Our server was nice, he seemed way to shy to be a server however. The food was great as always. I ordered the Buffalo mac and had the spinich artichoke flat bread for an appetizer. I always find it interesting when I go here, how the staff conversations and interactions are more important than engaging the customers. They are courteous, but almost on a dismissive way, unless you're a friend or family member then there's a whole conversation to be had. But who serves a wing smaller than a pepperoni and thinks that's okay?

I've lived in flint for awhile, and I've seen most of the places around for food. But not this one!…read moreI decided to order a few things from here on my lunch break to try it out. And I was so surprised on how amazing and incredibly impressive it was. I called about a half hour ahead so they could have ample time to make everything in the order. I came in, the store was very clean and had a very nice dimly lit, Italian Mob style decor and ambience to it. It was so fun to see the Sopranos on a mural in the dining area as I went to pick up my food. It was new and unique. I went to the cashier to pick up my food, and she greeted me with a smile and efficient service. She asked me important questions like if I needed ranch, napkins, a receipt, a drink, that sort of thing. It was good to see that even on the front line? The kitchen ensures that everything is brought out exactly as (if not better than) the customer ordered. I believe the owner came out as well for a brief moment. He struck me initially as a very strong business owner and a kind personality with both employees, and customers alike. I got my food and drink, and when I went back to work to eat it, I was incredibly shocked! It was still hot from the fryer, they put the perfect amount of sauce on the chicken, the corn bites were hot and fresh as well. I wasn't expecting to be blown away by a simple chicken plate, but I'm glad to be surprised. Overall? Go here. Get some chicken! Get a few sides too! It may be a mid-level price point for chicken, but it is so worth the few extra dollars for excellent service, clean store, and even better food. I'm very difficult to impress with food. Wing Fellas on 4242 Miller Road has exceeded all expectations and passed every test with flying colors. Like I said before? Go here as soon as you can. You will NOT regret it!!!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I have to settle for 5. But it's just not enough.

I had a order through grubhub. I ordered 15 whole peace wings last time. I ordered this. It was…read morereally good. The wings were phenomenal they even throw them fries when I never ask. Today I ordered the same thing. But this time, I wanted buffalo sauce. Not only did I didn't get buffalo sauce, I got wing dings instead, which is the smaller version of a whole wing. I caught both grubhub for the refund and I called chicken express. The lady was nice enough to offer me a free fifteen piece. Hold wings. But due to me not being able to, because I worked in the medical field, I can't get it. I asked, there's another way she told me. No, I can't do it tomorrow. Because there's no way of her to show proof to her manager, which easily. I could just take a picture and screenshot the receipt. Wasn't planning going photoshopping the receipt eater to act like it's what's in the same day which it wasn't, but she told me on her and that it doesn't show to make a whole wings, but instead wing dings, instead, I kind of don't believe that. Even though she was nice on the phone because when I ordered it the first time they got my order right. I think they could have been in the rush. Also, you guys kind of need to pick the feathers off the chicken. As well. I will get this a go again. Because like I said, your chicken is awesome, but my order was wrong. And the only reason why there's barbecue sauce on the wings in the pictures. Because my team member had barbecue sauce. And you can tell, these wings are not a full wing. I hope in the future. Something like this can be better both for you and grubhub. When it comes to ordering, but i'm highly disappointed.

Do they get lost often? It would appear that they do. Surcharge for delivery is minimal and sometimes it pays to have it delivered versus pick up. There do happen to be nights when I just want a pizza and a side of bread sticks, but I just do not want to get in the car to go get it. That's what delivery is for. My pizza orders have never taken more than 15-20 minutes for pickup. It's always ready when I show up. I like the flavored crusts, so many different varieties to try, but the butter and cheese are my preferences. It's a decent quality pizza and it's always served piping hot from the oven. I know it's a basic fast food pizza, but it is better than a lot of others. I've had Hungry Howie's pizza from this location the most often, but the ones I've had from other storefronts are also good, but this is my preferred HH. The side bread sticks are good, too, but I'm not totally crazy about them. They go well with the pizza, though. The basic side order with dipping sauces is big enough for us. As fast food pizza goes, it is pretty good and economical. I don't think I've spent more than $18 here for pizza(s) and a side order of bread. Occasionally, with specials, I think we didn't pay over $12. The store always looks clean every time I've picked my order up, so I can't complain about cleanliness.
