The WORST KFC I have ever been to. Several times I have been here and nobody has appeared to even be there.Nothing but crackheaded rude employees when they actually are there. I honestly don't know how they're still employed there. Food was barely warm, chicken was hard and they desperately need their oil changed. Clean and nice up front, friendly lady at counter, food was good. Mashed taters, cole slaw, biscuits on point. Come on, fill up those tater bowls though and give plenty of gravy with extra side order. Chicken was a mix. Came at about 3:45pm so maybe got a mix of new and old. Probably should strategically stack the bucket so the two pieces on the bottom aren't sitting in an inch of grease. But overall it was good. read more

Rude. I ordered ahead. Drove through the drive thru to pick it up. Claimed there was no app order. I had it on my phone as ready. I tried to explain. She would talk over me and tell me that I had to come inside. I tried explaining that I had a broken foot that is why I ordered ahead. She spoke over me again. I parked to go in. I got in there and my order had been ready sitting on the counter. I get it and start to go out when I noticed it was wrong. Then I have to wait for the correct order to be fixed. They did not have sauces that I paid for. Just rude & unprofessional. It wasn't like they were busy. 1 table and no one in the drive thru. No reason for them to act this way to customers. I was here once at 20:15 AM. They had all doors locked. I banged on my he door. A girl came and unlocked it. She seemed really irritated. A month or so later I'm here at 7:30 PM. ALL DOORS ARE LOCKED (the sign says they're supposed to be open 10AM - 10PM). Just close the place and go out of business already. You won't be missed!!! read more

After going to this KFC several times over the past year and dealing with constant incorrect orders, inept service, and long wait times, I can no longer justify giving my business to this restaurant simply because it is close to my home. It really can't be that hard to do an order right, is it? Ever since the 2nd location closed, this one has been consistently horrible. The staff would much rather be talking to each other or on their cell phones than the customer and then when you get the food, it's not what you ordered. How can a "chicken" place have no thighs or legs ready at 11:45 on a weekday? Yep, that's happened too. Or at 12:30? or 12:00? I really do like the chicken but not from this one. I never know what I'm going to get. Went there about two weeks ago and didn't even get any chicken. I was told it would be 1/2 hour before their chicken was ready. I left as this isn't FAST food(I think I've read that before). I haven't been to this KFC for a while before this and now It'll keep me away longer. Better change management here before it's too late. read more

Twice, we have waited over 30 minutes, to be told "it just came out of the fryer", wait 10 more minutes, to then be told our order was given to someone else. Twice. Wanted to 'walk' a bit today and see how far it is from my sister's house to the Beltline. Sidewalks are as plentiful here in Decatur as chicken's teeth. Decided to try something at the KFC and ordered the Chicken Wraps. The nice kid at the counter told me it would take five minutes to get my order so I opted for an Original Filet sandwich. Not much to write home about, very formulaic in their preparation. The staff was nice so I give them two stars. I took away a couple because a customer was complaining that the Coke dispenser wasn't working so he wanted a refund on his Coke...Broke-ass equipment doesn't get a place stars now! read more

My man and I went to KFC for lunch today before work. In the amount of time it took them to get us our food I could have bought a baby chicken, raised it as my own, waited on it to lay an egg, once it hatched raise THAT chicken to adulthood, and personally cooked it to make my own dang three piece chicken tenders. And also, 'finger lickin good'?? Nothing about it made me want to lick my fingers. It made me want to cut my fingers off for defiling my mouth with that shriveled up meatless chicken skin. last time i rated KFC i gave it one star now its 3 stars because they came a long way the last i visited they are friendly now last time i went you couldn't get a hello out of them or a smile....automatically when i stepped in the door i got hi how are i will be with you in just a minuet and i was really shocked i had to think one minuet if i was in the right place! and the whole time i was there i wasn't ignored either...the place is really clean..but my biggest downfall is they still make transactions on the register and handle the food and no gloves but my hats off to KFC your getting better and keep it up! read more
