Although the impossible burger comes with onions and pickles and sauce, I switched things up and deleted the veggies and added Swiss cheese. The add-ons are limited. I didn't see tomato or avocado as an option and Swiss was the only real cheese available. The strong-silent-type working at the counter also surprised me. When we received our order, the fries were cold. My husband politely asked if we could get some fresh ones (when we heard them frying a batch) and he said "Sure." And he gave us a basketful when they finished. Nice. You are in a food hall, so just grab a seat in or outside, by a window watching the birds, or whatever you like. It's casual. They text you when your order is ready. Our burgers were nicely smashed, cooked well, and flavorful. The brioche bun was soft and fresh (probably lots of preservatives, but oh well). My family and i just had my sons first birthday here tonight and i can't say enough good things…read moreabout our experience. We had a party of ten so i called ahead to reserve a table and the hostess was so helpful and very sweet. When i arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled time they already had the table ready for us. We were greeted right away by the hostess with a very big smile on her face and sweet demeanor. Our server was Brielle and she was AMAZING! Our glasses were never empty, our food was hot and extremely tasty. The wings and the sauces Brielle recommended were spot on and everyone raved about their food. The manager Chris came right over and was such a sweet guy. He interacted with my son and our entire family. When we were done with our meal they brought out the biggest piece of chocolate cake for my son and kids to enjoy on the house. This was such a wonderful experience and they have made lifetime customers out of us all. We will continue to come back for great customer service, delicious food and a stellar environment that families can all enjoy together.
