I went to sit down then realized that they had also forgotten my breast that I had ordered separately. I had to flag down the girl that took my order who apologized and got it for me! Food as I said was wonderfully good. When my husband went up to get a to go box for our left overs the girl gave him some MAJOR unnecessary attitude!! Just over a BOX!! We promptly left and upon arriving home we realized that our kids meal that we got to go was missing it's Capri sun drink..... SERIOUSLY???? No only that but we watched quite a few other people walk back up to get missed items on their orders as well as people coming in after going through drive thru that had incorrect orders!!! That's only ONE of my visits there... So in short if you want good food great place to be... however if you want prompt good service with a smile go else where!
