The lady at the register today I believe her name was Charish (based on the receipt) very rude and condescending. Would not recommend coming here at all. She seemed to get angry at me for them not having enough change behind the register. I ordered for my family it was about $72-78 and I handed her a hundred. She warned us that chicken was going to take about 20 minutes. We told her we weren't in a hurry. For our patience, she was happy to discount our order. Wow! The past 10 years the 4 times I've been to KFC I'm reminded why I never go there. The chicken is just not good. The quality of product they use is very clearly the cheapest possible option. The Sad part is they charge premium prices! The only good things on the menu are the biscuits and gravy. Everything else is basically cat food. They have good employees and the restaurant was clean. It's legit the food itself that's the problem. The chicken is rubber, the macaroni tastes worse than great value, and the fries are packing peanuts. Please save your money go to Chick-fil-A instead. 3 times they have gotten my order wrong, only I don't realize it until I'm home and realize they forgot something. So I call them up, they apologize, and say come back and we'll get that missing item to you. 2 times I drive back to get what they should have included in the first place. 3rd time it happened, the manager tells me to come back for the missing item, and I said no, and added that they need to get the order right the first time instead of having customers driving back to get the missing item. Better yet, they should send someone out to deliver the missing item! This is ridiculous. 3 times? 1 time, I can understand, mistakes happen. But 3 times? And the best they can do is tell the customer to come back for the missing item? So another drive? Seriously? Don't they realize that just adds to the inconvenience of the whole situation? To the managers of this KFC - please make sure your employees are packaging the orders to include all the items. When I checked the receipts, all the items I ordered were on there! Last night( 6/28) I used the app to order food, when I arrived at the restaurant I waited by the to go/online kiosk because you can't order online and drive thru to pickup order. I was eventually ask who I was, and informed that they were out of chicken breast for the sandwiches. I said fine just refund my order, the store manager said he couldn't, but had heard I could in the app, not true, the app gave me a number to call and stated I'd have to call for a refund. I called and explained what had happened they took all my information gave me a lengthy case # then transferred me to another person that took all my information again then said I should see a credit in the next 72 hours. Do not ever under any circumstances eat at this establishment. Former employee (yes i know roll your eyes) but there are several unsafe food handling practices implemented at this establishment. &Often times the floor drain overfills with black moldy grease and workers continue having to serve food while walking in and splashing in the foul water. &Food often stays under the heat lamps for far longer than the food safety of 1:30. hours yes that shriveled chicken breast you bought at 5pm had a good chance to have been sitting there since 1:30pm &Hands are seldom washed. &If the chicken is even slightly over the expiration date and has not acquired a sour smell AND turned green it will still be cooked (even then it might be cooked if it should be thrown). &The flour you have your chicken so gleefully breaded in is often not changed and then stored for tomorrows usage after sitting out in the hot store all day with raw chicken drippings in it bon appetite morning munchers. & the fry cooks with raw chicken flour all over them do not have a personal hand washing station so are required to travel to the cooked area to wash up and with the raw bloody flour on their cloths carry up the finished cooked product and place it in the warmers causing many cross contamination issues. &Pans and other dish implements are often just flash cleaned (very light scrub to knock debris off and then set to dry often not sitiing in the sanitation water long enough to sterilize they use sinks not the steam cleaners here) These are just a few of the issues that happen behind the scenes and employees have been fired for reporting the health issues or even attempting to do the job properly as any attempt to do the job properly causes you to not work fast enough. read more

Decided to try KFC for the first time in at least 25 yrs....what a mistake..!! chicken was funky brown and soggy , mash potatoes and gravy were bland. The cold slaw was the only thing that tasted pretty good. I found that the fried chicken in the hungry man TV dinners tasted 100% better than KFC and a golden yellow. Not deserving of a star...hungry 8:30 PM OPEN sign was not on...chairs up on tables. Two people drove off thinking they were closed. we went in to find major cleaning going on floor completely wet and the young staff looked surprised & disappointed we were there. The server was sluggish and unkempt, we ordered our meal only to find we did not get the style (extra Crispy) we ordered we proceeded to eat with flies buzzing around us.
