Wingstop serves great food at an affordable price, unfortunately it seems that have missing items on my order . This is the second time in a row that i miss the cajun corn . After talking to the person on the phone she told me to make a second trip to pick up my corn , when i suggested they uber eats send it she said that was not an option it was either come and pick up or whatever. After emailing main office they told me that i could go and get my corn and they would offer me a large soda on them from my troubles. I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop. When I went to pay for my order, I was told they couldn't accept my large bill. I later noticed the sign, so no problem -- I went to the gas station, broke the bill, and came back. After that, the issues started. The cashier, Sydney, gave me large drinks I never ordered, and when I pointed it out, she dismissively replied, "Do you want your money back?" with no apology. Another staff member suggested she let me keep the cups and refund me a dollar, but when I explained the overcharge was more than that, Sydney aggressively demanded the cups back, threw them in the trash, and only then corrected the mistake. When I asked for the manager, Sydney claimed she was the manager and asked rudely, "What's the problem?" Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she was dismissive and confrontational. Later, I overheard a young man reminding her that my order was supposed to have large fries. That made me re-check my receipt and see that I had also been charged for two large drinks I never asked for. When I brought this up, Sydney again offered to refund the entire meal instead of simply fixing the overcharge. Thankfully, the young man stepped in, explained things clearly, and treated me with respect. He let me know about a policy where drinks and fries are automatically upcharged to large unless you specifically request regular -- something Sydney never explained. Overall, Sydney's customer service was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. The only positive part of my visit was the young man who stepped in to help. I ordered a 8 piece boneless wing combo. I usually always check my orders before I leave in case there are any issues with my food. When I received my order the box looked so small compared to the other few times I've ordered from here. The chicken is usually the same size as the fries box. I went back inside and told the employee it looked like they we're being stingy with the chicken since that wasn't the original box they would serve it in. She said "that's how their chicken is." The assistant manager is one of the best employees with one of the best attitudes and customer service mentalities I have ever encountered! She was kind, but also knew her customer base and how to turn around a minor situation into a great experience :) she is the best! Managment / owners better never let her go!! The wings this time around where also top notch, the best I have had in over a decade of having wingstop; no doubt because of the AM and her attention to quality (I saw her check on the order twice).
