The tech soaked my tips off, then blamed me for not telling her (when I scheduled a fill and told her that's why I was there). And honestly it was pretty obvious those were not my real nails. She then told me I had to get a new set every single time with dip which is absolutely not true. So in addition to that, I got charged for coffin when they are definitely square. She painted gel overtop loose powder covering my nails. She left some old acrylic on my nails and painted gel overtop chunks of it. And then she found it appropriate to file my nails after the gel top coat was applied and cured. I'm still confused over that one. So yeah, I'll attach a photo of what $50 looks like.

They treated us like our time didn't matter, 3 people walked in 10-15 minutes after us and all the workers completely walked away from me and my mother to do their nails first and didn't come back to us till they finished their nails. They caught an attitude when I said my toenails weren't even and than "fixed" it just to walk away for 30 minutes and me sit there. We were there for an hour n a half and never got to my mom's nails she sat there with tinfoil on her nails for a hour, I wish I was joking. By the time they finally finished my toes my mothers nails weren't even prepped for nail polish so she just wanted to leave, charged her 15 for removing the nail polish and me 65. After I sent 65 he came up mad asking if I had money for a tip like I HAD to tip and don't get me wrong I always tip but this was just flat out not the way you treat people and still expect a good tip, now I got ugly nails right before my birthday trip.
