I gave this place another try after my buddy told me that he and his family eat at this location over the KFC in Woburn at Four Corners. And he's FROM the Four Corners area. I don't eat at the one in Woburn anymore, I did a review on here so I won't elaborate. I been here twice in the past couple of weeks now, and I was very satisfied. I haven't been here for a few years now since the last times were not very good. Maybe this location has new owners, since the inside now is very clean and updated. The chicken I got was hot, fresh, juicy, and big pieces of chicken, unlike the pigeon size at the Woburn KFC. And, the original recipe is close, if not exact, like the Colonel's recipe of the past! I also got a large coleslaw, which was perfect as well. Everybody loves their coleslaw, as long as they don't screw it up. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable as well. I substitute wings for thighs when I get a bucket, and they understand what I want. No extra charge either, the wings and thighs costs the same. This place is a tad out of my way from Woburn, but it's worth it. If I'm not getting lousy food and lousy service, it's worth it. read more

KFC - 12 piece original, perfectly cooked. - Fast Food Near Me - Billerica, Massachusetts

Customer service is non existent, not sure who decided that the crew should over salt and season everything and to communicate because of language barriers is in full force. The prices have shot up so high you can't afford to eat there. Today I ordered Potatoe wedges for 5.49$ thought that was responsible added a drink for what shocked me. 4.19$ for a med drink now. If this KFC wanted to run away patrons they are doing it. read more

KFC - Check out the new drink price. Wow - Fast Food Near Me - Billerica, Massachusetts

This was the most horrific experience I've ever had for a fast food establishment. I asked for a small order of potato wedges actually "made to order" potato wedges. I was willing to wait the five plus minutes it took to make them. I paid for the order and the woman proceeded to give me the bag. I asked if they were "made to order" and she said "yes". I obviously didn't believe her and said that if the were not hot and crispy, she could have them back and make me fresh ones. She was very rude and said they were just made. B-S. They were limp, wet and tepid. She kept insisting they were just made. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me it was her. Another B-S according to me. She called over to another employee (male) he asked the problem and I told him. He offered me a refund, however, I was really in the mood for potato wedges (lol). Again I told him I was willing to wait for a new batch. Not happening.....finally I told him I would take a refund and the disgusting wedges. He looked at me like I had two heads. He was like, I have to give you money plus the food. Yes, because I didn't get what I ordered. They were gonna throw them away anyway, so I wanted them so I could throw them out. He gave in and I got both. As I took them he boldly said, " And don't come back here again!" Also, the so-called female manager and the male employee were speaking in another language as well, also rude. She then told me goodbye, leave and dropped the f-bomb on me. Again, very rude!!! This happened on Wednesday around 4:00 p.m. Google has this establishment listed as KFC/TACO BELL. Well, they should have KEPT TACO BELL and said bye, bye to kfc. Sorry this is so long but kfc people are absolutely very rude and need to be schooled better on customer service. read more

Restaurant was clean, and the food was pretty good. The employees were all in the back chatting when I came in, so it took a minute for me to get the food I ordered, but there was almost no one in the building so I don't fault them too strongly for it. read more

Awful customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. Does not take responsibility for their actions.

DO NOT EAT there if you want to live. My husband went there to get a bucket of chicken only, came home with a meal because the guy running the cash register did not know how to put in just a 8 piece of chicken into the computer. read more

KFC - REFUND! Because the chicken was gray and cold! I will not be back, this place used to be ok but now just sad. - Fast Food Near Me - Billerica, Massachusetts

Ordered food through Uber and KFC gave them a sealed bag that was missing part of my order. When I called, they said I could come get it. SMH. if I could have come and get it, I would not have UBERed. They refused to comp me also. So stuck between a rock and a hard place. Guess someone doesn't get what they ordered tonight. read more

Me and my friends came here but our order took forever and the chicken tends to be chewy and maybe undercooked. It's bright inside but the workers are nice. read more

I ordered a BUCKET MEAL tonight. It was grossly overcooked, and under-seasoned. The chicken was old and stringy. Sparrow sized pieces, too. read more

Chicken was bland, they only had extra crispy. KFC has fallen quite a bit from its days of glory.

Used to really be a great location. Ordered Chicken strips and they used to be huge! Someone tried to pass of chicken strips that were cut in half or thirds and came out so skinny. Even if sometimes by close to closing time they are still a customer and tell them you're out instead taking 15 minutes to make fake, skinny chicken strips on the fly. I don't usually go inside and complain but I did because we're all out here working hard and want to get dinner and pay $14 for chicken strips meal and get way less than what I paid for, not enough for a toddler to eat. No way. I've worked restaurants and I get it, closing out is a pain, but a customer is what pays your salary by keeping that location open. I agree with other reviews about them being aggressive at the Billerica location. I'm not going back again. They lost a customer today. I'll fry chicken at home. read more

I wish the young kids here knew how to read their menu. I ordered a T1, which is a burrito supreme +Taco. The kid then proceeds to tell me it's one or the other so I ordered an additional hard taco. Then kept looking at the description that say + what ever else. Took me 10 mins to order because he wasnt getting the menu. Confused me with him read more

Thinking about this place makes me want to vomit, it is so gross. Proceed with caution!! Clearly there are so many bad reviews for a reason but apparently management doesn't do anything to get better or make good changes. My husband got sick from eating the food here recently. Just don't bother...so many other options! read more

Ok so this place is so fucking stupid I'm not coming back! I'm a teenager my mom got me 2 chicken sandwiches and to our surprise there was no chicken in any of them but only pickles and mayo how the fuck is that a chicken sandwich. We had to go back and ask for the chicken we showed them and than they started calling my mother a cow in the back in Portuguese not knowing me and my mom know Portuguese. If you don't want lazy and disrespectful people.Don't come here. read more

KFC - See no chicken just mayo and pickles!Pretty insane. - Fast Food Near Me - Billerica, Massachusetts

If you want to lose 5 lbs in an hour this is the place for you. If you're not into violent diarrhea and vomiting, then skip it. Never again.

KFC is one of my favorite places to get fast food. Horrible meal I got at the Billerica location the other night. Pulled in there around 6:00 PM on Dec 7th and got a 4 piece meal in the take out window. The chicken was so dry it may as well have been saw dust. Left a few message at the number listed but have not yet received a call back. read more

Food was actually good for a fast food place. The restaurant was done over so it looks very nice & super clean. What I didn't like was thw customer service. Marlene had a new hire training who was doing great on his own. He asked 1 question and ahe shoved him aside to take over. Very unprofessional. We ate inside and we had food we wanted to take home for later. Remember she had to take over our order so she knows what we ordered. What does ahe had us but a lunch bag and mind you ahe slammed it on the counter and said here! I think you need to retrain your employees. read more

This branch is a joke. For five times in a row they gave us buckets with 1 piece less (11 instead of 12). I thought this is a mistake, but it happens every time. Sorry but this is irresponsible. Shame!! Next time I will bring my own box and count the pieces at the window. read more

This place does suck I've been there 7 times and they've messed up my order every single time. With all the times I got shorted for them I could've bought a full 16 piece for the 65$ they charged me. I've lost it with all the orders they do things like i ask for original they throw in 2 or 3 pieces of crispy. i ask for plain chicken wings and they gave me super hot. I am definably going to get a hold of corporates and let them know that there Quality control sucks and i will never go back there again and anyone that reads this i know that there's probably a bunch of you out there that have been through the same thing and just let it go and gone back and for all the customers that go there for there sake please let everybody know how bad this place is and boycott kfc taco bell in billerica ma read more

KFC - $5 fill up! - Fast Food Near Me - Billerica, Massachusetts

This place is a disaster and needs an overhaul. There is no effort made to make sure the food you ordered is the food you receive. It is literally a coin flip that you will get exactly what you ordered. They cannot handle a rush and employees don't know the menu. read more

It is what it is - chicken and tacos. This location is a lot cleaner than some others. The staff is usually friendly. I have never had an issue with undercooked food. The carnival ride line does make it difficult for some people to read the menu while waiting, which slows down the "fast" food. I have been in line behind some older people who can't read the smaller font from behind the line and have no choice but to clog the gears. read more

So first positive: KFC AND Taco Bell. Under one roof. In glorious fast food harmony. Location was fine...nothing fancy, other than the Colonel sitting on a bench in the middle of the restaurant. Kinda creepy. Kinda cool. I was extremely tempted to sit next to him and strike up a conversation but it seemed like only the kids were doing that so I held back. Anyway, the food was typical KFC/Taco Bell fare. Service is what it is. Nothing fancy but great in a pinch. read more

I'm so beyond fucking done with this place. You would think having had Taco Bell taken out business would be a little bit easier I mean literally having half the menu you had before and yet I just got the worst service I have ever had at this location. I ordered a famous bowl with "no corn and extra gravy", pretty simple. I was given a bowl with the thinnest layer of mashed potatoes I have ever seen (can't find any while eating it, at all.) NO gravy and about 30 pieces of popcorn chicken filling the bowl and a sprinkle of unmelted cheese on top. I just had to cook my own gravy for what I thought was mashed potatoes and chicken until I took a bite and realized I had a bowl of chicken....just what the actual fuck. If I wanted popcorn chicken, I would've ordered it, thanks. Maybe when you're taking someone's order you should actually acknowledge what they're telling you rather than just "yeah, anything else?" after every word. This was my last straw, I will not be returning. read more

Love the food chain KFC itself . However, I've went to this location the past couple days and every time I have found black and red pieces of hair in my food. Literally disgusting. read more

I visited this place for lunch today. It was what I expected of a KFC and was pretty average. We ordered a 10pc fried chicken meal (crunchy) that included 2 sides (picked potato wedges and potato salad). I was hoping that they had different sides like they did in the past but alas, it was not to be and therefore the 2 stars. Fortunately, the ice machine was working this time so they didn't need to put the ice in a bucket on the counter like the last time I visited. read more

I ordered a $20 chicken meal and 2 burrito Supremes. The counter person called my number and abruptly handed me the order and walked away. I opened the bag upon arriving home and did not see the burritos. I tried to call the restaurant but an answering machine picked up. I went back to the restaurant and told the cashier what happened and she apologized. The bag with my order was still on the counter. She had someone prepare two new burritos. Shortly after the counter person that originally handled my order asked what I was waiting for and I told her. She then dropped my replacement burritos on the counter and walked away. POOR SERVICE! read more

It is an KFC and taco bell combined. Same food as all the others in the chain. fast service but the dining area should be kept cleaner

Some of the worst fried chicken I've had has come from this particular KFC. You're better off getting fried chicken from Market Basket.

I asked for a water with my food and they said they didn't have it. How could they not have water. But strangely the ice cube machine was working and the toilets were flushing. I pressed the water option on the soda fountain and water came out. They lied so I would pay for a drink. read more
