Bought a Voltage in 2017 brand new. Got it home and had a tear in the roof (did not go under tree's etc) and made the mistake of waiting till we got home to get on roof. Had a screw sticking out under the fridge on kitchen slide that tore the vinyl and they fixed it with a patch right in front of kitchen sink. Only 2 inches short of the cabinet so of course it is pealing and they don't want to fix it. Bought a travel trailer a year ago. Love it we take it camping once a week every month at least we try to. We live in Oklahoma where there are numerous places to camp. After camping in July this year In Texas. We were leaving the site and noticed smoke coming from the bottom of the trailer pulled over immediately to find the breakaway switch had caught fire that was hot enough to start to melt the battery. Anybody knows trailers these are placed close to the propane tanks DANGEROUS to say the least. Our breaks NEVER locked up as I was told they should have. They rolled freely so we had no idea there was an issue until the smoke. Contacted Keystone Once I was told there was a short in the wiring. I was told that the short is what caused the fire but they REFUSE to pay for the damage. BUY from anyone but them if your looking to buy. read more

We purchased the 357UMR floor plan because we're a couple, have 3 dogs. We couldn't be happier with this floor plan as it provides an entire extra room for their dog crates and food bowls. The laundry is back there as well and it even has a pet shower for the dogs! The farmhouse decor with the sliding barn door is stunning and we couldn't be happier with the technology and solar panels -which saved all of our food when the power went out during a storm. We special-ordered a new 2021 Keystone Raptor and took possession in April of 2021. It has several issues and has been sitting in the service bay of our local camping world for almost six months. (Since November of 2021.) We paid 80k cash for a piece of trash. The dealer doesn't want to honor the warranty because they didn't sell it to us. The original dealer doesn't want to honor the warranty, they say the manufacturer will honor it. No one wants to fix our Raptor even though it's still under the one-year warranty. The first thing that happened is that the floor ripped when they were demonstrating the slideout at the dealership. The dealership said "No worries, the manufacturer will take care of it." Now it's determined it has a bent frame. It's basically a salvage unit that is unsafe and uninsurable. No one wants to honor their warranty. What a rip off. Buyer beware, We bought a 2022 Arcadia 3660RL 5th wheel , absolutely horrible more wrong than right , date of delivery there was a crack in the shower stall , the dealer promised replacement which Keystone says they would only patch it brand new trailer with a patch job what a terrible service experience then there was a leak in the rear window which dealer tried to convince Us window was left open not true as we still have leak and ruined the wall and arm rest/shelf a long with ruined trim around island in kitchen refrigerator had a short kept shutting off We told to check settings? now the refrigerator , microwave and fireplace have shorts fireplace goes on if We use microwave which then shuts down refrigerator the trim outside is falling off as well as the seal around storage doors the grate on stovetop melted as we logged each complaint to Meyers RV Branchville NJ we were told Manufacture was made aware , Manufacture says they knew nothing of it and now Keystone /Arcadia tell Us that we have to live with it and let them fix it IF IT IS UNDER WARRANTY. no idea where to go next.... do not be fooled by how nice it looks and the story told about it Arcadia is not worth the money. Love the keystone Bullet 37.6 ft ultra lite. Loaded with features and the quad bunk room was what really sealed the deal for our family 5 and 3 dogs. We love the layout and modern interior finishes. Exterior appearance is clean and. Not overdone with graphics. Overall we highly recommend. Camping World of Vacaville had knowledgeable staff and were very friendly and answered all our questions. I love the roominess of our Fuzion. We have two dogs and there is tons of space for them to play. Our garage fits our ATV with plenty of room to store items in front of it as well as get out of it when parking in the garage. I love the awning over the rear patio. Lived in our 23' UltraLite for 2 months (2 adults, 1 sm dog) very comfortably. Could use a little more bathroom and kitchen prep space, so we'll likely upgrade to another brand to get this. WHY WE WON'T BUY ANOTHER KEYSTONE: multiple issues with a brand new 2021 trailer. - Wiring from the Air360+ was done incorrectly/incomplete by factory so we had to take it to a dealer to have them cut the seal on the top, find the wires and track them to the router install location. Covered by warranty but really inconvenient. - On delivery the bathroom faucet was leaking so another was ordered for us. Had to return to dealer for install but that's 120 miles roundtrip for us so we asked to have it sent to install ourselves. This required us paying for postage to send BACK the defective faucet first, then the dealer would send the new one. Covered by warranty but really inconvenient. Now the on-the-road issues: (1) Cable connection to the multi-function controller is incorrect resulting in us having to hack the connection to use the other cable source. Repairman on the road said it's likely the splitter inside the multifunction controller. Will have to return to dealer to have that looked at. (2) Propane regulator failed. No heat. Had to buy $100 regulator and replace ourselves. (3) Water Pump failed. Repairman on road replaced. (4) Vents are still "leaking" sawdust and shavings after some 2500 miles. (5) Nailheads pop out in a few spots. Window screws were all loose and leaking air. Window blinds attached poorly so overstressed on closing. All poor quality control. Now the BIG DEAL: contacted Keystone customer service no less than 12 times. 9 emails and multiple calls to get them to cover some of these on-road expenses under warranty. Have sent photos, given all required info, and they NEVER reply. They tell you what to send and don't follow up. Last time I was told "your 4 emails must've gone to spam here". Really? Was told on the phone earlier this morning that they'd send a call tag to return the defective parts (regulator, water pump) but hours later, no email yet. THIS IS FRANKLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. That's why we'll purchase from another manufacturer next time. read more

2023 Cougar 23MLE: Moulding falling off, table won't stay up, leaking shower, auto leveling malfunctioning, microwave cabinet pulling loose, leaking rear window, gap between floor and wall in front bedroom (fifth wheel section), outside fridge not secured. Off door side panel delaminating. Repairs have been or currently being addressed at the dealership. NOTE: To fix the delaminating issue, the trailer has to be returned to the factory. Most of the problems aren't with the dealership, but with the trailer. It came with lots of defects, missing parts, and sloppy work. There are globs of silicone everywhere inside and out due to factory workers hurrying to put the unit together. There were panels with scratches that needed replacing and trim not attached properly. Our table was missing and multiple other parts for repairs needed to be ordered from the factory which took time. We just dropped it off yesterday for the repairs because the parts finally came in. We ordered the trailer at the Portland RV show over 2 months ago and we haven't been able to use it. We could have; we were able to take it home (a secure lot we're renting near our home), but we knew we had to bring it back for all the repairs so we didn't want to load it with all our stuff. Just to be clear here, we like the dealership and the people there. We feel like they're doing their best to address all the issues with the unit. But it shouldn't have left the factory with all these cosmetic defects and missing parts. Several cabinets and an outer access door would not close properly. The factory missed these defects and so did the dealership. We had to point them all out on "pickup day". This is a brand new 2022 travel trailer we're buying; it should be in new condition. We don't feel that's unreasonable. Hopefully, the quality of the unit itself is good, that's what we're hanging our hat on. The Keystone name is supposed to be associated with quality products. But the factory and the dealership seem to be overwhelmed with orders right now. Quality control is suffering and products with defects are getting to its customers. 30 Jan, keystone has once again closed my case, reason being I can't get it to a authorized dealer for repairs. I have stated from the start I don't have a mean of transporting it or the money for paying someone. Keystone doesn't care about individual circumstances that are involved in making these decisions. Keystone would rather close the case than have to work with an individual. Keystone has the documentation that shows I am a disabled veteran, doesn't matter to them! Don't do business with a company that doesn't respect those who have disabilities. Keystone will not assist in the resolution of my issues with my 2018 Keystone rv! Keystone is aware I'm a disabled veteran and I reside in this rv. Keystone is adamant that I have to get to an authorized service center before they will do anything, which means I have to unblock my rv and then have to pay someone to transport my rv to the service center. Then I have to worry whether the service center can accommodate me while they are troubleshooting my rv! Keystone is aware there is an authorized keystone service representative here in this area but unwilling to pay him because he is a mobile technician. Keystone is not friendly to those who served their country, and I am a disabled veteran! read more

Do not purchase from Camping World and definitely do not purchase a Keystone Cougar. This is why. We purchased a brand new 2019 Keystone Cougar in the fall of 2018. 26 foot, couples coach, $40,000. It was built about a week before we brought it home. We had it one week, on the first rain it was full of water. We were told that a vent on the roof was never sealed. I contacted Keystone and they basically told me its mine now. After several calls to Camping World and finally getting in touch with the managers, they repaired it. The downside was, it took several weeks so we were never able to enjoy it that fall. They stored it for the winter, gave us a cover and we anxiously awaited spring. Yay, spring came and we picked up our new trailer. Drove it about 100 miles to our family property. Thats when the real trouble began. It was loaded with mice almost instantly. We have spent 100s of dollars trying to keep them out. Crawled under the unit several times and filled every hole we could find with steel wool or foam. We have put metal rings around everything that touches the ground. Poisons, sprays, fresh cab. I have read way more about keeping mice out of an RV than I could have dreamt and nothing works. One would think, as they are being built, the manufactures would fill those gaps, but they dont. Its super having mice scurry up the wall behind your bed and in the ceiling while you are trying to sleep. Very relaxing!!! Found another leak. This time under the bathroom sink. It was coming through where you plug the power in. I wouldnt have found that, if I had not been looking for the mice entries. The list continues. Molding in the bedroom came off. (We fixed) Under the bed storage lifts broke. (We replaced) The outer skin started to pop off. (We fixed it with adding washers to the bolts) Gasket around windshield come loose Fireplace quit working Toilet valve broke Storage lock broke Yes, it is now at Camping World for the second time awaiting repairs. It has been there 10 weeks and even though I call weekly to get an update, (which we usually dont get a call back) we still have no idea when we will get it back. Thankfully we purchased the extended warranty, how much good that is Im not sure. I have been told that we will have to pay for shipping for the fireplace and any other parts. Thats right! Its the middle of July and we have not used our travel trailer yet. We keep paying for it but dont get to use it. How awesome is that? The other concern I have, is if we actually take it on the road to see America, will it hold together? I doubt it, since we have driven it about 100 miles and it started falling apart. Im afraid if we drive it any further, well look back it will be a set of wheels with mice sitting on the chassis. I have spent a lot time and money decorating to make this trailer our home away from home. The mice seem to enjoy it, but we dont get to. Purchased a 2021 Alpine 3120 in Dec. Appearance and features are what I was looking for, fit and finish on doors and cabinets are not very good. Front screen door won't latch, trash can tray slide and cabinet door are designed poorly and will never hold up under constant use. Appliances are operating as designed. AC freezing up, found temp probe not installed. Wires to furnace thermostat came apart at a wire nut connection, could have been prevented with a little electrical tape. We took delivery of our 2021 Cougar 25RDS in July and immediately took it on a 4000-mile adventure directly from the dealer. Our dealer was very professional and took care of making sure everything they could see was ready for us when we arrived. The Cougar is rated as a Luxury product and comes with a price to match. Ours had all of the expected features installed and our walk-through was very thorough but still missed a few little things. We love the design but the little nagging quality things are frustrating. The shower leaked because it was not properly caulked around the shower pan and at the ends of the door track. The backsplash in the kitchen was falling down because it was not properly attached, the trim around the interior doors was not cut to the right length so when it got hot it buckled out a bit and the screen door would not latch because it was not properly aligned. It is just those little quality things Keystone needs to improve at the factory to get another star. These were all easily fixable and because the dealer is 1500 miles away I took care of them myself but with a product in this price range I would expect more. read more

Id give them no stars if i could. Bought a 2021 keystone retreat. Had it delivered from idaho to california so i was unable to do a walk through. So the dealer did a virtual walk through which means they knew exactly what they were doing when they were walking me through it through face time. With a smile on their face too. No way in hell im spending a dime driving it back to idaho to drive it through the front doors like they deserve. Lemon law will be my answer instead. When it arrived the bedroom A/C unit blew hot air. (Im a mechanic and can fix literally anything) but i do that for a living. Ill be god dammed if im going to work on a brand new trailer i paid $40,000 for. After three weeks of living in 113 california valley. Keystone still kept ghosting me. (Not smart to make powerful enemies) They finally get back to me and i speak to the dumbest human being on the face of this earth. Again im a very educated highly skilled person. I know what im doing and this guys trying to walk me through diagnosis lile thats even possible for your average joe over the phone. I tell this infant "listen guy idk where you are right now but i have gps caller id if i need to use it. Im not going up on the roof to fix this piece of shit period. Youre sending another half wit down here to pick this thing up or work on it at your expense" Needless to say i diagnosed the freeze sensor "EZ" connector (shocked that i saw an EZ connector with the quality of walmart only a shade tree mechanic would use on this $40,000 trailer at all) i quickly fixed all the connectors and the out of place insulation on both AC's so they actually work now. A few days go buy and the kitchen island keeps having water come through from somewhere!!!!!! Well theres the water tank and water heater right under neath so obviously this company has assembly monkeys putting shit together with spoons and hammers because this is inconceivable. The water tank is seeping through the god damn floor! Keystone refuses every time i call them and there making a huge mistake here. Not only is my lawyer very very good. Hes a lemon law lawyer specifically lmfao. Met him through the years wrenching on dealer fuck ups. But he is also a PI. And ex fed. He too doesnt like this kind of buisness practuce and we have nothing but time on our hands now and a thirst for retribution. Thor manufacturing just might have screwed over their last paying customer. I dont want to fix their fuck ups but seems to me that thor just screwed their way to a new CEO. If you can help it people go elsewhere. Atleast till i take over their warranty department. Or just bankrupt them and close put their manufacturing plants. No company should ever treat their customers this way. I once had another company do this shit to me. I am so very disappointed with Keystone! Air got under the membrane because the membrane was not installed properly according to my rv repair man who has been doing this type of work for years. He knows his stuff. I contacted Keystone and sent pictures, but they flipped the responsibility back on me that the sealant wasn't maintained properly. Every time I go up on the roof to blow off leaves I always inspect for issues. But, I was told by Keystone since I'm not a trained rv repair person I wouldn't know what to look for!!! Well, I noticed the air bubbles under the membrane and I know that's not right. Therefore, this repair costed me $1,400. I would NOT recommend Keystone to anyone for this reason. read more

Our brand new 4 week old raptor is literally falling apart. We took delivery with a busted mirror because it would take 6 weeks to get a new one. After first trip the cabinet doors came off tracks, refrigerator won't get cold, all food has spoiled. The molding around the edges came off before we got started for our second trip and we had to glue that back on. The entire front has spider cracks rolling upwards. Tape on slide outs is coming off after we had a major storm while sleeping in it. Now we have screws loose all over the place. The sink is missing pieces and to top it off the black and GREY tanks- the valve to stop the flow is broken. Highly frustrated to say the least. The canopy's have come loose. Seriously. Took the family camping twice before I had to take it in for repairs. 8.5 weeks later I got my trailer back in worse shape than when I drop it off. All of the seals are separated or were never there which made me inspect everything and found that the roof was never sealed in several places. Keystone wants me to drop it off at the dealership again. It only cost $100 to drive it there. I have only had possession of my trailer for 1 month after purchase. List of problems thus far: awning not connected properly requiring a new awning, black water flush didn't work, front fiberglass cap delaminating, tv/entertainment center didn't work, decals pealing off, heater issue, roof not sealed in several spots, crooked window. read more

For your tag line to be (made for the long haul), your product doesn't in the least stand up to that slogan. I purchased a Keystone Montana 3931 FB in December of 2021. Within the first year, I've had to have NUMEROUS issues repaired (unacceptable for something you charge such an outrageous amount for). -hydraulic fluid leak -the flooring started lifting with the first use of the furnace -J-panel fell off the ODS during transport -A cabinet cracked during transport (yes it was fully secured and so we're the items in the cabinets) -the lighting strip started falling off the front of the camper -the hot water line in the island sprung a leak -multiple areas of trim had to be resecured -the furnace quit working during one of the coldest nights of the year, and so did the heat pump -the fan is making a metal on metal noise Customer service is always quick to refer you back to your purchasing dealership, but when you're working 2500 miles from home for months on end (the main reason for getting the rig) getting work covered under warranty can happen, but is not easy and requires and lot of coordination. I would've never imagined a company that has such a huge name and repertoire could produce such a problematic rig. I would be ashamed to put my name behind something that is so problematic. I DO NOT recommend based on the sheer amount of headache and stress that all these issues have caused!!! read more
