Your 2 hour window of enjoyment does not equate to any hurry for the rink staff. Quite a few people were working at the rink, yet only ONE person was working at the desk you paid at, handling the money and change (it's cash only), giving you skate rental tickets, and stamping your hand. I waited at least 30 minutes in line just to get in, only to immediately wait another 20 or so minutes in the rental skate line. The guys at the skate counter were great. They were trying to hurry. Unfortunately, they ran out of my size and I was unable to rent skates. I then had to go get in line to get a refund on my skating and rental. But ONLY the manager could refund me. Not the one girl who took your fees to begin with. But the manager was busy and so I waited at least 10 minutes for that. They need to get more help from the other employees when people are arriving to skate and it's such a busy day. Or just plan to arrive very early. If you come on a random day, it will be much better, much less crowded, and a higher star experience. They have skate and shoot during the week, lunch skate, and open skate. These are great and bring the rating up a bit. I'm about to start my son in skating lessons here, which they have on certain Tuesdays and Saturdays and I'm excited to see how that goes. Prices are $7 to skate, $6 for students/youth, $5 to rent.

There's also a mini arcade and a snack bar inside the arena. You can sit inside the bleachers only when you are not wearing your ice skates. By the way, there's no lockers where you can put your stuff inside. Service: The people who were at the cashier and at the skate rental stalls were pretty nice and courteous, but there was a female staff member who was in charge of watching people at the ice that came up to me and gave me a warning. She seemed passive aggressive about it too which made me pretty uncomfortable... In general, this place is pretty chill. Haha, get it, chill? Lol, when you make an accidental pun. So I called and Frank (the owner) answered. I began to book my daughters party and then he said the price was wrong on their webpage and it was going to be $120 instead. Only $10 more dollars , no big deal, but after questioning why is was advertised as $110 on the website He rudly said "that's ok, you don't have to have your party here" and hung up the phone. I can not believe a bussiness, let alone business owner would treat a prospective customer this way. Absolutly no professionalism what so ever. Frank, you should be embarrassed. They bought an old skating rink and are renovating it as they can. It's coming along very nicely too. They're so much going on here. Learn to play pickleball and get hooked on one of the fastest growing sports in America. There's wolleyball, racquetball, skating, Zumba, cornhole, yoga, Barre, and so much more. They've hosted charity events, birthdays, and holiday parties as well. To me it's a place I always feel welcome.

The staff was super friendly and made everything easy from the moment we walked in. The facility is very clean and well-maintained, which always makes a difference. They also have what looks like a really good food grill we didn't try it this time, but definitely will on our next visit. Most importantly, the kids had an absolute blast. The team has a mascot that rallied the crowd and even met fans in the lobby. The Centre has two different rinks that are separated by a small lobby with a concession stand. Rink one was holding a public skating session while rink two was hosting the game. Rink two actually wasn't that cold when compared to other community rinks. Rink one however was unbearable.
