The manager told me that he watched the person make it and that they made it just fine. I called a franchise and asked about what it should actually look like and taste like, and they validated my perception. I told the manager, and he offered to remake it for me. I said what the heck sure I'll take it. It was the exact same thing. If you put a picture on the wall and describe something a certain way, it would be better if you did the actual thing rather than giving a weak approximation of it. Eight dollars for soft serve they didn't even taste all that good makes me realize I'm never coming back to Freddy's. The reason I'm posting this is to save other people from the disappointment.

I had a terrible experience at KFC. They overcharged me and when I brought it up, the staff member acted like she didn't care at all. No smile, no apology, just took my coupon and didn't really try to help. I still paid more than I should have and even though a higher up was supposed to call or email me about getting my money back, they never did. This isn't the first time this KFC has disappointed me. It's been horrible for many years and I honestly don't know how they're still open. The last time I ate there six years ago, my grandson's kids meal had an already eaten chicken leg in it and that kept me away for years. I only went back because I figured I'd give them another chance but now I'll stick with Churches Chicken from now on. read more

Worst KFC in the state of Kansas. I only visit this location because its close to my home, but not anymore. The manager of duty was Wilma Brown, which I only found out after I insisted on knowing it. Every time we visit we are either missing food we have paid for or its a super rude person at the drive-thru window. The General Managers name is Lisa Waddy (which they also didn't want to tell). I am currently looking for the area managers number to inform them of what's going on at this location. DONT VISIT THIS ONE, ITS WORTH DRIVING ALL THE WAY TO BONNER SPRINGS read more

There were 2 soap dispensers in the men's room, both were empty. There was something brown smudged on the sink. I ordered honey and butter for my biscuit but never got it.
