This maybe the best McDonald I have been so far! The lovely Charlotte was super helpful and welcoming...she offered each guest napkins and ketchup and also offered help with using the kiosks! The dining area and even the restrooms are super clean! I'm hope more of the McDs can use them as an example! read more

McDonald's - Wonderful people!! Food was well prepared too! - Fast Food Near Me - Colville, Washington

Charlotte, a dining room worker, was amazing! She came by my table and asked if she could clear it for me. She also asked if I needed a refill on my drink. A few minutes later, she asked another customer if he needed anything; he paused for a minute and then said he could use a hug. Charlotte then laughed and gave him a grandmotherly hug. It made my day brighter! read more

I find it incredibly lazy that they won't run your debit card for you. It's no different than taking cash and making change. Lately, they have been really slow and there is always a long line. We've have multiple times when we pulled up to one of the ordering screens and were next in line but they take orders for multiple cars behind us, who arrived after us, in the other lane. That's pretty lame. read more

Fresh fries and good sweet tea!! Best McDonald's I've ever been to. Thanks Colville :)

This was genuinely ahh no soda no ice cream ts was ahhh I had to spend an extra dollar for a slushy they didn't have that I didn't get refunded for read more

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. We ordered breakfast at 8:30am and didn't get our food till about 10:45am. 0/10 don't come here. They'll waste your time, and your order will be missing items. read more

Terrible service. Food is what you expect. Manager is not friendly and doesn't care about the customers.

I stopped to catch an evening snack with the $5 dollar meal and the counter said they stopped doing it no need to come back

Every time I come here it's a 20-25 minute ordeal sitting and waiting with all of the spots to wait filled. Worst service I have ever had at a McDonalds consistently. read more

The food is deliious they do mess up a lot but service is amazing definatly coming back Also inside is like a master peace It's clean beautifal food comes within 5 minutes read more

I sat for half an hour at the curbside pick up and never once had someone come out to me, I canceled my order and left. They were terrible.

We stopped in to pick up some Fries on our way back home. It was around 3:30 PM. There were maybe 3 couples inside eating. I placed my order for 2 large fries on the Kiosk inside. It took almost 20 minutes to get our order. I could here one of the staff tell an incoming employee they were really busy. REALLY??? Where? There were several employees in the back wandering around. I could tell that the drive thru was more important than the customers inside. Guess if we EVER stop here again it will be in the drive thru. OH, and McD's is getting expensive, well over $9 for those fries!! Crazy! read more

This location is horrible. Always slow, wait times are long. If you go in and order you wait while door dash orders are taken care of before you. Fries are either undercooked or taste like grease. Just overall always a poor experience. read more

Vert slow they have everyone pull forward and wait, so many vehicles pulled forward they get confused about which order goes where

This location is extremely slow and inconsistent. Wait times and order accuracy are a crapshoot; usually 15 + minutes and the wrong order. Don't visit unless you have 20 minutes to wait in line, even if you're the only car in line. It's mind-boggling trying to figure out how this location can be so incompetent. read more

It's really clean now Can you get better food and They do the thing where you don't have to Go through the drive-thru to get your food and they roll out in roller skates read more

Super upset. Came through 15 minutes ago and got my whole family food. Fries were limp and room temp even though drive thru was busy. I ordered quarter pounder with bacon meal, no bun and after we finally got to stop realized it was just a few patties with a sprinkle of lettuce and cold cheese. No bacon. Tried to call and the number does not work. Such BS. Order 1366 on date 8/14/2020. Total was $30.17. This location continues to have issues. read more

the service here is amazing. the manager Justin was fast, efficient, and overall made our experience worth it. the food is great too and service was fast. can't complain! thanks Justin‼ read more

Food is always hot when I come here! Crew members are always super friendly and helpful when missing an item. Great place overall!

Came here the other night, got food poisoning pretty bad. I knew it tasted off. Be careful.

Waited 17 mins in the drive through for our breakfast order that ended up short by one McMuffin... poor service in the past year.

I love this place! Everybody is soo nice and the food is warm, fresh and altogether fantastic. I can only give five stars but if I could give it more I would. One man, Josiah, was particularly friendly and helpful. I might go back with my wife just to see him! read more

I use to love going here until recently. Everytime I'd go through drive if this crew member worked I would be treated rudely and disrespectful. They are always extremely short attitude when ordering from them cashing out or receiving my food. It happens everytime she works drive thru and it's wrong. I have started taking my business else where. Her name is Frankie Marie. I don't know why she's rude to me but she cost McDonald's a customer read more

I thought that this location was okay. It's your average McDonalds from the staff to the food, nothing was really different. The only thing that really stood out to me was that there was plenty of seating. read more

McDonald's - a mcdonald's on a cloudy day - Fast Food Near Me - Colville, Washington

Very impressed with the lady who was taking our order. She was awesome. She took over 15 orders while we were there eating and the smile never left her face and she got everything right. No one waited more then 5 minutes for food, and the food was correct and good. Store looks nice, newly remodeled, very clean. read more

Although the food never seems to be particularly bad, I have yet to get one order of my own that was actually correct. So far, I've got the Bacon Clubhouse 5 times, yet every time they seem to miss one thing I ask for. Since the remodel, they services provided by McDonalds have been sub par. I shouldn't have to change my order just because they can't get it correct. read more

I found a hair in my burger and my drinks lid was broken and it caused me to spill it all on my clothes and the employee farted

Stopped in for a quick lunch while in town on business.. My husband had asked for a special request sandwich not out of the ordinary or realm of ingredients normally offered at any McDonalds naionwide.. The onset of panic ensued as the cashier tries to figure out how to charge us appropriately.. the manager on duty was called over and she was very RUDE & unaccommodating, not only was she unwilling to accommodate the order we requested, but she she lied about being out of the Big Mac ingredients to do so even though the next customer ordered his Big Mac w no problem.. This "special order" is not rocket science.. it is just 2 chicken patties in place of 2 beef patties on a BigMac sandwich called the "MacChicken" in any other non hick town, this has been made for us countless times at McDonalds all over Washington State and beyond with no problems whatsoever.. giving testimony to the unprofessional training this manager was given which has nothing to do with customer satisfaction at all.. so do not expect good service here.. there also reads a rediculous sign in the lobby on the soda machine which threatens locals w being turned into the police department in the event they "steal" the soda..lol what a joke.. this place needs to be reported to McDonalds headquarters.. in fact we will be doing this.. the sign was enuf to make us walk out on our order & we ended up getting much better customer service at the Taco Time next door :D read more

I think a 2nd grader designed the new building and parking lot. Tables are always dirty during lunch. And it's too crowded. Go to Zips.

This establishment is the WORST in Colville,WA for, customer service, customer appreciation, customer loyalty, respect for customers. If you forget to ask for Fry sauce, tarter sauce, ketchup, etc... you get scolded and it costs you .25 cents per packet. WOW! ! Also if your wife decides at the last minute she would like a soda with her meal after all, and you try to order it at the pay window~ NOPE~ NOT POSSIBLE, you have to go back through the Drive Thru line all over again to get the soda. I decided to complain about the policy and the owner of this McDonald's came to the drive thru window to hear my complaint, he said, THAT IS THE POLICY AND IT CAN NOT BE CHANGED OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY ! ! ! No other food establishment in Colville, WA would ever treat customers this way. Merchants in Colville appreciate and honor there clientele base. This McDonald and it's owner are not good representatives of Colville,WA. T.G.H read more

This is the only MacDonald's I have ever been in that I got food poisoning so bad I was turned inside out for two days! Not just me but my youngest son as well. I think perhaps a flame thrower used from the inside out may sanitize the place but maybe not. How difficult can it be to keep the food healthy in a fast food establishment? Stand clear!!! read more
