I have not heard from the company since. I have called four times, and visited the storefront once {today, four weeks since leaving my violin} the shop was not open, despite it being their published business hours, and I haven't heard from them since the day I left my violin with them. I am furious and want my violin back. This is not an appropriate way to run a business. I could understand if something had come up and they had reached out to me, if there were a delay or an illness, and they told me it was going to take longer, I'd be entirely happy to let them have the time they needed. If something came up that the repair would cost more, and they communicated that, I'd be pleased to agree. This lack of contact, and non-availability makes me wonder if I'll ever see my instrument again.

Whether your child has no musical background or is musically inclined, Empire will not only guide the students with their musical abilities but also help build their confidence and enhance their social skills. The students are engaged in learning how to sing, dance, and act on stage and the result is phenomenal! Students will be able to experience, firsthand, the work that goes on to put on a musical production including seeing how the set comes alive with props and costumes. They will also learn how to prepare for roles beginning with auditions and rehearsals. It's really a fun process to watch a production from start to finish for the adults as it is for the children. Becky and Linda are so great with the kids, providing them with a positive atmosphere and challenging each one of them to do their best! I had the opportunity to watch a few shows already and every child just shines on stage! You can tell they love being a part of Empire! It's pretty amazing what they do here. My boyfriend and I were walking around in aisle looking for the cajon bag many times. No one came to assist us. We try to flag the staff down in front by waving our hands and the group of staff ignored our needs as they were testing out a new guitar joking around. I literally had to call at them and one of them look like they are tired of their job. The girl with a black ponytail asked, what do you want looking pissed off because she had to break away from her group. The attitude is no good from her. She said go inside the cajon room and it will be there, immediately went back talking with the group. The fact that I had to wave and call at them loudly to get their attention is such a big disgrace. I never have to do that before at any Guitar Center I've been to in Montebello or Riverside. All I really want is for the staff to help me when my boyfriend is trying to purchase something for his instrument. After my boyfriend purchase the item, the girl cashier who has straight blonde hair went straight to talking to her coworkers. I mean, come on I had to call her out where is my receipt? Her face is so mad at me just because I asked for my receipt. What if the bag is broken or my boyfriend do not like it? Like what people say if you don't do your job properly, you will do it twice. The overall customer service experience at this location is relatively bad. The company needs to learn how to train their employees on how to become active at customer service.
