During the years she lived at this assisted living facility, she received loving and compassionate care from the staff. Her caregivers were all excellent as well as the the chef, maintenance man, hair stylist and director, Wendy. I consider those staff members who have stayed in board and worked tirelessly with the residents at Paramount to keep them happy and well during the challenging times of the Covid pandemic super heroes. I also so appreciated how kind the staff members were to me and other family members who would stop in to visit grandma. I really think Paramount Parks is one of the best assisted living facilities in Idaho. It's clean, beautifully decorated and in a wonderful location as well. My grandma had nurses from Signature Hospice care for her the last year of her life. Two of those nurses told me that they think Paramount Parks is one of the best facilities in the valley and that really meant a lot since they see patients who reside in many different facilities.

For the most part they were Pretty awesome) then she needed assisted-living until she could get strong enough to go home. It was very important for the siblings to easily visit her, so location was a high priority. After a lot of research and high recommendations we chose Paramount Parks in Eagle. We could not be happier!! This is due, in large part, to Jennifer Hoffman who does a fantastic job helping to run Paramount. She has been exemplary in all her actions and has gone above and beyond all of our hopeful expectations. She helped to make the transition painless, simple and actually kind of fun for Mom. Jenn sets the precedents for the rest of her staff. They are attentive, kind, and on top of the needs of their "family" at Paramount. Mom says she loves the food & having choices (it's not my favorite place to eat but I'm a spoiled foodie, and since she's the one eating there, we are both happy! ) They have the usual activities that most of the nicer places have. But also stand out in other areas, like having a Memory Care Center on site. It is totally separate and very secure. So Nice to know, if ever needed, it would be an easy transition. Mom and the family have been very happy with Paramount Parks. We feel so much gratitude and appreciation towards Paramount Parks. Highly recommend it.

We had a terrible experience with my stepdad passing away there a few weeks ago. I've waited to…read morepost a review for some type of apology from this place for my mom for our treatment, but the only contact has been to ask for payment for an additional 14 days after his passing, which seems unreasonable and/or criminal to me. It was a few months of on and off hospitalizations for my stepdad, when it was decided that he needed round the clock care. Mom had done a fantastic job keeping him alive and safe, but with his continued falls, it just wasn't possible anymore. As a 100% disabled veteran, he had received excellent care from the Boise VA and St Luke's Meridian. The only VA covered care facility that we thought would work was not the right fit, so we thought the memory care at Table Rock would be better. It started off fine, and the place looks fantastic and smells nice, things that can put you off one of these places. The care was mostly fine, but once he started to really decline, the miscommunication and trouble started. The hospice nurse would come in, make changes to his care, and send the orders through. But this place never got them, they said. They started putting us off when we would ask for a dose of morphine to keep his pain down, because the hospice nurse gave an order for it to be given PRN every hour, but they wouldn't except every four hours. He wasn't speaking at this point, but it's best to keep the doses regular, to not let pain develop, so the hospice nurse recommended. He was also given medication to reduce secretions. When I left my mom and sister with dad to get us lunch on his last day of life, the Executive Director and Head of Nursing burst into the room like Stormtroopers, accusing my family of trying to kill my stepdad, and threatening to call the cops! I came back during the middle of this, which was extremely scary for my 81-year old mom, and upsetting to my sister and me. My sister is in the nursing home industry and was trying to keep him comfortable while he was dying, not withholding water or food! He had choked on a pill given with water for 45 minutes a few days prior, so he was on a not by mouth order, but again the hospice orders did not get through, so Table Rock lazily assumed we were making it up, that he would sit up and say, hey I'm fine? I don't get it. Anyway, my stepdad passed away two hours after the big scary confrontation, while hearing all of this ruckus. My sister has called multiple agencies to complain, and hopefully he will face some consequences for the pain and distress he and his staff caused all of us!!

Some employees on the dementia side of the building are caring and nice. The girls are not CNA trained. They are on the job trained. They are young and lack common sense. There Were some strange things going on with the Administrator. He was rude to us from the moment we walked in. And then about one hour before my husband passed away was a terrible and outrageous scene in the room. Thanks to what the Administrator did to our family! Bottom line is these people are all about money and not about caring for the vulnerable residents. Do NOT send your loved one there!!!! It's very expensive and very bad!!!!

No refund on 3,000 deposit , they took the entire months rent after they increased and my grandfather put a 30 day notice in . He moved out on 4/6 and was charged for the entire month . He was exceptionally friendly and easy to talk to. I told him everything I could think of to give him an idea about what type of place I was looking for and if he thought that my Dad would fit in to that location. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call the next day with a couple of places to check out less than 3 miles from my home! Could it be true? I checked the first one out and it was dead on to what I had in mind. Within two weeks after speaking with Lloyd and the new place, my Dad has already moved in and is doing much better. The service that Oasis is providing to the Valley is incomparable, and I thank him so much for caring about what he does and helping families. ***** My father has been at his new 'home' for over 4 months now. Lloyd has called me a couple of times to make sure my Dad is still happy! I was pleasantly surprised when my Dad called me and said that he had received a nice visit from Lloyd. I consider that exemplary, above and beyond. Would give 6 stars if I could!

I have a parent that lives here. The facility at first was great and the managers were great-until…read moreyou lived there for a few months-they are now gone. The new managers are fine but if you complain they punish the residents by ignoring them. They describe their facility as "fine dining". They allow people to sleep with their head on a pillow on the table, residents to where slippers to the dining room, residents in "independent living" are in wheel chairs and need help getting to the table. It is obvious that Salmon Creek is not an independent living facility but now an assisted living and memory care facility without a certified nurse on staff like most facilities. I would not recommend to anyone looking for a good independent living facility.

Going in this week has shown me that care and concern for physical and mental health as well as hygiene and housekeeping has been top quality all this year of isolation from family members. They have been family's blessing for peace of mind.
