The General Manager in the Colville WA location does not treat employees well. They follow them around and harass them for things that the employee has no control over. This has been done on several occasions. The general manager also has no respect for any of her employees. instead of going to the person they need to talk to they will talk to others behind the persons back. They will keep expired food and continue to use hand it out to customers. Also, only schedules themselves when their husband works. Favors the husband and is rude to others. We stopped in to get an 8 piece original recipe chicken bucket. Order came really fast. Then my wife started noticing the bucket smelled bad on our way home. Not only did it smell bad, but the chicken was old, dry, overcooked and burnt and didn't taste anything like KFC. It was so bad that after trying to eat one piece, we both agree to trash the whole bucket. $31 bucks down the trash. No second chances if this is what is served. Not going back. read more

Never have I been so frustrated with a fast food restaurant! I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender combo and was only given a 3 piece but was still charged for a 5 piece. To make matters worse, I specifically asked for Finger Lickin Good Sauce during my order and was not given any. They asked me at the window if I wanted any sauces and I guess I made the mistake of thinking that since I had already specified that I wanted sauce, that they must have been asking if I wanted any other sauce than what I had already asked for. I guess the people working there aren't capable of remember an order for more than 45 seconds! If you want chicken tenders, go to Ronny D's! I would seriously give this 0 Stars if I could! We went through the driveway today and was looking forward to some crispy chicken. They didn't have the crispy chicken ready so we said we would wait for it. We left very happy and wonderful food. The staff and manager were awesome. Definitely will be back when we are in Colville. read more

We were looking for a sit down restaurant, but everything was closed, so we stopped in here to eat as a family. Even though this place was also closing soon, the staff was very welcoming and attentive. The food didn't come out exactly as we ordered, but the staff not only made the order right, the food came out better than expected! The staff members all seemed to work well together, they were busy taking care of many tasks and were still all very friendly! The restaurant was very clean and neat too! read more

Absolutely fantastic! My husband and I stopped by mid afternoon and ordered a pot pie, chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich. And if I could I'd give 10 stars I would. This KFC has the best tasting and freshest food I've ever had at a KFC. It could be mistaken for homemade. The pot pie is better then a restaurant or the Marie calendars from the grocery store. Every year we stop it's dang good. I wish I lived closer, cuz I'd have it every day. ..also the service is great! read more

We have frequented this kfc about once a month for a year... they very rarely have the chicken we order... crispy thighs... a normal menu item... we ask them to fry some for us and they consistently tell us, "at least 15 minutes to fry some for us." And with a bad attitude, as if they don't want to fry them for us. We decided to forget this lousy kfc exists. They are not customer service oriented... nor do they have cooked, the normal chicken items on the normal kfc menu. We used to enjoy kfc once in a while... never again at this mis-managed, unfriendly kfc. We've owned 3 businesses over the years... when we made mistakes... or didn't have what the customer ordered... we ate the cost... these people have never offered to even discount the meal... yet, it's a common occurrence for them to not have normal items on the menu. TO TOP IT OFF... one time they didn't have what we ordered and paid for... so, we agreed to a lesser choice menu item (like normal)... and the cost was a few dollars less than what we paid... GUESS WHAT THEY ASKED US... "DO YOU WANT YOUR CHANGE BACK"... come on... THEY ACTUALLY ASKED US IF WE WANTED THE DIFFERENCE OF MONEY BACK...! THEN, THE MANAGER WAS PUT OUT TO HAVE TO OPEN THE CASH DRAWER TO PAY US BACK THE DIFFERENCE...!!!!! This kfc is not worth our time any longer... yet, we hope they might fix their problems... or leave town. ----------------------------------- We thought we'd give them a try after months of not coming in... the food is terrible... we were given burnt mashed potatoes and gravy... the chicken was old cold dry and tasteless... and they didn't listen to our order and gave us the wrong pieces of chicken.
