I ordered food from here through the drive thru on a Saturday evening, the place was busy - they were out of dark meat in original so I had to get extra crispy which tasted old and stale. I asked for 2 piece meals and the lady read back to me 2 piece meals but what I received and was charged for was actually 3 piece meals which is unfair and I feel like I was intintially overcharged. I ordered a starry to drink but I was given straigt soda water. One of the worst places to eat biscuits very hard chicken so greasy coleslaw was very bitter and strong like horseradish was in it. About 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil in the bottom of the bucket the chicken was so greasy I had to tale paper towels to get the greasy off of it read more

This places shouldn't serve KFC original recipe chicken. It was overcooked as it always is. I came this location 3 months ago and it was same result. Now to be fair the extra crispy was ok. The sides were good, except one of the gravies was burnt tasting. So for 38.99 a 12 piece meal is not only an outrageous price, but for the primary reason their named KFC, the product they're selling is terrible. I will not return to this location again. Amelia KFC is always a joke.. does not deserve any stars but you have to put something. Just went thru the drive-thru about an hour ago and only a few cars were in line.. got our order taken right away.. and then.. we sat and waited.. 2 cars in front of us to the window.. we sat for over 15 minutes. we couldn't move or leave the line cause cars were too close. the car at the window apparently had a large order. so did the one after it. tell me why they cannot utilize the drive thru parking spaces they have when a customer has to wait ?!?!. would have moved the line along so much faster !..and once i got my order. i didn't get any utensils to eat my food with -ie- mashed potatoes !!. overly frustrated! read more

10 Reviews with a 1 star average? Sounds EXACTLY right! We recently ordered through their catering page for our daughter's "virtual" graduation event. We ordered over a week before the event. The day of the event, just hours before, someone called to cancel our order! They said they were understaffed and could not deliver our order. Uh, don't they use GrubHub?!? I was told the person calling was from their "corporate office" I was told to call the general manager, Brandy and was given a phone number. Surprisingly Brandy did not answer the phone and did not return any of my calls. After investigation I found that this store is not corporate but instead by a private catering company. After several attempts to reach them, my calls were NOT return. SO unproffesional!!!! I will NEVER order from this location again and in fact, before ordering from any KFC's I will make sure it it not owned by them. BAD BUSINESS!!! read more

Went through drive thru and kept having to repeat things bei ng ordered..she could not get anything right. Food was disgusting for 2nd time in last 2 visits. Chicken sandwich was very thin and nothing like photo. Nashville tenders had no sauce were dry and old. Sides were tiny, biscuit was hard. I agree with the other two reviews about giving zero stars. The food was very old and dried out. It was like in National Lampoons Christmas Vacation when they are dipping the super dried out turkey in water to try and soften it. It was inedible. The biscuit was like a rock and the mac & cheese smelled like mold but tasted like bleach. The woman at the window was totally rude. Rolling her eyes because I asked for condiments and having to be reminded about my drink. Picked up chicken, on the way home realized order was wrong so went back and was told they do not accept online coupons and accused of stealing and lying. If I could put no stars, I would!! The last two times I have been in there, I ordered fries & chicken off the Long John Silvers menu. Well BOTH times they try to pull some crap asking if I wanted potato wedges. (FYI: I HATE potato wedges) I said no, obviously. Well the first time the girl said, "they're making us ask because when they cook the fries it takes up one of the friers they use for chicken/fish". My wife and I recently ate here. Like the other review if I could I would give this a zero. We ordered two meals and each of us ordered onion rings as a side. They gave us the same excuse that they cook them fresh and it would take some time. Our order came out without the rings...no Biggie as the said they will bring them out to our table. Halfway through our meal still no rings. I went to counter to see where they were. The employee informed me they did not drop (cook)the onion rings. They offered another side I said no. Went back finished my meal and went to counter again. This time they forgot to bring them since 25 minutes had gone by. They brought a single order of onion rings to me...at that time I asked to speak to a manager. I found her unconcerned and rude. She asked me if I wanted a different side item. At this juncture I informed her that I wanted our meals comped . She reluctantly complied. This was ridiculous. I will never go there again. read more
