This place always messing up on something!! The original bucket of chicken and the skin just slid off the meat, and the grease was brown and the chicken was slightly pink, which is already nasty from this one as it is. The fryer wasen't working perfectly the staff that was there at the time on 12/9/25. They stated that no crispy was available, so the person I was with ordered it anyway!! Nasty and unseasoned original wet chicken as always. The pot pies from this branch never have but a few crumbs of chicken in them, so I really go elsewhere. Where the food is better. Ate biscuits and cold slaw, because the chicken is trifling from them, and no effort is put into pleasing the customer! He started to cancel it, but he bought it, so oh well. Besides the fact the lady was acting funny, once he realized I hate original, we just left. Looked like she had a problem with how we felt, or maybe frustrated about not having workable equipment. Reviews are a little outdated so I thought I should throw one up. Just went to this kfc and there were 5 cars in line before me and the line went really fast the speaker person was very polite and we got our food promptly. Food is good too! read more

Ordered the new chicken 8 piece nuggets 2 were tough & chewie, also the were very spicey not sure what the spice was but they were hot, o to 10, you get a 2, I won't eat KFC again, ever since the Colonel sold horrible. read more

Polite and kind staff at this location. TheY always have my order correct and my online orders ready. One time the dark meat bucket was way too oily, sauggy and wings were swimming in grease, literally swimming and dripping, very gross. The seasoning is always great and tenders are crispy. I know everyone has to earn a living. Specially during these hard times. But they have 3 men that are over 70 years old. And they are VERY rude and impatient, and they ALWAYS get the orders wrong. Older man in the drive-through was extremely and unnecessarily rude for no reason. He attempted to rush us through our order, and then overcharge us for it. We ordered a chicken little and 2 drumsticks and we were told it was $8.45. I then asked about the price and he become short and snappy saying the sandwich alone was over two dollars despite the sign saying 1.69 plus tax and the drumsticks were 3.11 a piece which I know very well isn't right. We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday. I had a 2 piece leg and thigh combo--the chicken skin was soft and falling off because it was so greasy and it did not taste appealing. My husband ordered a chicken tender combo and the chicken was dry and it appeared to be old, his fries were ok but his raspberry tea tasted like it was diet. The biscuits were hard and dry overall we were not satisfied and needless to say we will NOT be eating KFC anytime soon. read more

Had not had KFC since before Covid. Really looked forward to getting some for a late lunch. Pulled up to the Drive-Thru and was behind a sweet elderly lady desperately trying to order a family dinner. She was practically screaming it out and I soon realized why. There was a very obnoxious guy manning the drive-thru bellowing through the loud speaker at her to speak up, he couldn't hear her. Again, she was screaming it loud enough for me to hear her. She wanted a 5 piece dinner. Then the neighborhood (and surrounding counties) heard the guy cut her off even louder than before, saying "I don't sell 5 piece! What do you want exactly!". The poor thing was flummoxed. He said, "I sell 4 piece, 8 piece, 12 piece and 16 piece dinners. ". That's just a sample of what this woman was put through. My turn. Didn't even reach the speaker before I got blasted with "Take your order?". I asked for the 3piece meal. He demanded "Fries and Pepsi!". I said okay but could I get a side of gravy? "I have to charge you". I asked how much and hd yelled. WHAT? I CANT HEAR YOU!". I asked how much for gravy. WHAT? WHAT? I CANT HERE YOU! IS THAT IT?". Went on until I found myself raising my voice to his level like the lady before me. "You know what? " I said, "Skip it" and drove off. Me. and the two cars behind me that heard all that. Drove West on Ford Road to the next KFC west of Venoy. Night & Day. Pleasant young man patiently listened and assisted me in assembling a yummy dinner calmly and with friendly respect. You can buy a gravy he said, but you could also get two sides of mash and gravy and dip into that. Brilliant! Saved me a coupla bucks. He smiled, and the food came quick and hot. Delicious too. KFC needs to fire that awful man in Garden City. They lost at least $100 the 10 minutes I was there, plus any future orders from me. Who knows who else he's driven away. read more

The slowest KFC on Earth. I only stop by b/c it's closer than Popeyes. My God, you would think they were actually frying individual pieces one by one. The staff is friendly just slow as hell. And night time is even slower. So pack your patience & don't wait until your starving to go. read more

They are outdated, the cashiers are rude, and they don't even have a dipping station like other KFC's to offer the spicy honey bbq wings.

Bought a bucket. They shorted us on slaw. No spokes, napkins etc. sure were cheep on the extras.
