I honestly haven't been to a KFC in a few years. To get me to go to a fast food place I would have to be extremely hungry, late night and no other options but a drive-through. My GPS directed me right off the highway and I went through the drive-through ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles. It went pretty quickly, ordered my sandwich, paid and i unwrapped it... this piece of chicken was extremely large. It was multitasking trying to drive and eat this thing at the same time. I walked up to the counter to order and stood there for 5 minutes with the employees just looking at me. No greeting. A staff member just walked up to the register and stared at me. Why did I go here? I know these chickens are on Ozempic. You would think that they would change. These chicken thighs are the size of the biscuit. Went there the other night with my wife. The place was immaculate. Small line in front of us with a number of people,giving complicated orders. The manager was working the register and handled the orders quickly and friendly. I was stunned how fast it was., food quality was excellent. Chicken was cooked perfectly and the portion was large. Great value as well. Noticed the staff were working hard behind counter to keep things moving and were similarly helpful. Went here last night. I had just gotten into town and was in the mood for some fried chicken that was fast and easy. I got their 2 piece chicken meal and was surprised there was no upcharge for a breast and a wing. It came with a drink and a side. I got their mash potatoes with gravy and a soda. I was disappointed that they were out of lemonade. As far as the chicken was concerned it was pretty good. My only complaint was the original recipe coating was too moist, almost wet. Very good! I came in to try the plant based chicken nuggets and they were absolutely delicious! I hope KFC keeps these around. As someone who doesn't eat meat I am always looking for fast alternatives at fast food restaurants that aren't salad. The Jupiter location was not busy, they got the order just right. The 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the biscuits tasted like cardboard with no flavor. Not sure if this is because of the KFC recipe or the locations. It's an old location with unfriendly staff. You really don't feel welcome here. We went here for lunch and picked up a couple combos. Disappointed - I was really wanting some crispy KFC for dinner for the family and went in to buy a family meal bucket and they were out of the crispy!! They said I would have to wait 10 minutes for the new batch to be finished cooking. Been visiting this Jupiter KFC location over 2 years and always great service and never had a blunder with my order snd food always delivered to standards. The manager CJ is a great guy who is friendly and makes sure each customer is happy. Staff is friendly and have a smile on their face and facility is clean. Chicken was breaded and super salty - but I ordered grilled! No sauces were offered or given the menu said I could have 2. Fries were warm - should be hot especially at 12:39 - lunch hour! Passed by after filling up with gas on a road trip. Wanted to order 12+ wings to snack on. Was told that that was a very unrealistic order and that they could not fill it. They only provide 4 wings at a time. I told them in all my years alive and all the kfc locations I have frequented, I have never in my life heard anything like that. Yes have heard "we are out , if you don't mind waiting we will make more" never have I heard that they would not make an order of wings because they only make 4 and I needed to order ahead next time. 2 star service review bc I got an extra eye roll at no charge. Ordered 2 tender meals from this basic chicken hole from a sweet voice from the box and pulled forward. With no one in front or behind me...I asked to order an extra fry and tender at the window for the kid who swore they weren't hungry. Without warning, her eyes rolled back and her face tensed up like she was holding in a big terd before asking if I wanted to make it a meal. I could tell the stress was piling up....the tension was high....and with absolutely no one behind me, I politely replied, "seems like you're really busy...skip the drink." ...she gave me another eye roll, *FOR FREE* as she proceeded to tell me she's being "timed". The sudden snap at her staff and tone of her voice made me well aware I was dealing with a world class chef and my order was clearly subpar. They do not have KFC buffets where I live, so when I know there is one around I go out of my way to check it out. This normally happens when I am in Florida. I went to check out this buffet and it was pretty good. There were 2 parts to the buffet. One was for the cold food (salad, coleslaw, etc.) and the other was for the hot food (chicken, sides, biscuits). They had original and extra crispy chicken as well as some sides like mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and some others. The actual size and layout of the buffet wasn't impressive but the food was good. There was a bunch of people eating from the buffet so the food was constantly being replenished. This is my third KFC buffet experience and was the middle of the three. Altogether, it was good. I should have ate a little more but totally worth the $9. read more

A rainy spell in Fla., has brought me to down home comfort food. Nothing says that more than Fried chicken and sides. I will not say KFC is the best chicken in the universe, but it is very good. At the buffet in Jupiter, you can pay 20 bucks for 6 pieces of chicken, or pay 8 bucks, and get a drink,and all you can eat. I will take the 8 buck deal. All the sides salad and deserts. A relatively clean place, and as friendly, as you would expect, from a fast food place. I was amused by the upsell on the drink. " Would you like a large cup for 20 cents more?". I just read a review by chip and let me tell you I literally had the same problem! when I ordered my food I asked for it to be fresh because I did have ways to go to go back to work and they said it was going to be a wait which is expected. I ordered over $40 worth of food for some coworkers and I and when I got back to work my whole order was wrong!!!!!!!! I asked for boneless chicken ad they gave me bone, for the pop corn chicken bites order I ordered 2 and one of those they were supposed to be spicy, well they were just normal, some sides were right and some I was missing. I called and asked to speak to a manager which she didn't understand much English sorry to say but was very annoying to me. She told me to come back, so I drove 15 mins to go back and she said she was going to make all my food over for me which I thought perfect 15 mins later my food was ready and I made sure to have all my food welllllll the little chicken bits I took a bit out of one and put it in the box well when I received my food guess what I got fresh out of the fryer? The SAME piece of chicken!!!!! Having gone to this restaurant over the years, and I use this term very loosely in reference to this place, both eating in and especially when taking out from the Drive Through, I can tell you that this establishment or whatever you want to call it, is the absolute Scum of our fine town of Jupiter. Very poor service to the point that the workers have no clue what they are doing, and perhaps the manager, if you can see someone that even looks like a manager has no clue as well. I haven't enough space or time to explain my thoughts about this horrific place, but please also understand that I have never in my 60 years of living ever felt a need to disgrace a place like this. I sincerely hope that the place closes and some other Fast-Food joint moves in. I can't even understand how this place survives except for the guests at the Hotel that sits directly behind it.
