I am from the Hays area outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I have starting a new, exciting business that can and will save all of you people with grout, stone, ceramic tile, and marble in your homes tons of money and headaches. I will be offering a chemical free solution to cleaning your grout, stone and ceramic floors, showers and counter tops with nothing more than steam. Our state of the art vapor steam cleaning system utilize extremely high temperature, (295ºF + internal water temperature with 240ºF - 270ºF at the steam nozzle tip) under regulated high pressure to clean and sanitize almost any surface faster and easier. Steam vapor is approx. 94% dry at the surface contact (hence the often seen term "dry" steam vapor cleaner) making the final wipe off of any cleaned surface easy and quick. I Started this businesses because there was a need for People like me.
With my talents to supply a service people could afford a lot of other company's charge way too much for tile and grout cleaning and repair.
I am a small company with excellent work ethics.
And very little overhead I can and will beat most all written estimates and give you the value you would expect for your money,

Meet the Business Owner: Herb T.
Well I am 54 years old I live in the Hays neighborhood outside downtown Pittsburgh.
I started working when I was 14 years old in a small body shop in Hays
I worked there on and off till I was about twenty five years old then in 1985 things where getting tough here the mills shut down and there was very little work.
I was visiting some friends in Detroit for the weekend and got a Job offer so I came home packed up and moved to Detroit.
i worked in the auto industry there and owned my own body-shop and mobile Detail businesses also did Mobile power washing on the weekends
Shortly after 9-11 things got bad up there and I missed home being Pittsburgh so I moved back in 2003 worked as a general manager for a few car washes here in Pittsburgh.
went into the rental Property businesses with a good friend.
bought the house next to the one i grew up in.
Hays and Pittsburgh are my home I love the people I love our language and I love the scenery.
the food and our Pennsylvanian beers.
