Ok, I have to say, they finally fixed the shake machine that was broken for over a year! Now, they only show one shake price and the shake was tiny. The 40oz shake is gone. The person on the window was so rude that even with the fixed machine, I will not be returning to this Rally's. With behavior like this from a certain store and of their managers not training people the basic stuff to work there, it is sad. read more

Google said they were open u til 2 am on Christmas night, and i drove ALL THE WAY down there and they were closed! And they make you pull forward when no one is behind you! read more

Where I come from .... we don't have an abundance of Rally restaurants. I gave this location a try and was not disappointed. I ordered a Big Bubba meal combo at the drive-in menu. Soon, I was rewarded with my meal, exactly as requested. The cashier warmly greeted me and was pleasant during our exchange. Once I received my meal, I pulled into a parking space and consumed my meal with vigor. The whole meal was done to perfection. Unlike many fast food restaurants, this store does not offer inside dining. There are a couple tables available outside that are probably useful during the warmer months. My visit was a nice treat. Absolutely terrible experience. This was the rudest fast food experience I have ever had. The person taking our order was visibly enraged at my simple questions. And she left the conversation, unexplained, for a three minute pause and came back and finished the order. I simply wanted a spicy chicken sandwich, which was a chicken breast, iceberg lettuce sprinkled and some mayo squirted on it. And my wife got the boneless chicken wings. They were pretty gross. My vanilla shake had various substances floating on the surface that I could not identify. Some looked like hairs or fabric and some brown and red goop. Just the worst! read more

This is my first rally's experience. The burger had good flavor but was much smaller than I expected for $6. The service was good and they answered any questions I had. The area was clean and well maintained. I was a walk up customer so I was a little disappointed that there are no restrooms for use while waiting which seemed odd since they have a seating section. Where I live if you offer seating you also have to have a restroom for use. I would eat here again if someone wanted to meet for lunch but it won't be somewhere I go out of my way to eat at. read more

Visited the drive thru around 11 am on March 4 and ordered a chicken bites box and mozarella sticks. Service was subpar but what really stinks is I got the order for the guy behind me and didn't even notice until I was already gone. Very disappointing in that I spent over $10 and received a blatantly wrong order. Need to double check next time, but fast food shouldn't be this hard, the workers have literally one job.. The quality of customer service can make or break my experience. I ordered the new boneless wings in medium sauce. I couldn't understand anything the person taking my order was saying. He wasn't polite. They weren't that busy. It was midnight. But he was in a rush. I got my medium wings and it was upgraded to medium size when I didnt ask for that. read more

Not even one star. Placed order today. 10 pc boneless wings, 1 mother cruncher chicken and 2 large fries. Was told it would be an 8 minute wait on the wings so I asked for the sandwich to also be made fresh with the wings. 15 minutes later was handed the bag, of course i check it as you always have to at this location. I thought the sandwich looked small so i opened it. It was the mini spicy chicken sandwich and NOT EVEN FRESH. Cold, hard, nasty pc of mystery meat slapped on a bun with shredded lettuce and mayo. I knock on the window informing the guy this for one is not the mother cruncher and it is also not fresh. Didnt expect me to check before I left Im sure of it. This kid JOSH starts slinging the sandwich around slapping it on the counter saying no this is the sandwich!!!!! This is it!!!! This is what you get and thats it!!! I said ok give it here because im going to save it and personal show your owner what i was given. He at that time refused to give me the sandwich back. Slammed the window and walked away. This is stealing. My credit card was charged and I was refused the items that i paid for. Ordered the Mushroom Swiss, Med Fries, Large Sweet tea, two classic swirl cones. The meat had a rather off putting taste to it and the fries were clearly very old. The sweet tea was pretty good for fast food tea and the ice cream was pleasant. The problem for me was with the appearance of the establishment. It appeared to be lackluster by in the hygiene area. read more

I'm honestly surprised that no one has rated Rally's. I lived on Rally's cheeseburgers and their oh so delicious seasoned fries as a kid. They were cheap, quick, and probably some of the best fast food burgers I'd had. Well, ever had as a pre-teen, since that's when we left Evansville. Its worth a visit if you're in the mood for fast food. read more

Henderson Rallys.. Usually good. Last night I ordered 4 sandwiches all with bacon, no mayo and a Chicken box.. Two of the sandwiches had mayo and none had bacon!!! I called because I paid up for bacon.. They offered to rightfully replace the meal. The next night I came in and the same cook was working.. I get home and my sandwiches had two large purces of UNCOOKED bacon on them. Thankfully I pre-checked.. I will be calling a district manager tomorrow. read more

Well evidently Dumb, Dumber and Dumb@ss was working tonight because we ordered 3 large combo meals and 4 extra double cheeseburgers and they expertly managed to smash all that into 2 small bags. No napkins ketchup.. nothing. The French fries were cooked at least 3 times. I'm NOT exaggerating. They were dark, dark brown and literally snapped and was hallow when I bent some of them. Had it not been already 8:30 (everyone starved) and the place 10 miles across town I would have driven back over there and slung the bags, fries drinks and all right through the window. Oh yeah and after looking at the receipt we were over charged $8! But don't despair... tomorrow I will be calling the manager as well as corporate. Next time someone mentions Rallys I'm going to recommend digging in the dumpster first! read more

Awful. I was from out of town, pulled into the "drive through". I could only see arrows that directed me to the left side of the building. After ordering, and waiting what felt to be a significant amount of time at the window, which was on the passenger side of the car, the girl inside told me that I was in the wrong lane. I asked what to do and she said to go to the other side. I did this, when I drove around I found four vehicles in front of me, I waited for the four vehicles in front of me to be processed. When I finally got to the second window, the guy prepared to hand me the the bag, I asked if this was the original order, that had been prepared much earlier, and had it gotten cold. He said it was not cold. I apprehensively left. When I examined to contents of the bag I found the contents to be cold, very unappetizing, and the "medium fries" to be above one half the size of a small McDonald's. I cannot find out how to post a picture of the fries on this site. I will put the picture on Yelp or TripAdvisor as possible. I do not understand why the girl could not have given me the order on the left side of the building, there was a door adjacent to that window. Based on these employees behavior I endured an experience I will not soon forget. read more
