The multidisciplinary approach ensured that her every need and want was addressed and met. My mom's nurse Dani, CNA Valeria, social worker, Stephanie, spiritual care provider, Amelia, and Anita and Amy from the volunteer team were all instrumental in my mother's comfort and quality-of-life. They not only cared for my mom but also cared about the well-being of me and my siblings. Heart 'n Home Hospice is without a doubt the best choice for hospice care. My family and I will be eternally grateful to the H 'n H team forever. Thank you is not enough but it is all we have to offer. And of course, recommendations!

We just lost our Daddy to dementia yesterday morning and this team of caring professionals could not have taken better care of our dad or our family as caregivers. Thank you to all of the team at Heart 'n Home behind the scenes as well for exceeding any expectations we could have possibly had. You are forever in our hearts!

Do not trust this company with your loved family member. READ ALL THE 1* reviews on google and find…read moreanother hospice company. Our experience was TERRIBLE. They are dishonest, deceitful, disrespectful and UNQUALIFIED. We have documented proof that Journey Hospice is unqualified to prove an accurate assessment to admit a loved one to hospice care. They attempted to provide care without the required qualifications, and we are now told committed medicare fraud and elder abuse among other activities. I am a register critical care nurse, I know about elder care, hospice, and the standard of care that our senior loved ones deserve. Journeys Hospice put our Dad on hospice which he does not qualify for (Medicare fraud). Her "caregivers" did not provide quality care and instead falsely accused the family of medication errors. We have been told the motive is Medicare fraud and this is a clear example of elder abuse. This review is to help warn other families in this vulnerable situation to avoid this unqualified, unsafe, and we believe, criminal company.

There comes a time in your own life when you have to deal with hospice for a loved one. I have been…read morethrough it with my Dad and my oldest brother. Now it was time to see my Mom got the best possible care in the final stages of her life. Through the hospital we were hooked up with Keystone Hospice after efforts with palliative care were not enough anymore for Mom's emphysema. They were at the hospital quickly and talking to us about our options. Mom was in pretty rough shape, but she wanted to be home to die and once we relayed that to Keystone, they were on it. It took 24 hours to stabilize her enough for the ambulance ride from Boise to Nampa, but they got her home. Keystone supplied a bed, bedside table, wheelchair, potty-chair, and everything we needed to keep Mom clean and comfortable. A team of four people came to the house before Mom arrived and trained me on medications she would need and when to administer them. A case worker, social worker and religious support were all there to welcome Mom home along with a nurse. The days passed and Keystone never lost touch. At one point Mom complained about the air bed being more uncomfortable than the bathtub. I called and asked for another option, and they were there in a less than two hours with a foam mattress that made Mom happy. Mom saw her 89th birthday, which was a goal of hers. I had three more beautiful days with her before she passed one morning. A nurse was at my door within an hour and a few minutes and took care of Mom getting her ready for the funeral home. Losing a loved one is horrible no matter how you slice it, and I cannot thank Keystone enough for their magnificent work before, during and after hospice. These amazing people are your go-to in the Treasure Valley.
