Today around 7:20-7:30 pm I came in to order the 2 for $5. The girl who answered the call box said they didn't have it. I said it's right on the web site and she said it was an online only deal. Funny how that works since I just ordered it yesterday, last weekend and even last Wednesday at the drive thru (even on the website it wasn't even under the "deal" tab. She started throwing an attitude and insisted that it was online only. I said fine I'll order it online to which she said I'd have to go through the drive through again. I asked why since there was no cars in front of me nor behind me. To which she said something about her counter time, then proceeded to threaten me with refusing service. So I left but turned back and went inside to speak to the manager. Upon asking for the manager she said she was the manager and said she's not required to give me her name. Crazy how the manager doesn't know how to run a register nor have any customer service skill so I highly doubt she's the manager. But here's her picture so the franchisee can confirm whether or not she is in fact the manager. Personally, I don't know how a person with the work ethics of a 12 year old, customer service skill of a 5 year old and I would say "temperament of a newborn" (but that would be an insult to all the new born so I'll refrain) can ever be a manager. KFC was running a BOGO free promo for 8 piece chicken. I clicked the redeem button, paid it, and they only prepared 1- 8 piece not 2. I told them that I did my part, so they called Alex the manager over - explained it all to him. He had no answers or suggestions. No efforts to fix it, so it was left unresolved. (mind you this order was for a get together) So I said to Alex, so Im supposed to just order it again - he said yeah I guess.... so as pissed off as I am, I order it again - waiting for someone to watch me so we can make sure to get it right - nobody stopped to helped. I did it right and instead of charging me $24+change for the 8 piece - it charged me double $48.00. I then showed/explained it to Alex, and he didnt know why it happened, had no suggestion and left it as it. After all of that, I then said I want my chicken fresh.... (not the chicken that was sitting in the bag the whole I time I figured it out w/no assistance on my own) Very bad attitude and service as he was putting the order together, slamming the chicken around. His right sleeve on his shirt was tore, to where you could see his armpit hairs. His face was not clean shaved - just totally disgusted by it all - I encourage the higher ups to go watch the tape - and clean Alex up, clean the service with someone who knows what the hell they are doing - and someone who can STEP UP to make efforts to attempt to help the customer in situations like this. I hate to pile on.... But something was not going well for all involved tonight. Suspected the drive through would be nuts, which it was, we decided to do a takeout order from the counter. I really think they tried their best, but it was so disorganized that the manager/chicken cook had to put the chicken part of our order together while most of the rest of the employees were arguing and getting frustrated with each other. They did give us a cake because they felt bad about how long we waited, but then we got home to discover that although 3 people worked on putting our sides together, we still didn't get any biscuits nor the mashed potatoes and gravy. Overall this project took 45 minutes and the order was still wrong- significantly wrong. Even though I had agreed that we could just take any random 16 pieces of chicken to get us out of there, it was a really bummer to not have potatoes or biscuits. i decided to try KFC after see a special advertised on TV: Tuesday 8 piece for $10. I downloaded the KFC app to my phone and tried to order. The KFC would not let me order that special. After repeated attempts, I tried to order from the website on my desktop. It would not let me order the Tuesday Special. I finally found an error message saying that my store doesn't offer this special. So I ordered something else, including nuggets. The chicken was okay, but the nuggets are a bad joke. After going to the restroom in their very clean restroom, I waited a couple more minutes for some freshly fried cheese curds. Upon giving me my order, the cashier wished me a good day. This is a fast food place, but the service I received is equivalent to what a sit down restaurant should be giving. Very rude drive thru personal. The one I am talking about that goes by the name Sean. He has a distinctive look, like the look of a pug. He has the look of a dumb pug to be exact. You'll know it's him if you ever order drive thru. He was very rude to begin w, came about with an attitude for no reason when I wasn't ready to order. I mean I just got there, give me a few. Even said give me a minute nicely. After I ordered I even thanked him. Thanked him for what, I guess so I can cheer him up a bit. My daughter wanted some chicken tenders. We usually go to Popeyes but only one open was too far. We hadn't had kfc in a minute due to last time we went they forgot our coleslaw. Lady I spoke to seem to have an attitude and advised I can come back for a coleslaw. I felt she wasn't happy so I wasn't happy. I said screw it. Not worth it. Never went back. Then last week my kiddo wanted tenders so I said let's just give kfc another try. Regret going back. We get home. She gets a chicken tender meal. I get me a chicken sandwich meal. BOTH our fries are literally half filled in the fry holder and to top it all off they are cold and hard as fuck. Tossed them and I went and got us some fries from Wendy's. I feel if you can't have workers do their job then your business is gonna suck. I will never ever go back to kfc. I will wait for the new Popeyes to open up on Smokey hill or just go to slim chickens. Get your workers right and provide better product to your customers and just do much better. read more

So where do I begin, we ordered two famous bowls from here and I've ordered this item plenty of times to know how it's supposed to come out. Let me just say they don't know how to make it correctly. Either the name changed and they forgot to change the name cause what I got tasted NOTHING like the KFC I used to love. The Chicken was over fried and dry. The coleslaw was not the normal creamy slaw. Mashed Potatoes was the only thing I ate. What a disappointing waste of my money and time. I had heard bad things and they are true. My 1st thought was nobody in the drive-thru a red flag I ordered 8 pc side lovers original chicken meal and a free chicken sandwich with a $12 purchase 8 pc chicken skin was dried out, liked it was reheated the two breasts were dry and chewy, the biscuits were dry and hard, the Mac & cheese was dry, and the mashed potatoes & gravy was bland, the Cole Slaw was great,and the chicken sandwich was good. It's been over a year since I've eaten at KFC and this point it might be another year before I eat there again or at least this location. I went to KFC for the first time in 5 years this afternoon at about 4:15. I went inside and ordered two $5 fillups. The original breast was not terribly overcooked, but it was a little dried out. The chicken strips were disgusting. I only had two bites that had chicken that I could find. The thinnest strips that could possibly be cut. I know it was a slow time, but if the stuff has been sitting under the heat lamp for more than fifteen minutes, it is time to toss it. This KFC location really really sucks. The owner need to look at what's going on to this place or I suggest to fired all the staff at this location. Every time I will place an order, never get my order right and I have to drive all the way back to get my chicken right. Tonight, I spent 46 dollars for the meal, I got home with only 12 chicken. I ask for all legs, but then I got 6 legs and 6 breast. I used to love this place but now, just sucks and very disappointing. I love KFC but I will never come back ever again. This location is usually pretty slow with service but at least consistent. Today I drove up to try the new wings they advertise on tv and should've have trusted my gut instinct. Driving through the lot on my way to the drive through I see what was either a fryer or warmer tossed out the kitchen door laying halfway on the walkway and asphalt. I couldn't tell if what was spilled from the kitchen down and out to the lot was grease/oil, water, or cleaning chemicals. Found it odd even if they were just cleaning that such a large piece of equipment would be on its side out on the lot with a tired disheveled worker standing in the doorway looking like he just wrestled that beast out of the kitchen or had been cleaning and scrubbing for hours. I ordered some wings and the sriracha cheese curds caught my eye as well so I got a order of those. As I pulled up to the window I hand over my payment and I can see behind the cashier that there was another piece of equipment pulled out of place and yet another puddle of liquid lay on the floor. When the cashier noticed me looking she shut the window and stepped away. I got my food and drove on to eat it. The first few bites were hot and good so I continued to eat. I started noticing the lack of fresh looking white meat which I know they're wings but these were darker than any wings I've had before. Halfway through the wings and curds my stomach had enough. I felt uncomfortable, and would for the next couple hours. After a doctors meeting for an unrelated matter I couldn't get home fast enough. I barely made it to my bathroom before the heaving started. Food poisoning is how I'm spending my afternoon. I'm not sure what was going on in that kitchen but I have them the benefit of the doubt and now regret it. If your kitchen is that far in disrepair or cleaning maybe you should shut down to finish the task. I'm not sure if my illness is do to sanitation or cross contamination but I hope everyone else that went there today is safe. read more

Incompetent vengeful employees! Went thru the drive thru around 7 pm. Ordered a couple pot pies and a famous bowl. After waiting at the window 30 mins, they hand me my drinks and milkshakes and tell me I'm good to go. "What about the food i ordered?" The staff becomes puzzled and figured they handed it to the car in front of me. They then ask me if I want to wait 24 minutes for the pot pies i ordered. After expressing frustration and switching my order, another half hour passes and I finally get my food. When I get home the famous bowl has BARELY any mashed potatoes. And the two grilled two-pieces are fried instead of grilled. I've heard of being short-staffed before, but slow-staffing is a worse! Can't comment on the quality of the food. We didn't get the chance to order. Originally we were going to go though the drive thru and when we realized the line was moving very slowly, we parked and went inside. Two people were in front of us in line. Stood there for 5 minutes before the first person in line was helped. After their order was put in, the cashier walked away leaving the growing line continually waiting.
