I was allowed to pick as many sauces as I want. I went with Honey BBQ, teriyaki glaze, and the one you want....the house specialty. The house specialty is a sweet and spicy dry rub and they chargrill the wings to help seal the flavor. It seemed like I had a rub taste like it before but could not place it. If you had to pick one wing flavor, this is the one you want that sets them apart from other wing joints. The other wings were good too but nothing that makes you say I can only get this flavor from Firedome. My sweet tea was refreshingly sweet and trivia was a blast as it is on Thursdays. I'm adding Firedome as places to watch games and eat wings at in Henderson.

Because of this restaurant, I had my first real chicken fried steak in a VERY long time. Now, I would be lying if I didn't think the batter was too salty. Things happen and getting something too salty is very easy thing to do. I also didn't care for it being served on top of the fries and red beans with rice. In Texas, there are usually two plates. I ordered a double hamburger combo with onion rings and a root beer my wife ordered a cheeseburger combo with fries and a root beer. Their burgers are smash burgers with a slightly crispy edge and an amazing beefy flavor. I mean these were really really delicious burgers. The onion rings were very good and we preferred those to the fries. Fries were good but the onion rings were just better in our opinion. We didn't order any ice cream but a table next to us ordered a banana split and it was huge and looked like one of those banana splits seen in a commercial. I mean it looked fabulous. Prices are about average for these days but for freshly prepared food with the burger having such good flavor, IMO, worth the price. Only knock; I wish they had a soda machine in the lobby where we could refill our own drinks.
