After ordering is when I'm told I can't pay with the chick fil a rewards or money (I've never been to a store that didn't take chick fil a rewards & scan for payment). And #2 , no receipt and I realize I'm overcharged!! We got one meal that came with hash browns and a drink + one order of 4ct minis total $25.42 . Again trying to explain this but like I said it's like I was talking to a brick wall. Arggh , the hashbrowns were crumbled , the minis bread were stale, they said the coffee machine was broken for the hot coffee but somehow for the meal order gave her iced coffee. Honestly even if the service would have been good I still would have mentioned the food and overcharge. I took a picture as a time stamp when we left just to be accurate.
