Flavor and ingredients seem to be as good as any other of you favorite sandwich shops. The portions leave me feeling like I got ripped off. I had the Garlic Roast sandwich and there was twice as much arugula as pork. I enjoyed the flavor but it definitely could've had twice as much pork. And to be fair, pork is still pretty cheap.

I've been wanting to try this place for years but seldomly take that back road to Tarpon Springs. Well today I was hungry for lunch and decided to stop there. They have a nice selection of sandwiches but I went with the Reuben. I couldn't be more happy. The bread was perfectly toasted and had a good flavor, meat was quality and a good amount on the sandwich and the sauerkraut had that perfect bite. The dressing wasn't that bad either and I usually get that on the side so I can control the amount on my sandwich. I'm going to be trying a breakfast here next.

You can't drive down Keystone Road and not stop at Keystone Korner. The pizza is fantastic and the Cuban is soooo good! The small is more like a medium, very filling! They now serve Whit's Ice cream! Plenty of outdoor seating. They even do call ahead orders!

I have driven past this place a million times in the past, but today I had the chance to stop. We'd been visiting the local alpaca ranch just around the corner so this was a logical stop for lunch. Inside it's dark but clean, the folks behind the counter are friendly, the sandwiches are made to order, and the cubans are hot pressed, and delicious. I had myself a medium cuban with a small side of Greek potato salad and a ginger ale. The total was $10.85. The meal was substantial, but I was not hungry when I left. The tables are outside, under a covered porch with fans to cool you off. If you sit too close to the building you do risk catching smoke from the workers when they step out to catch a smoke break, but it's not terribad. Over all, I'm sad I waited so long to try this place. I'll be back for sure.

Absolutely fantastic sandwiches you can't go wrong here. Stopped in today after not being here for a while and picked up a Cuban sandwich. One of the best in the area for sure. Very consistent and all of the food on the menu is worth a try. If you find yourself in the area definitely stop in.

I went for weekend brunch and they offer bottomless mimosas and sangria (red and white). A heads-up: the sangria came straight from the bottle without the usual fruit you'd expect. Not my favorite take on it, but the vibe and service made up for it. Staff were super friendly and attentive, which really added to the experience. The food? Tough decision between the avocado toast breakfast and the breakfast pizza--but the pizza won. Solid choice! I got mine with sausage (you can also choose bacon or veggies). Extra veggies are $1.75 each, and I added mushrooms and spinach. Worth it. Oh, and they've got a brick pizza oven, which is always a bonus. Fun detail: their pizza/calzone topping menu has a cheeky note that says "No pineapple--don't ask!" with emojis. Gotta love a place with a sense of humor. Highly recommend checking this place out. I'll definitely be back--especially for pizza and a cold beer during a Lightning game.

I don't know how it's possible but I think it may have even been better the second day. Trust me when I say ... I eat more pizza than almost anyone. I've been to hundreds and hundreds of pizza shops all over the world including Italy. I also have been making pizza at home for the past 10 years. This pizza is it !

OK, let's talk pizza...like so many people, I love a good pizza and I crave a GREAT pizza. Signals…read moremakes GREAT pizza. The dough is perfect...light, airy and crisp. Everyone's eating the crust, it's not just the pizza handle it's the treat at the end of the piece of pizza. I ordered the 12" Americana...absolutely no disappointment. Perfectly cooked by a pizza artisan and delivered hot of the oven...I love it! The sauce is great, the toppings are great...it's an incredible pizza. I sat at the bar and just relaxed watching the pizza being assembled and cooked in their beautiful pizza oven. I waited patiently, or at least as patiently as I could be for mine to come out...and when it did, it was everything I had hoped for and more. So, why only a four star rating...well, I need to give fair and honest ratings...I'm fortunate that in most instances I eat at restaurants I like, and those are the reviews I enjoy doing. If I have a bad experience, sometimes I don't even bother with the review...but if it's good to great, I feel like I need to help spread the word. Sogna Napoli Trattoria would have gotten 5 stars all but for one thing...or shall I say three things...I prefer Coke over Pepsi...they only had Pepsi...and that's certainly not enough to drop a star...but the Pepsi was terrible...it had the oddest taste, I can't explain it. If I'm enjoying a great pizza I would like a fizzy soda that meets the expectations, Coke or Pepsi. So I asked to switch to something else...Dr Pepper sounded good, so I gave it a try...it was equally awful, sale odd taste. Now I'm loving my pizza, but thirsty for something so I switch to water...and it was the same kind of awful tasting disappointment. Not sure what it was, and not sure if the water came from the Pepsi machine, but all three were just about as bad as any I've had. I couldn't help but think the machine was dirty, or maybe the water is just fowl and it's contaminating the soda...but that was the only complaint for what otherwise was an incredible pizza! The other items on the menu looked great as they passed in front of my eyes...I wish I lived nearby so I could try the other things they make..:but I'd bring my own drink next time!

I am a glutton for new things, new places and new adventures so off I went to find Joey's to the seldom driven far reaches of Gunn Hwy west. Past Van Dyke, past Lake Fern and coming to a rest near Ashley Lakes where urban development has spread its tendrils. Shock and Awe. As I entered a warm and fuzzy perception of exitement and recognition swelled in me. A small but concentrated area with authentic Italian products and "atmosfera italiana". From the nostalgic Big Apple crooners singing the italian-american classics, to the colorful displays, legitimate italian products, geniune italian butcher choices to fridges full of bona-fide pre-prepared italian food products the stank of authenticity permeated. The deli/meat area was packed with delectable choices and fresh assortments that any italian would be proud to put on his table. Even things like pre-wrapped bracciole (beef & pork), veal cutlets, homemade italian sausage, steaks and all the standards. I even took home some Korean BBQ Baby Back Ribs After my long and detailed perusal my attention my attention was drawn to the slender aisle leading to the other side of the store and what I thought would be shelfs of canned, bottled and dry package products. But behold, it was a small dining area with a wide variety of pizza by the slice or whole, sandwiches, hero's, salads and pasta's. A cornacopia of foods, all the italian masterpieces that the American-Italian community has to offer, and the place was packed with eager diners. I bought 4 slices for the road and was tempted to try other things but I already had nearly a $100 in products. Fresh Pecorino Romano to grate for my Carbonara, a gorgeous piece of guanciale, regular and hot italian sausage, the ribs and a package of spaghetti from Italy. The pizza was superb, different from any other in town, complex, delicious, thin crust with a proper char. The Korean ribs were excellent, a hint of spicy heat with an umami bbq sauce. Buying a whole pizza next time, plus I am already excited about returning. As soon as I finish makung my Carbonara and try the italian sausage, I will return for the beef bracciloe, some veal and some of the premade sauces. There is not a lot that gets me ranting these days, so when I tell you this place is amazing, you can take that to the bank. COME GET YA SOME!!

Back in October, I made a reservation for 20 people for a January dinner to celebrate my dad's birthday. I had heard the week before that Max sold the restaurant, but at that point it was too late to find another place that could accommodate such a large group. Our reservation was at 4:00 pm. When I walked in at 4:03 with my son, there was a man standing by the pizza oven on his cell phone. I initially thought he was a customer waiting for food since there was no acknowledgment at all. After a few minutes, a couple of cooks walked out, looked at us, and said nothing. The man continued texting and then, very coldly, asked, "How can I help you?" I told him I was there for the party of 20, and he responded, "They're in the back," with no warmth or professionalism. As someone who worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade, I was honestly shocked by the greeting. Once seated, I informed our server that both my brother and I have celiac disease and that eating gluten-free is a serious medical necessity. Normally, servers acknowledge this and reassure guests that they'll speak with the kitchen. Instead, she said nothing and walked away while I was still speaking. The appetizers were fine, but the main courses were extremely disappointing. I ordered the gluten-free veal marsala, a dish I've had countless times at Nabruzzi over the years. This was easily one of the worst versions I've ever had...completely bland, with large chunks of garlic instead of properly minced, and so unappetizing I couldn't finish it. My husband ordered the pollo florentine and described it as something our four-year-old could have made. The presentation was equally poor; the food looked like it had simply been thrown onto the plates. The server never once checked on us after the food was delivered, which should happen within the first few bites. I also brought a birthday cake for my dad, and it was served before all the dinner plates were cleared. As we were leaving, the owner simply said, "Have a good one." It's clear that the new owner has little to no experience in the restaurant or service industry, which is incredibly disappointing. Nabruzzi was once a warm, friendly Italian restaurant and a hidden gem in Lutz...a place our family truly loved and visited often because it felt welcoming and close to home. Sadly, after this experience, we will not be returning.

We asked for the salads to come out at the same time but again had to wait. My salad had no dressing on it so I had to ask for it which they did send out. The meals again took quite awhile to come out. I will say our server was friendly, but the kitchen just took forever with everything. I will definitely come back because the food is so good. Hopefully this was just an off night.
