What I didnt like was the older thin lady working the drive up window yelling at all the other workers! Very unprofessional!!! Every one in the lobby were just looking at each other. Stay away from the snacker sandwich. The ad is deceptive. The bread was filled with a very thin chicken strip. The restaurant confirmed that's all you get. This location will be out of business by end of 2026 and that's being generous. read more

Everytime I go to this location, its always never to my expectations. But specifically today, I used my mobile app for just a chicken sandwhich combo, easy right? no. I got two pickles, and no mayo, no even a dallop. Which I am 100% sure I ordered on the sandwhich. Now to the fries. there super good fresh, but its alaways old, again today they are so old they're not even edible, 3.69 wasted. And now lastly the drink, I got the pepsi with vanilla cream, there was so much cream, not kidding it was no pepsi. So thats undrinkable. And overall the staff is horrible, most of them are rude and have no clue what their doing. There is only one worker I actually enjoy getting served by, shes this sweet old lady who seems so happy. If shes not there serving you, I would just get out of there. read more

They are quick to help! I had to place a very large last minute order for 44 people at work and they came through! Had no problem with the short notice! Most places would. Nothing like ordering food and then waiting for 10 minutes while in line at drive up to be told when we finally got to the window that they can't make a potato bowl because the prep guy left at 8pm and the manager was busy counting money. This kfc is the worst stopped in for a snack on the way to see family to hold me over till dinner. I will attach photos just so everyone can see. I ordered 3 chicken Little's waited over 20 minuets. To top it off when I was going to place my order the person said I could hurry up and was very rude. Even after I got my food I asked to speak to a manager the girl flipped out while getting the manager I promptly told the manager the girl was very rude and the food was not right all the manager had to say was" yea and what would u like me to do about it" I asked if the order could be re made or fixed she said no and closed the drive through window. read more

OMG I cant stand this KFC!!! My daughter loves the famous bowl and if she gets to choose dinner its KFC. So when this happens I plan to at least sit in line for 30min. Once we were in line for 15min before the line even moved and we had 3 more cars in front of us 2 behind us and for some dumb reason they put a dumb ass curb on the left and right side so you are literally parked in. I wait 12 more mins with no movement and I had to get out of my car ask the cars behind me to move so I could get out. Absolute Insanity! People say KFC just take a long time, but that is not true at all I've been to over 8 different KFCs and have never had this issue anywhere else. read more

The order I received was incorrect, not just once... every time I have been there. The real kicker? I am very patient and forgiving. I usually just move on. The last time I went? I spent a pretty penny. Again, the order was wrong. I finally thought, what is going on here? I need to call the manager. This is getting a bit silly... Manager said, she would replace the entire meal. Again I decide, okay I'll go get it. I even called ahead and told them I was there. I told them what the manager had agreed to and reviewed the order with them. They wanted me to remain in the line and would put it together for me. No big deal. Water under the bridge, right. I get to the speaker as they asked and reviewed the order again with them. Only to get to the window and the order was not going to be complete. ??? Okay fine. So, I compromised with them again. No big deal. They hand me my order and what was agreed upon... so I thought. Only to get home again and find they now gave me mashed potatoes WITHOUT any gravy. Just the crumby bland instant potatoes they serve. I called again to discuss the issue with manager. How many years has KFC been serving the same basic items they are known for? Same thing for years people. Nothing was resolved and she was rude. So, I called the regional office. Closed. Then decided, No, I'm calling corporate. Why? Because, I'm sure I'm not the only one that has had poor treatment repeatedly and just kept moving forward and not addressing the issue. Absurd I even had to take time out of my day for this. We were in Bryan, Ohio. Decided to go try out the new hot chicken. First of all this place needs a good cleaning, and better trained employees. The hot chicken here was so greasy that when you bite into it, no taste ,other than grease. Not all the KFC's are this bad. The one in Defiance is nice, old but nice and they give the food more attention. It's the youngsters they have employed there. They are not interested in the prep and presentation, just the money they get. The Colonel would be very disappointed with this KFC. Please retrain your cooks in proper preparation of this southern delight. read more
