Given the very small amount of good restaurants to visit, this one should have been better based purely on how long this establishment has been in business. They do not offer all items on the menu. The chicken is way too salty because they only offer spicy and original. We were told they only offer these, although we visited this past summer and purchased regular crispy chicken. I do not recommend this restaurant if you want chicken only. read more

Theses assholes took to long with my chicken They were very rude and they kept cutting me off They won't give me my chicken They said u get what u get I hate this place I don't recommend coming here read more

Under staffed had a online order she didn't even ask my name at the speaker and told me to park. The pickup for mobile order is on the otherside of the building and the doors were lock. Waited 10 mins over there and nothing so went back around to the speaker and she asked my name and had to park on the otherside of the building not in a mobile pickup spot. Then took a least 15mins to get my order. read more

Waited 20 minutes in line for an 8 piece bucket that was on special. Once we arrived at the drive through window we were told we would have to purchase a 4 piece meal because they did not have enough chicken to fill an 8 piece order. The girl refused to sell us pieces a la carte. When we asked them to cook more chicken and we would wait she stared"we are not cooking anymore chicken right now". This is the third time we have had major issues with this KFC in 6 months. We have even spoken with the owner, who assured me her new staff would be much better (still has many of the same people working). I do not recommend going to this KFC location. read more

Only go if you want to repeat your order 5 times. ( this happened on more than one trip) all of the employees are loud and carryin on. All the tables dirty with trash all over the place. Needs new management. read more

July 22,2019 at 8:30 pm I went to get some food from your establishment and was told that they didn't have any chicken fingers / strips, not that they didn't have them in the building but they weren't going to cook anymore because they didn't want to have any leftovers, bad business practice to a paying customer. I asked to get two 3 piece meals and was told they didn't have any original dark meat so I'd have to take white meat, bad business practice to a paying customer. I'll figure the manager was there because she was the only that had a striped shirt, I didn't want to be rude so I didn't complain about it. I would figure that the employees are getting paid while on the clock so I didn't understand why the back area was so dirty floor with trash on the floors and three employees are literally sitting and leaning in the cooking area only texting paying attention to their phones, bad business to a paying customer. I get home to eat our food and the chicken is cold not warm not luke warm but cold, I'd figure since I wasnt getting anything that I originally wanted I would at least get some hot maybe warm food. Bad business to a paying customer. Do better please, this is how you lose paying customers. If I'd own the place I'd fire everyone because it showed that they didn't care. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru to order and was deciding what I wanted and what the best options to get for my family and I. I was at the speaker quite literally one minute before the staff decided to chime in and tell me they were on a time limit and I was only allowed to sit at the speaker for one literal minute. I told them I would order when I was ready. Within the next 7 minutes, they proceeded to tell things me over the speaker such as I should take my business to "Taco Bell" and asking if I'm day dreaming about the menu and I've been there for thirty minutes. Within an estimated 7 of me getting to the speaker, the staff not only was rude and also harassed me about their "time limit" but had multiple staff members come outside and one approach my vehicle. Out of fear of the staff tampering with my food and due to their rudeness and their suggestion, I took my business elsewhere. 04/06/22 read more

They fast on service an their always fresh. Bathroom's and lobby are clean. In their employees ready to serve you an give you respect.

Service was good but workers got upset because we changed our order... food was fresh and hot so there is no real complaint here.
