My beloved Scrappy. I will miss you .
Lilscrappyd D.

I was devastated by the sudden lost of my beloved family member and loyal friend, Scrappy on October 8, 2022. Not being able to deal with burying my love, moving and leaving him, I started searching for a crematory in the middle of the night. Every one I called had an answering machine. I found Keystone Pet Crematory, It said open 24 hrs. I called expecting an answering machine. I heard "Jim" answer. I was shocked at 6am on a Sunday a real person answered. He was so nice and compassionate. We made arrangements to meet at 11am. He is so caring and empathetic. I left my Boston Terrier Scrappy with Jim knowing he would be respectfully taken care of. I picked his ashes up in a week as he promised in beautiful box. At such a painful time I am glad I found a place to make this difficult time little easier.

thank you for your professional and compassion crematory services for Shiloh Olver. highly recommend

We had a plan in place with our vet, but plans change on a dime for older dogs and the day before we had intended for our vet to take care of things in our home, our pet's condition abruptly changed and our vet suggested we reach out to Paw Prints Forever as she had worked with them before. So we did. We could not have been more grateful with how they handled things. They were able to get a vet out to us that night to care for our beloved Shelby. Amanda was so empathetic and professional from my first tearful phone call to the post care following the procedure to picking up her ashes in Malvern. The vet (who I think may have been the owner I don't recall his name) showed up at the time we agreed upon and handled everything with professionalism, dignity, and grace for Shelby. They had the right tone. The right balance of helpful suggestions and space. The right approach to ending her life. The right approach for the after care to remove her from our home for the final time. It's a sad thing to make this final loving responsible decision for our pets and they were just perfect.

Losing a cherished pet is hard enough but knowing that he can stay close is a relief and a blessing. The staff made the transition bearable. Thank you again for a renewing light in a dark time.
