When we walked in, we saw the computers that you had to order and being in the mid 70s, they scare me a little bit. The young girl behind the counter said, would you like me to help you came out immediately and asked us what we wanted and helped us ring up our order with a big smile on her face. We ordered then we sat down. They brought our burger and fries out to us and I asked them for a knife because my husband and I were sharing it. The cook said no don't worry. I'll take it back and cut it for you. They then brought it out in two separate baskets which I thought was so accommodating for us. I have to say this is the cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever seen. There was a young man walking around, wiping down tables and booths constantly even when there was no one at those tables. He asked us many times if there was anything we needed. We then told him we needed ketchup and he went and he got it for us. I have to say we were so pleased with the service and the attitude of all the employees in the restaurant. I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. The fries remind me of the fries they serve at Portillo's. A crisp crinkle cut with the perfect amount of salt. I truly enjoyed my food. I will add that a one piece is $10.99.
