It truly has been a while since I have been to KFC or what it was called when I was coming up, Kentucky Fried Chicken. I had the chicken sandwich combo which comes with a chicken sandwich with a chicken breast larger than even Chick-fil-A, french fries and a drink. As KFC has Pepsi products I enjoyed a nice cold large Mountain Dew. The sandwich was quite good but I guess I was expecting it to have some of the famous herbs and spices that the regular chicken has but I was slightly disappointed on that, but it was a very filling sandwich. One thing that was extraordinary were the french fries. Before it was only potato wedges which they served you which frankly were not my favorite. The french fries tasted I guess like mashed potatoes which had been fried. Nice soft and delicious without having a hard crust on the outside. Heck I would go back just for the french fries! Try your local KFC and see if your taste buds agree! read more

All we wanted was (3) 2 pieces meals 2 white meat extra crispy. The girl said there was only enough for 1 extra crispy meal. None of meals were white meat or extra crispy plus she was very rude. KFC off hwy 17 S.C. 29455 never going to that location again. Rude beyond rude. She has no business being in running the front. With that attitude. read more

This KFC simply doesn't care about their customers. They forgot my fries and their chicken nuggets look atrocious. I will never go here again. The customer service is terrible. 0 stars read more

Horrible!! The drive up is a disaster!! Waiting time is 30 minutes!! Don't go unless you have a lot of time!! No dining in!! They don't deserve a star! read more

We were quick to place our order, but once we got to checkout, the CS rep asked what our order was!‍ There was someone in front of us and no one behind us! (Thus my 4 stars) Our order was exactly as placed. Only one con, if you like gravy with your mash, have them put it in a separate cup! There was about a tablespoon on each of ours. read more

I never write bad reviews, but I Went here yesterday and it was absolutely aweful. The cashier seemed to be making a Tik tok or something which again is fine fun and games in a work place can boost morale. But not only did he take my card and ask if he could keep it 3 times jerking it back and forth multiple times like he was going to keep it but proceeded to hand me my order and I asked if this was all of it and goes "why would I give you half your order!" I despite everything proceed to leave and when I get home I have someone else's order. Just fed up that I paid $17 for fast food and received probably $5 worth of stuff I didn't order read more

employees were polite but waited 40 minutes for food and got the wrong order. taco bell came out fast but kfc side was screwed.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I have given this place a chance multiple times but they always seem to fall short. You'll wait in line for atleast 20 minutes. You'll probably be handed the wrong food, and half the time the staff will sit there and glare at you like it's your fault for coming in and ordering. This place needs to be shut down or restaffed. read more

This place literally has the worth fried chicken I've ever eaten. KFC is swill to begin with, but they set a new low this time. This place should be closed by the health department. The staff is just as bad as the chicken too. Lazy, rude, and worthless! read more

I rarely give reviews but I went here out of desperation one night for a quick meal & after leaving I looked in the bag & they forgot half of the items. read more

Normally I wouldn't review a fast food chain. It's KFC, not an actual restaurant. When you're craving fried chicken it'll usually do though... the service and attitudes of the employees at this location are so spectacularly SHITTY that I had to leave a review though. I've gone three nights in a row and received the same lazy ass, apathetic customer service all three times. I haven't been able to get food even ONCE out of these three visits. I decided to call before driving over tonight. No answer even after calling several times over the span of an hour. I swear that the employee running the counter was picking up and hanging up on me because the phone would ring a different amount of times and then I'd hear a click and then nothing. I showed up at the building and there were signs taped to the drive thru speaker saying to come inside. I went inside the restaurant and it was dead inside. One employee was talking on the phone, so obviously their phone works... they were just picking up and hanging up on all of my calls. The girl at the counter just stared at me and mumbled something. I couldn't even hear her. I asked her what she said and she rolls her eyes and goes "we ain't got no KFC" like... what? It's a KFC restaurant. I asked if she knew when they'd be back up and running and she just said "no. Probably ain't gonna be open tomorrow so don't bother coming back." Ok... literally had the worst attitude ever. The night before this, I pulled up and was told that they were "closed" TWO hours before their sign said that they closed. I watched a group of teenage boys enter the store as I pulled into a parking spot? The employee standing guard outside the door said I couldn't come in though. This restaurant seems to be run by a bunch of lazy and unprofessional dumbasses. They shut the store down whenever they want and run off customers. You pretty much can't understand their version of English either. Do yourself a favor and go to the location on Rivers Avenue instead, which is a different franchise not run by bums. read more

My feet stuck to the dirty floor while I waited 1/2 hour for a to go order. Was served with an attitude when I asked why it took so long. NEVER again!!!!!!!! read more

If you want to spend your lunch arguing with morons about how your box comes with a biscuit come to this lovely establishment.

A KFC drive thru has never taken so long. There were actually people trying to get out of the line after 15 min. We stuck through took about 20 min and got the wrong food. read more

The worst KFC I've ever been to. This is a KFC and Taco Bell combined. This is the third time that Ive waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes well before 9pm (website says they're open until 2am) just to get to the speaker to order and they state that KFC is closed. They asked me if I'd like to order from Taco Bell and I stated of course not and they responded ok well KFC is closed. So then I'm stuck having to try to figure out how to get out of the drive thru line after already wasting at least 30 minutes of my life. Two of the staff were outside looking at their phones right by the entrance while the line continues to grow. The staff are very unprofessional and extremely rude. They act completely put out to have to do any work although that's why they're there and they're getting paid. This location obviously has terrible management and I'm shocked that they're even still in business. read more

This is the absolute worst KFC I've ever been too. I've waited for 21 mins for two chicken mash bowls. Then 17 mins into waiting I go ask about my food and they tell me they have already called my name. Which is not true as I was standing directly in front of the pickup side by tables out the way of traffic listening to everyone else's name. Then when they bring my bowls the woman say very rudely and smart ass here you go don't worry I put an extra cookie in there and chicken and cheese while flailing her arms around. This is horrible customer service and downright disrespectful when I simple asked about an order they obviously forgot or gave away and then made excuses just to be a smartass. I Will not be coming back but instead with go down the road to Hardee's! Horrible experience and whoever owns this establishment should reprimand everyone and explain how to give proper customer service! read more

Sweet merciful God...I was the ONLY car in the drive thru. After waiting 30 mins, albeit like an idiot, I finally drove off. I'm at a location 15 mins away;however, with a line of 10+ cars I've gotten my food in under 10 mins. I'm simply writing this review because I feel homicidal and I'd like to get those feelings out of my system via the Internet. read more
