This time I ordered the chimichurri steak, and it was phenomenal. The steak was incredibly tender, and the chimichurri sauce was packed with flavor. It also came with two sweet, soft plantains that were absolutely delicious and fried yuca. Their fried yuca is a must-try. It's perfectly cooked and topped with an amazing sauce that takes it to another level. I've also enjoyed their raw oysters, which have always been fresh and delicious. If you're a seafood lover, their grilled and blackened fish dishes are outstanding as well. The service deserves just as much praise as the food. The waiters and waitstaff are friendly, attentive, and always on point, making every visit feel welcoming. Whether you're looking for a romantic date night, a family dinner, or just a place to relax with a couple of cocktails by the water, Salt Shack is an excellent choice.
