Went in at l:00 pm and a young, pretty, mexican girl was at the counter with ear phones on ...and i felt like she was ignoring me, asking me a question and not listening to the answer as she was talking to someone else on her earphones apparatus. Honestly would NOT have given this location any stars, but.... Not only did the lady Not remember what I ordered, she had repeated it and then forgot again. "DIET Pepsi". We were told to wait out front for my food. Took a while and then when she brought the food out to us she did not have my drink. When she returned with my drink I had my husband check to see if it was diet, it was regular Pepsi ( I am a Diabetic ). Husband went inside to get Diet. The eight piece bucket of chicken was extremely dry it was completely disappointing and then my grandson's kids meal was missing the fries and then the eight-piece bucket came with two large sides so I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and literally there was hardly any gravy in either one it was mostly just mashed potato so I couldn't even enjoy the gravy there wasn't even enough to dip my chicken in. Ordered an 8 pcs meal plus tenders. Tenders were undercooked. Promptly returned items to the store. Was greeted with an upbeat and helpful Teresita. The manager Cruz proceeded to question us and was reluctant to take care of us. She even started examining the chicken by tearing apart the pieces we presented to them all while she was helping another customer. I would say overall, the staff at this KFC has improved. The past three times I have went, I've had no issues at all. I would say definitely use their online ordering feature, because it makes getting your food far more convenient. They never have chicken ready, or any other food ready when you order. The last 5 times I was told pull upfront to wait for food it should only be 5min or sometimes 20 minutes. Actually like 20-50 minutes before it is ready. When asked they are dismissive and say 5 more minutes they can say that up to 5 or more times before it might be ready.
