Horrendous is the first word that comes to mind. For starters I ordered ahead on the app. When I arrived I was told it was going to be another 10 minutes, they were waiting on the biscuits. I couldn't believe it! Not a customer in the place and I had ordered 20 minutes earlier and still not ready??? Furthermore, I used the restroom while I was waiting and OMG what a stench, thought I was going to vomit. The most foul odor I have ever encountered. The chicken was horrible, extremely greasy and the mash potatoes tasted like plastic. Overall, a very bad experience. Would never return and highly recommend you save your money and go elsewhere. Very disappointing to say that I don't have a lot of good things to write about this particular KFC. I've been there a couple times since I moved into town four years ago and both times were kind of nasty. The chicken I got at 8 o'clock at night seem like it was cooked at 10 o'clock in the morning. The quality has not been great based on my experience and the employees can sometimes seem a little unprofessional. I say this is unfortunate because I used to love KFC back in the day. read more

The worst meals ever! I ordered 3 pc big box, and hubby had two chicken sandwiches. We did drive through at Jensen Beach at 6:30 pm. The chicken was all dry, dark and overcooked twice....it was horrible. I'm sure it was cooked for lunch, and then reheated again for us....we had to wait for it too. Unfortunately the service delivered was less than one star. I ordered online, paid in advance with a credit card and was told my order would be ready at 6:20 pm. I got there ate 6:25 and was told they were out of chicken breasts and it would be a while until my order was ready. I started to wait then said I wanted to cancel my order and asked for some sort of receipt that my order wasn't ready and therefore I did not receive it. They said they can't cancel or credit online orders. They couldn't offer me any proof that I canceled my order. There was no manager in charge. Ok, was trying out the buffet at KFC and when entering the staff was kinda friendly, so ordered the buffet we figured they were going to refresh it.... but had to ask for fresh mac & cheese .never refreshed the chicken or rolls and when going to ask there was no one at the front counter. All in all the toss salad was good ,that you can fix on the bar so I would not recommend this place ,and two customers came back in from the drive thru one had the chicken missing from his sandwich and the other ones order had several missing items.all though the lobby was pretty clean. . read more

First of all I know we have a pandemic but put a sign on your door that it is locked and it's for drive-through only. I saw multiple people parking and walking up to the door to be humiliated by the staff inside laughing. After paying eight dollars for a dried out wing and a biscuit that could break a window, I wish I had gone home to eat. The food is deplorable, with no care to the preparation of the food. The staff is cold and heartless with no mannerisms. This is a perfect example of the downward turn of fast food. This restaurant is a total HORROR show. It's unimaginable how an international brand can permit one of its representations to be so filthy. Restroom with trash everywhere, filthy walls, and toxic toilets. The dining room is GROSS. Garbage, food, stains, and dirt build up in every corner.
