I waited 24hrs before I wrote this review debating if I should let it go but, I feel iron sharpens iron and chick fil a needs to know this store does not accurately represent their brand. I stopped by with a friend on 6/23/26 at 9.46am to buy breakfast, on a roadtrip, we were excited and greeted the cashier to your left when facing the counter and we may as well been talking to a wall! I understand it's morning and she may not want to be there so grace is given but what gets me is 1. After ordering is when I'm told I can't pay with the chick fil a rewards or money (I've never been to a store that didn't take chick fil a rewards & scan for payment). And #2 , no receipt and I realize I'm overcharged!! We got one meal that came with hash browns and a drink + one order of 4ct minis total $25.42 . Again trying to explain this but like I said it's like I was talking to a brick wall. Arggh , the hashbrowns were crumbled , the minis bread were stale, they said the coffee machine was broken for the hot coffee but somehow for the meal order gave her iced coffee. Honestly even if the service would have been good I still would have mentioned the food and overcharge. I took a picture as a time stamp when we left just to be accurate. Honestly unless they change up the food and service, you may as well go to a mom & pops breakfast place nearby , than support this store. read more

I placed a large order for a graduation lunch a few days before graduation. I spoke with Richard, the GM who took the order. He told me that I could pay for it when I picked it up. I had to change the order three times as some in our group couldn't make it. Then today, we received word three more of our guests were unable to attend and Richard adjusted the order last minute and remained helpful and understanding. He helped to make a day that is sometimes overwhelming and a little chaotic more enjoyable. His associates were also very helpful and pleasant. The food was delicious!!! read more

Zachariah was amazing,but needed some help and it is 11 o'clock and the crispy nuggets are frozen and the line is wrapped around the building out the door. He is working as fast as he can with limited time to make more items. I don't know if they are just shortstaffed or if people were in the back and we couldn't see them. He said the frozen nuggets would take at least two hours to thaw. Now if they open at 7:30, why are the nuggets still frozen at 11? All the beverages are diabetes sweet (we had juice, lemonade, and berry lemonade). Everything is out of place. Card machine doesn't accept American Express or Discover, there's no tap, small problems, but not the Chick-fil-A that I know and love. read more

Friendly staff, fast service. Love the paper cups instead of styrofoam. No chicken tenders but otherwise met my expectations.

Jae was so rude and was huffing and puffing under her breath the entire time we gave her our order. Didn't say my pleasure once didn't say anything at all just had a major attitude. I work in the restaurant industry and have never been treated as rudely as she treated us. The rest of the employees working on Memorial Day are amaZing and nice and polite. I work on holidays all the time and never act rude like that to paying customers. read more

This is the absolute worst Chick-fil-A experience I have ever had. This is my second visit. Will not be going back. Workers that can't comprehend orders and simple requests. Rude. Was overcharged because I wanted to purchase a combo but be charged for a gallon lemonade instead of a drink. I use to work at Chick-fil-A, they make more money by someone purchasing a gallon, but the manager even came over and told the worker to ring everything up separately, causing me to pay for everything individually, which is no longer a combo price. So both employees didn't had no care in taking care of me as the customer. On top of that, they wouldn't honor the app with a reward that I had earned as a customer. The my pleasure by the manger, was absolutely fake and just verbatim. The manager ran out of lemonade and had to go back to get more and refill. I could see her standing around and talking in the back instead of getting more. She didn't come back out and say sorry for the wait or try to make it right in any sort of way. Overall, they just had no integrity to take care of a customer. I'm not sure who is running this offshoot of Longwoods campus, but it doesn't hold a inkling of Christian resemblance. This is so disappointing . I will be writing headquarters about this locations and them misrepresenting their model of a upstanding Christian business that holds integrity in high regards. read more

The workers here are always rude when I am ordering and tend to forget things in my meal or sometimes even forget my whole order. They do not communicate well and if you don't say anything you will never get your order. The food isn't great either. read more

Chick-fil-A is always one of my go-to in and out fast food restaurants, our location is perfect! It's where all the college students like to go and hangout including high schoolers after school! Always great energy and the workers are always very nice to the customers. Very impressed! read more

I can't believe this is one of the things I miss the most in Farmville! It's a very friendly joint, with great customer service. I like the fact that it's open even during the summer months when school is out. I have to confess that my favorite items off the menu are not their chicken nuggets. I mean, their waffle fries are phenomenal, compared to all other fast-food chains that offer fries! I also love their milkshakes. At the end of the day, I think it's the friendliness of the staff that makes it such a lovely place. This Chick-Fil-A is pretty impressive. They are small, but that is because it is a Express one. They don't have all the menu items, but it is still very yummy. They do very well for being in a college town. They keep up with tons of business and when they are extremely busy. The staff is usually kind except for the time I came in and an employee was dropping the "F bomb." read more

I come to this location all the time the customer service is simple terrible. The manager did an absolute horrible job by choosing his staff. Ethan is very rude, he likes to blocks things out I say when I order and re-asks it again because he chose not to listen the first time. Ive worked in FoodLion, Panera, and wawa it is not hard to hear what the customer has to say first before you try to interrupt them. Another young African American girl was on register with Ethan today 1/31 around 2pm and she decided to take a little milkshake sip break while there was four people behind me.... don't you think this is something you should WAIT until the line is empty? it didn't sit right with me. Im not going to open the panera drive thru window and take a sip of my drink in front of my customer. Then I asked Ethan for 3 simple sauces "buffalo, honey mustard and cfa sauce" you know what was his response? "ah jeez" Excuse me? I can sauce up my food and when I got my order I got BBQ, RANCH, and cfa sauce. I dealt with it even though I wasn't pleased, but then I got up because I wanted WHAT I HAD ASKED FOR. and it took exactly 5 minutes for the staff to get to me and they didn't even get to ME i had to get THEM, 4 people saw me and including the manager saw me standing there and didn't even come up to me to ask what I needed. I've been to this location numerous times while visiting my sister at Longwood University. This Chick-fil-A is located directly on campus. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. This location gets very busy when it's an event on Longwood campus. The restaurant manager and staff do a good job getting food out fast. Parking in front of the restaurant is limited especially when it's busy. This location has excellent customer service. read more

But the staff were just not very professional with their language and the way they treated their customers. I'm from Virginia Beach where chick fil a is the best fast food place to eat at and this chick fil a is probably the absolute worst. The employees are assholes the food is sub par and never done how i ask and literally none of them care about their job. They are always on their phones and they don't take the two seconds it takes to turn around and let the kitchen know i want my chicken well done rather they roll their eyes and proceed to submit my order not how i ordered it. I wouldn't be so mad if i didn't pay $5,000 per semester for a meal plan to waste all my bonus dollars on food that i take two bites of. I love CFA but this is literally the worst I have ever been to. They always mess up my order, they have god awful customer service and they pretty much just do whatever they want. I usually have wonderful service at Chick-Fil-A's. This evening (Saturday) I showed up at 8:20 and the door was locked. As I was reading the sign and about to leave your staff came up to the door and instead of pointing to the sign they're closed or mouthing the words they threw their hands up in an annoying way and just walked away. Thought it was quite rude as I wasn't trying to get their attention, I was just reading the sign that showed summer hours. So, to the rude Chick-fil-A employee, please forgive out of town patrons who don't know your summer hours and need about 5 seconds to read a sign. read more

Amazing, as chick fil a usually is. Food is fantastic, service is stellar, and the place is very clean.

If I had to chose a word to describe my experience as a paying customer here, it would be "incredible." As in, "incredibly" disappointing, "incredibly" entitled, and "incredibly" insulting. Employees at this store have no concept of customer service. They'll rudely (and loudly) discuss which one has the duty of telling you to get out because they just closed, and they'll turn off the lights without saying anything to all to you about the store having just closed. Additionally, they'll also follow you out the store and yell at you and ask if "you think they're your fucking maids" because a bag of trash was left on the table after they had just shut the lights off on you. Don't come here and expect to be treated with respect or even with regular human decency. They'll take advantage of you as a young college student, and they think rules don't apply to them. A formal complaint will be filed. read more
