I find it incredibly lazy that they won't run your debit card for you. It's no different than taking cash and making change. Lately, they have been really slow and there is always a long line. We've have multiple times when we pulled up to one of the ordering screens and were next in line but they take orders for multiple cars behind us, who arrived after us, in the other lane. I sat for half an hour at the curbside pick up and never once had someone come out to me, I canceled my order and left. They were terrible.

We stopped in to pick up some Fries on our way back home. It was around 3:30 PM. There were maybe 3 couples inside eating. I placed my order for 2 large fries on the Kiosk inside. It took almost 20 minutes to get our order. I could here one of the staff tell an incoming employee they were really busy. REALLY??? Where? There were several employees in the back wandering around. I could tell that the drive thru was more important than the customers inside. Guess if we EVER stop here again it will be in the drive thru. This location is horrible. Always slow, wait times are long. If you go in and order you wait while door dash orders are taken care of before you. Fries are either undercooked or taste like grease. Just overall always a poor experience. read more

Super upset. Came through 15 minutes ago and got my whole family food. Fries were limp and room temp even though drive thru was busy. I ordered quarter pounder with bacon meal, no bun and after we finally got to stop realized it was just a few patties with a sprinkle of lettuce and cold cheese. No bacon. Very impressed with the lady who was taking our order. She was awesome. She took over 15 orders while we were there eating and the smile never left her face and she got everything right. Although the food never seems to be particularly bad, I have yet to get one order of my own that was actually correct. So far, I've got the Bacon Clubhouse 5 times, yet every time they seem to miss one thing I ask for. Since the remodel, they services provided by McDonalds have been sub par. Stopped in for a quick lunch while in town on business.. My husband had asked for a special request sandwich not out of the ordinary or realm of ingredients normally offered at any McDonalds naionwide.. The onset of panic ensued as the cashier tries to figure out how to charge us appropriately.. the manager on duty was called over and she was very RUDE & unaccommodating, not only was she unwilling to accommodate the order we requested, but she she lied about being out of the Big Mac ingredients to do so even though the next customer ordered his Big Mac w no problem.. This "special order" is not rocket science.. it is just 2 chicken patties in place of 2 beef patties on a BigMac sandwich called the "MacChicken" in any other non hick town, this has been made for us countless times at McDonalds all over Washington State and beyond with no problems whatsoever.. giving testimony to the unprofessional training this manager was given which has nothing to do with customer satisfaction at all.. so do not expect good service here.. there also reads a rediculous sign in the lobby on the soda machine which threatens locals w being turned into the police department in the event they "steal" the soda..lol what a joke.. this place needs to be reported to McDonalds headquarters.. in fact we will be doing this.. the sign was enuf to make us walk out on our order & we ended up getting much better customer service at the Taco Time next door :D read more

This establishment is the WORST in Colville,WA for, customer service, customer appreciation, customer loyalty, respect for customers. If you forget to ask for Fry sauce, tarter sauce, ketchup, etc... you get scolded and it costs you .25 cents per packet. WOW! ! Also if your wife decides at the last minute she would like a soda with her meal after all, and you try to order it at the pay window~ NOPE~ NOT POSSIBLE, you have to go back through the Drive Thru line all over again to get the soda. I decided to complain about the policy and the owner of this McDonald's came to the drive thru window to hear my complaint, he said, THAT IS THE POLICY AND IT CAN NOT BE CHANGED OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY ! ! ! No other food establishment in Colville, WA would ever treat customers this way. Merchants in Colville appreciate and honor there clientele base. This is the only MacDonald's I have ever been in that I got food poisoning so bad I was turned inside out for two days! Not just me but my youngest son as well. I think perhaps a flame thrower used from the inside out may sanitize the place but maybe not. How difficult can it be to keep the food healthy in a fast food establishment? Stand clear!!! read more
