She was ran into a wall by a nurse (complete accident) and her leg hit the wall and long story short, they broke her leg in a different location. They did not inform anyone of what happened and still have not. We wouldn't have known if my grandma hadn't said anything. No one is taking accountability and trying to place blame everywhere else. Very disappointing. The facility and staff seem very kind and considerate however every time I have gone in. The facility is clean. They treat their employees poorly and poor staff satisfaction leads to poor care. They don't have consistent therapy and they don't staff for speech therapy needs. My sister and I needed guidance at this critical end-time of my father's long-term illness and Treasure Valley came though brilliantly. They listened to us and our concerns, they kept dad comfortable. They prayed with us. They provided tactical support on items like removal of the deceased, and a letter I could use to reimburse last-minute airline changes. All of the other assisted-living facilities, you have to share a room and a bathroom if you had Medicare rather than private pay. I was not a fan of sharing a bedroom and a bathroom. And it was only a half bath. And the rooms were very small. Thankfully, I found swan Falls assisted-living in Kuna Idaho. I have been here a little over a week. Every resident has their own private room in bathroom. In regular assisted-living. All of the staff and the caregivers are excellent. Very helpful very friendly and always happy. The food is beyond excellent. I have yet to be disappointed in a meal. To me, it is like going out to eat at every meal. The chefs are very very good at cooking. I met a few residents and everyone is so nice and excepting. I highly recommend Swan Falls assisted living.

In my everything is connected to everything else mind, I thought that self important (yes, that is a value judgment) wingnut ought to spend some time in this excellent neurological rehab hospital in either the in patient or out patient section to observe human beings who are dealing with real life challenges, unlike his lettuce mix up. Please! Which led me to say as an outpatient here, I have had a progressive central nervous system disease since my college years and was in need of skilled physical therapy intervention to assist in some evolving challenges, that the staff is top notch at every step and the neuro PT trained expertise could not be better. Bravo and brava all around. And I'll bring this full circle to say something about the fact that there is a cafeteria here, 4th floor, in patient and outpatient care on 2nd floor, that is pretty darned decent for healthy food and has gluten free (alas, my current medical professional suggested mode) options too for rock bottom prices. (Of course I had to try it out. :-) ) PS...since this is in patient hospital they are continuing to be very COVID safe. Covid questions and temp screening at lobby to enter, treatment masks required and if you didn't bring one, they will provide one for you.
