After picking up the vehicle and driving it, the vibration I had been experiencing was completely gone, so I am very happy with the repair itself. There were some frustrations with communication and pricing. My appointment had previously been changed over the phone but apparently wasn't entered into the system, which required additional calls. I was also initially told the vehicle would be ready the same day, but that timeline wasn't met. I also think the fee structure could be more customer-friendly. There is a 3% shop fee for general administrative/service overhead in addition to a separate 3% credit-card convenience fee. I personally think these costs should be clearer upfront, particularly when you're already paying for the service itself. That said, when the vehicle wasn't completed when originally promised, I asked if they could provide a discount, and they did. Most importantly, they did what I brought the car there to have done. All four wheels were repaired and the vibration is gone. Despite the communication issues and additional fees, I am very satisfied with the quality of the actual wheel repair and appreciated them working with me on the final price.

Fast forward a couple weeks, they helped me diagnose a sound that I thought was coming from the wheel or tire. The manager brought me over with my wheel and tire removed to show me that the noise is likely coming from the brake pad, he recommended me a shop where I was able to get it fixed. This diagnoses was all free. Super helpful, and I'll continue to return here.

The owner, Jerry, personally inspected the vehicle, explicitly admitted verbal fault that his shop caused the damage, but flatly refused to pay the $850 factory replacement cost to restore my vehicle's axle balance and asset value. Shady, unprofessional practices. They will damage your premium wheels and refuse to make it right. Proceed with extreme caution if you value your vehicle.

He fitted my BMW with a loaner until the cracked rim was welded. After work, the next day, I stopped by and it was ready! I was so impressed by their workmanship, direct answers, work ethics and their transparency within two weeks I returned for all rims to be powder coated black and laser etched. Gerry sent them out but within 2 days they were back on my BMW. WOW! They look better than ever. Trevor recognized us waiting for some assistance and interacted to show he would be with us soon. Trevor was easy to speak with and had in depth knowledge of the store inventory and what to use the tools for. Trevor got to know me and respected me for being an occasional do-it-yourself mechanic. At checkout, material was presented to me based around courses the location offers (Free and Charged). Overall I recommend stopping in to grab materials for the upcoming powder coating, rust repair, or automotive work project. Items are moderately priced and the quality appears to be decent.
