I had 3 different meals. All 3 sans pickles. Worker was extremely snotty, a very young lady, and when I got the food it was all with pickles. We have an allergy issue. We got it on our way home, and 20m later we learned about the food. Lesson learned to check our bag. Meal was served at 2100 on 07/05/25 and our cashier on the receipt was "Paul" despite it being a lady. Would not recommend in light of customer service issues. read more

I did an online pickup order yesterday and they told me it would be a few more minutes, I waited 30 extra minutes for my food and when I asked nicely about what time my food would be done the girl looks at me and says we forgot about it. horrible service. Best service I've ever had at a KFC! We rolled in with a $100 order 15 minutes before close and they were friendly, fast, and so pleasant. The guy that brought the bag to our car explained what was in each bag and was so nice. The girl at the window on drive thru was so accommodating and never made us feel rushed or unwelcome. Best KFC around. Oil always seems to be fresh, chicken never burnt or dry, the bowls are not swimming in gray with no meat,, and the pop tastes like they keep the machine clean. The employees are quick considering everything tastes fresh. Wish more were like this location. read more

Food was good but service was abysmal. I went through the drive-thru and when I checked my order I found the top of one of the gravy containers was not put on correctly and gravy was spilling. The same thing happened to the coleslaw on the way home. As I took the bag out of the car the bottom broke because of the spilled gravy and coleslaw dressing. I lost one gravy order and half of my coleslaw. Moral of the story: Stay away from the drive-thru. read more

The food was nice and hot nice people fast service we are traveling but would definitely come back if we were in the area.

After several incorrect orders, we once again find ourselves with another incorrect order. To add to our frustration, we witnessed several people exit the store, climb on top of vehicles, drive around the parking lot and through the drive though while horsing around with the employees inside. When we complained about the ongoing issues, we were treated rudely and they acted like we were an inconvenience. As much as we like KFC's food, we wont waste our time on another trip to this KFC. read more

One star because zero wasn't an option. After 15 min wait in drive-thru line, was yelled at by worker for her mistake. I told her the amount she told me and she yelled at me. ABSOULTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! "Kiersten" the manager refused to help my order be correct. told her various times in the conversation about my food allergy; she laughed multiple times. didn't try resolving the problem, she didn't give a time I could call & ask to speak to a GM about the issue. The whole time I felt like I was talking to a little kid, nothing professional was about her, she hung up & said to call in the morning. opened a case with corporate. Manager if reading this needs to be more careful who they choose to hire for positions like these. The 5 dollar chicken box is worth about ONE dollar. Two of the tenders had less meat that one McDonald's chicken nuggets and those nuggets do not have much meat in them. Plus the 3rd tender was only one star even with much more meat in it. read more
