She even brought ice water for our puppy, which was such a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated. You would never have known they were short-staffed based on how smoothly she handled everything. We love coming here--it's always a wonderful atmosphere, and we especially appreciate being able to bring our puppy and enjoy the patio. We look forward to many more visits!

This was my second trip here, and unfortunately, it just confirmed that the first disappointment…read morewasn't a fluke. If the first visit was a 3, this one scraped the bottom at a solid 2. I really wanted to give them a fair shot to redeem themselves, but the wings were just a repeat offender--completely sloppy and soggy again. There is absolutely no crunch, no texture, just a wet, rushed mess that completely ruins what should be classic pub comfort food. It takes a lot for me to downgrade a spot on a return visit, but two strikes back-to-back means something is seriously off in the kitchen. I'm officially waving the white flag on this one. The turtle has officially slowed down to a crawl.

I was in the mood for some chicken instead of going to the traditional chicken places. I came…read moreacross this food truck that appears to be here regularly. I decided to order the chicken fingers with an order of fries. I paid $21 including tip for four chicken fingers and the fries. Originally, I thought it was a little bit too expensive, but I was hungry and didn't want to shop around. You can order chicken with virtually no spice, but I ordered it medium and it had plenty of spice for me. Usually, spicy foods are very hot. I wasn't crazy about the breading, but it wasn't bad. I liked the chicken, which was very moist. There were a couple of people ahead of me, but I got my food pretty quickly. As I'm eating standing outside the truck, there is a steady flow of people. I would give it a shot again if I'm in the area. $19 seems a little steep, but you're definitely not getting KFC-type chicken here. You can't go wrong if you stop here. I sat on my car and said, "I love my car, so the ambiance was great."

Firstly, let me add that we were hungry!!! I'm not very familiar with Culver but my teen niece told…read moreme that it was good but expensive. Now I'm not sure if this place would be considered FAST FOOD or something a little better. They don't have a "drive-thru" per se but they have a drive up order window but then you can either park in one of the designated spots and wait for them to bring you your food or you can pull up against the curve and wait as well. They will give you a numbered sticky note to place on your car. When we got to the order board, and the voice came over the speaker, she asked "what can we prepare fresh for you?" As a part of her welcome spiel. Lots of places boast freshness but we will see about that. I ordered the cod dinner (1 piece) which comes with fries, a dinner roll, and coleslaw. My husband ordered the Shrimp dinner and the kid ordered chicken tenders and fries. I was expecting a frozen piece of low quality fish with little flavor but this was actually pretty tasty! Again...I was very hungry but it actually did taste fresh! No hint of fishy-ness and it was piping hot and crispy and I thought it was really yummy. I ordered the 1 piece thinking I was just ordering something to hold me over until dinner but that one piece of fish was pretty big. I'm Glad I opted for one. My hubby and I could split a 3 piece because I felt the piece was large and thick and filling. The breading wasn't soggy either. It was nice and crunchy (I ate right away) and the fries were decent. The fries remind me of the fries they serve at Portillo's. A crisp crinkle cut with the perfect amount of salt. I truly enjoyed my food. I will add that a one piece is $10.99. My husband loved his shrimp dinner and my kid, who only eats tenders if we go to Chick-fil-a, even said hers was good. I expected her to complain but she liked them. So I guess it was a win across the board with my family. We relocated to PSL where they have Culver's so I guess I'll be eating here more often. No pics...sorry. Maybe next time when I can sit and eat instead of driving.

My husband got the hamburger and thought it was okay, but it didn't have those wow flavors either. We went because we had a gift card and wanted to see if it could become our new go-to burger place when we're craving one. We had to wait for our order to be delivered to the car, and there was quite a long line of cars waiting for their food. Overall, it wasn't the best experience, but we might give it another try later to see if maybe the first visit was just an off day.

I walked into this establishment--let's call it "The Shrine of the Crispy"--not expecting…read moreenlightenment, merely lunch. But what I received was a philosophical question wrapped in a brioche bun and nestled next to a pile of golden-brown spears: What could possibly go wrong? The answer, friends, is nothing. Nothing at all. This chicken sandwich and its accompanying fries are not just "food"; they are an act of edible perfection, a culinary proof of concept that the universe, sometimes, aligns just for your taste buds. The staff? They aren't mere employees; they are the smooth operators of gastronomic delight. They are nice and smooth as the finest Wisconsin cheese, greeting you with a silky politeness that makes you briefly wonder if you've stumbled into a finishing school for dairy-based diplomats. Every interaction is so effortless, so un-fast-food, that I almost apologized for ordering. Then, the food. It's not just prepared; it's manifested. The kitchen operates on some form of anti-entropy principle, because the food is always fresh, always hot, and precisely to your order. If I asked for a single grain of pepper on the bottom right corner of the top bun, I suspect they would deliver it with a bow and an astronomical treatise on pepper placement. The fries are structurally sound and the chicken is juicy--a perfect 10/10 every single time. And let us spare a moment of pity for the poor, misguided souls at all the other fast food places that try and replicate this gem. Bless their hearts. They might as well try to replicate the Mona Lisa using a crayon and a damp napkin. This sandwich is not a recipe; it's a destiny. It remains always a great safe choice for a meal, a beacon of consistency in a chaotic, lukewarm world. Go here. Eat this. Let the perfection restore your faith in humanity. Do not forget a lemonade!!!

They should have stuck to Cuban sandwiches because this was the worst chicken sandwich I have ever eaten. It tasted like one of those frozen, puck-like patties that very young children like and was as dry as sands through an hour glass. The only redeeming thing was the garlic cilantro sauce. Just that on a bun would have tasted better. My friend ordered a Tropichop "all the way" and received a plain one. They weren't even busy, really no excuse for that kind of mistake unless the staff is putting in absolutely no effort whatsoever. Will never return.
