The beer list was totally tapping and our sensational server, Lyssa complemented the food perfectly-Kortney, Lyssa, Carissa, Brandy & Co. were "Top Shelf"...customers were raving! I won't come here often but when I do it's usually on Tuesday when they have their wing night (half priced). The menu consists of strictly pub food so it's not the greatest place to dine. I do like the atmosphere at this location, so if you're looking for a quick bite or to grab a drink with some friends to watch the game, Keystone wouldn't be a bad option. We usually love Keystone but our dinner the other night left us disappointed and hungry. I ordered wings. The price has gone up to 10 wings for $13.99. My husband ordered a taco special. It was pathetic. Two tacos with little meat sprinkled with some cilantro on a cold taco shell with a bag of chips and chili. Our bill was $38. a little steep for the small meal ( if you want to call it that) that he got and my wings. Our service was excellent! We will go back but it's no longer a reasonably priced place for a bite to eat! read more

My family, friends and I come here all the time. The bartenders are just awesome. They're so friendly and all great conversationalists. Angela and Becky are definitely stand outs behind the bar, though. I love seeing them there, they're such hard workers and deserve to be recognized. They all do! I just happen to see them the most when I go there. The entire staff cares about their customers and they make it a point not to over-serve. They are very, very personable and take their time helping you with any questions or concerns you have. I know I'm biased because if you've read my reviews in the past, I'm a beer and wings type of gal so that's just another reason why this is the perfect place for me. The beer selection is of course better than any other bar in the local surrounding area. They have so many choices but they also serve a plethora of mixed drinks and have a decent wine selection as well so it's not just for the beer lovers of the world. They don't just have wing specials either, they have a weeknight designated for $1 sliders too. Which is very popular among the crowd for obvious reasons. There's also a great deal with their happy hour between 4 - 6pm on weekdays. They offer half-off on a good portion of their appetizers and I always try to make it here on time for that. They do have a dining area separate from the bar and it includes a shuffle board (alley?) which is one of my favorite features. I don't know any other bar/restaurant that has that in the valley and it's one of my favorite games. If you have a big group of friends or even just a few of you, it's fun to go over and relax in that area and have a good time playing the game. The bar is one of the largest I've seen as well. It's a huge wrap-around bar with several TVs so you have plenty to look at. The round bars are my favorite style too because you can people watch and that's entertainment in itself. I don't have one bad thing to say about this place. I have been here MULTIPLE times over the last 2-3 years and I would definitely consider myself a regular. It is always clean, the food is always good, the drinks are always tasty, the bartenders/servers are always on point and attentive/on-time. Overall, this is my absolute favorite place to go and I don't see that stopping anytime soon. I definitely recommend it! Have been here about a half dozen times and have yet to be disappointed. Always seems to be busy but have always managed to get seated quickly. Service very attentive and upbeat. Great beer selection! Food is nothing fancy but from cheesesteak to fries to burger has always been good. My wife ordered the onion rings and everything was good until she bit into one of them and it was like a plastic pack filled with like a powder substance. Call for the manager and said he don't know how it got there with a couple other excuses and the only thing he can do is take off the onion rings off the bill. OK I'm really torn about this review. The most important thing to point out is the beer list in the draft list is astonishing. That single reason alone should make this place a must visit. For a visit tonight with the wife basically just did wings and the fish tacos. Fish tacos really on par. But definitely eat those again for sure. I also did a cup of the homemade chili. My general feeling on the chili is more like Ken then homemade but still edible just a little tart? I don't think I ordered again. My main mean was wings and everybody seems to love them. On the wings. If you like breaded wings they rock. If like wings without the breading your not going to like these. Not very crispy and the hot is really more a mild. Like I said. We were in town for the Beerfest at Fegley's and were staying nearby at the Ramada. Despite the reviews that almost kept us away, we stopped in for a couple of beers and bar food on Saturday night around 8:30pm. We were seated quickly and our server Jalen acknowledged us almost immediately. The bar was crowded and the three bartenders were busy. There were several other parties in our area of the dining room. I was impressed with the large selection of beer and cocktails. Jalen took our drink orders and allowed us time to look at the menu. He returned to let us know the bar was a bit backed up so we placed our food order. We both ordered wings and loaded tots to share. Drinks arrived and we waited maybe another 15 minutes for our food. Hubby got traditional wings that were meaty and tossed in the pineapple habanero sauce. I had boneless wings in chipotle honey sauce. We were happy with both. The tots were crispy, generous and loaded with cheese and bacon with ranch on the side. I thought I might try the death by chocolate martini but I was too full from the beer and food. Not sure why the recent reviews are so bad as we were very satisfied with the service and food. I would recommend Keystone Pub if you're staying in the area. read more

It's really hard to get an idea as to what the owners of the Keystone Pub were thinking of when they bought and remodeled this place. Although this location has been open for over a month, there is still no listing of it on their website. The funky charm of the building that the original location has is truly lost on this place as it looks like all they did in the changeover from Lone Star was to strip everything to the bare walls, add too many TV's, and turn up the music up way too loud. There is no angle, no niche, no market that this place really serves because there is nothing special here and everything they do can be had already at other places either close by (Chili's-Dunderbak's) or in the LV. Speaking of the music, it sucks. The mix of 2nd rate '90s hip-hop combined with "modern" bubble gum pop is stupid and having it on as loud as it was yesterday during a very non-busy lunch could help to explain why Red Lobster and Olive Garden were packed as usual and this place wasn't. (Minus one star for shitty music) But I digress. When we came in we were seated promptly and our server "S" got our drinks quickly and things began great. We started off by sharing the nachos and the portion size was huge, as in you could probably not eat anything else after sharing this huge. You can get the nachos with beef, chicken, something I forget, and BBQ pork meat. We ordered it with the BBQ pork meat although apparently "S" didn't know you could do this as she came back to the table to ask what meat we wanted on the nachos and after I reminded her that we said BBQ pork and I pointed to the spot on the menu where it showed you could get it, she then let us know that she had no idea you could put pork on nachos. (Minus one star when the server clearly doesn't know the menu) The nachos came quick enough and they were very good although the BBQ pork meat is a bit on the too sweet side. Our main items of a taco salad and three cheese burger arrived when we were barely 1/4 of the way through our nachos and naturally that created major space issues on our table. (I'll never get why servers bring things out like that.) The burger itself was cooked perfectly, even though putting it in a basket with an unopened bag of Ruffles is a bit of a weird plating combo, and the taco salad with chicken was good and equally large. We were done with our food but "S" had disappeared with the two other tables she was covering as apparently she could only handle one thing at a time and the task of taking dirty cups into the back along with a check to ring up a CC must be too difficult. (Although it was interesting hearing her talk to the guys at the nearest table about how the place was crazy busy for their opening but since then they are dead during the week especially at lunch. Which I agree with based on the attendance when we were there.) After an almost fifteen minute wait to pay we finally did and were on our way. (Minus one star for slow end of meal service and a disappearing server more interested in her one table of four than her two tables of two.) While it was good to give the new Keystone a try I can't think of a reason to go back as everything they offer, cheap bar food and 50+ beers on tap, is already covered and done better by their Bethlehem location and by the several Whelihan's in the area. In the future if the pub-grub bug strikes us we'll likely go to a PJ's or to the other Keystone as those places have their stuff together and this one clearly doesn't. read more

Came here on a business lunch. The resturant seemed recently remodeled and clean, with plenty of windows. Waitress was prompt and polite, however, she had sooo much makeup on her face! She looks like she was made up for halloween or something. Menu was expansive. They had a nice variety of sammies and appetizers. I ordered a London Broil Cheesesteak. It was decent. Beef was a bit chewie, but flavorful. I had to upgrade and pay 99 cents for fries. This is riducious. All sandwhiches should come with fries instead of a tiny snack size of Ruffles chips! Terrible! My fries actually had a "freezer burn" taste to them! You could totally tell they were frozen and possibly even low grade, like Aldi's or Price Right brand! We ordered wings, they weren't great. Chewie and a bit grubbie. Not crispy. Also, the grease tasted old and nasty... Leaving the wings to taste extra greasy and stinky! No one likes the taste of old grease! My guest got a pulled pork sammy, and she said the pulled pork seemed "old" or "leftover". Place was ok. You can get better food at a local tgif or ruby tuesday. We probably wont return. I wanted to say I enjoyed this place at one point but my past experience this week was just horrendous. After driving four hours all I wanted was some wings and a beer. Boy did I get more than that. I had a server who was unbelievably rude, her name was Ashlee G. When we first met Ashlee she grabbed our ID's and then proceeded to just toss them on the table, then she starts the conversation with "what do you want" not a hi my name is Ashlee, it just put a bad taste in our mouth. she was just rude from the get go; I have never experienced someone so short with customers before. My girlfriend and I were rushed to make an order but to the point where if we wanted to substitute something, we were putting a burden on Ashlee. She didn't even drop our food off and it was to the wrong table. Listen I get it's hard to find staff and it's even harder coming back to work but it's not hard to fake a smile once in a while. I have been here before and the food wasn't bad!!! They are known for wings and I have learned that I need to just stick to wings. Well not on this day the wings were soggy and bland even with the sauce on them!! My hubby had a chicken cheesesteak and again I stress stick to wings!!!! We stopped in on a Saturday night and the place was rather empty... The bar was full but the dining area had about 3 additional tables other than ours. Their menu was the typical bar food menu with wings, nachos and such. It took a good 10 minutes after being seated for our server to stop by our table for the initial drink order... Kind of disappointing when the dining area was already rather empty. We started out with getting the keystone mule and the mint julep. Both drinks were rather tasty. As for food he got the big taco with beef and said it was "ok". I got the crab cake sandwich with fries- the crab cake was tasty but the fries at an additional charge were soggy and chewy :-( We did get a second round of drinks- the Orange creamicle crush and their strawberry mojito. The creamicle crush tasted just like the creamicle ice cream bars- nice "dessert". Yet the strawberry mojito was rather weak. The rating was for the drinks more so than the food. Overall it was an average experience- nothing that really "wowed" us to be coming back anytime soon. read more

This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. We sat at our table for far too long before being helped, and the place was certainly slow at the time. I ordered sliders and my sister ordered buffalo chicken dip. When the orders arrived, my sliders were nothing more than stiff, cold, dry patties too big for their equally dry and plain buns. There was nothing to them and they tasted like cardboard. I couldn't belle someone would serve them! My sisters buffalo chicken dip was only just barely tolerable as it was so greasy it was almost too slick to stay on a tortilla chip. Very odd experience overall. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this one was just so awful I don't want others wasting their money or getting their hopes up. Such a shame. read more

This was our first trip to the pub. We had a large party (10) and we arrived during peak dinner hour so I thought for sure there would be a wait, but they seated us immediately. The hostess was very nice and our waiter was very pleasant. The atmosphere is very bar and grill with loud music and tv's lining the entire restaurant. If your looking to have a conversation with someone it can be difficult over the loud music. The tv's all had different sports programs or games playing. There are many choices on the menu, primarily bar foods, burgers, fries, wings, sandwiches etc. they are suppose to be known for their wings. We ordered a variety of foods including wings, nachos, burgers, and I got a grilled chicken salad. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. Way too long for a restaurant that wasn't very busy and for bar food! When my salad arrived my chicken was cold. I didn't care for the Italian dressing but switched to ranch which was better. I was picking from others plates in my party and had to try the chicken wings and a boneless chicken wings given this is what they are known for. The chicken wing was nice and crispy, but No flavor! Yuk. The boneless wing was good, the spice was good and flavorful. My husband had crab cake sliders and said they were really good. Awesome spot! I go in frequently now that I live near it and the staff is super attentive. I typically almost always get beer. The bartenders narrow it down and give me samples of new drafts on tap based on what I liked before. They have such a large selection of draft and bottled beer so this helps. Plus just fun to try new ones. Food is awesome!! Always crave their wings. I recently got the Brie app, it's a MUST try. However, only a feature and not sure how long it'll be one. Great, but the management is insulting, disrespectful and ignorant. I will tell you if you asked me a week ago I would have told you this place was great. Then came tonight. Tonight (Wednesday) is also Trivia Night at Keystone. While some people may complain it is louder than normal overall it is a good time. The trivia is actually really well done. However, tonight after winning trivia convincingly (the categories just lined up for our table tonight) a manager approached our table and accused myself and another player of cheating and letting us know that we would not be receiving the prize. After telling him we weren't he called us liars and let us know our arguments didn't matter. So I know what you're thinking, "They probably were cheating." Here's the kicker, after being denied our reward, the trivia host came up and personally apologized to us. He noted that most of our answers were turned in in under 10 seconds too quick to be searched, but explained to is it wasn't his call but the restaurants. I don't understand why, if the restaurant thought you were cheating, they wouldn't address it when they thought it was happening, not after you won? If management is going to come to your face and call you a liar and a cheater with no proof and no corroboration even from the trivia master seems absolutely ridiculous to me. It really seems more like a way for the restaurant to collect the $300 tab from the people at your table and not have to hand out the $25 gift card. How ridiculous is that? read more

Good food, horrible service! Came here on Sunday night (Father's Day) after a baseball game. Maybe 15 people total in the restaurant and our waitress had a very difficult time handling just our table- her one and only. Took our orders, brought out our food and abandoned the table after that. Two people at our table had asked for condiments to eat their meals with, never arrived. My mom finally walked up to the bar to ask and she comes running up from another room to see what we needed. Then someone asked for a beer refill-took another 15 minutes to arrive and then she blamed it on someone else not bringing it. She had no other tables so I'm not sure why she couldn't have brought it. Probably won't come back if the service is this slow on a night that isn't busy... Ok, so had green pepper soup bowl server in crock. Honestly this is a comfort food that so many overdose with sugar to overcome the acidity of their canned tomatoes. This was actually ok, in fact, it could have used a tad of salt but really, it was quite lovely and comforting as it should be. I would order that again, yes. If you from outside Lehigh Valley, you may want to try this, we are a very ethnic European area, it tasted like soup you would get at your aunt's house Sunday nights when all your 1st cousins were around. Burger, ordered medium. It came to table medium well, but all places, unless higher end, do this-typical of chains. The burger is half lb, that is not a frozen patty, decent flavor, is seasoned properly, you can taste the Worcester sauce though which I don't love, bun buttered and soft so it does sqoosh into 1/8 inch while chomping into burger. Rabbit food on side. The tomato slice was like hot house, well, my companion needed all that. It was not the best rabbit food for tomato or red onion, the lettuce was the real deal, dark green leaf. Fries crispy and tasted just fine, Not fresh cut, perhaps frozen but they are crispy and good news! They change their fryer oil! So, good fries for you! Just add hint of salt! Beer cheap if you drink Coors Light, $2, many microbrews on top. I give 3 1/2 stars. Expect average but it is a bit better than average. read more
